I go to Beltone Hearing Care Center in Guilderland and I get the best servicethere. Renee knows what a person needs, listens to what bothersthem, and even gives them tests. And after a few months she checks them again to make sure their satisfied with their hearing aids. Shes great

This is my second hearing aid working with Renee and also worth noting she has always been helpful with any adjustments or issues I had with my first device over the past 6 years. Thank you Renee!

Terrible. I will NEVER go back. I got a post card from Beltone inviting me to come for a free hearing test, hearing aid cleaning and a pack of free batteries so I called and set an appointment. I had the hearing test and cleaning and was told to leave and pay my bill. I said it was all free according to the card but they told me that I bought my hearing aids through a 3rd party rather than direct through Beltone so I was not eligible but nowhere on the post card did it say that. They charged me $65. which I can not afford. If I wasn’t eligible, they should have not sent me a card or noted that somewhere on the card. Buyer Beware.
