This biglots location is neat and well organized. They have a good selection and prices are very reasonable. If you shop here I recommend signing up for their rewards so you can have coupons emailed. The savings thru that is very well worth it!

You can thank the female employee that was working 2/19/21 5:00pm at the register for making you lose out on a sale for over $700 because your store does not sell pens nor could she spare me one when asked. The reply I got was “ the owner buys office supplies at the dollar store.” That was some amazing customer service I tell ya! I am no longer going the purchase the ashford gazebo I was contemplating. You have lost my business for good.

A fun little store with a little bit of everything. They have odds and ends that you might not find in other stores and they have some furniture that is worth a look.

Done with big lots. I went in for a few bags of discount Halloween candy none of which rang up correctly. I went back in and spent way too much time waiting for them to figure out a simple return and repurchase and they actually wanted to argue that 2 of the bags of candy werent half price! This was late in the afternoon so I guess they were charging full price all day. Check your receipts!😠

A lot to choose from very organized , neat clean. plenty of room for somebody whos in a wheelchair to get through the aisles. Well organized and pleasant greeting when I came into the door from a sales staff

The best big lots Ive ever been to

I called Big Lots to see if they had a particular item. Long story short, I ended up on hold and bounced around between 2 people. One of those people was friendly, professional, and helpful. The other was not and purposely hung up on me, even though I was actually cordial. The next day, I went in to make my purchase. While there, I ran into the store manager. While we were talking (hes super friendly), that phone situation came up. He listened to me and said he would make sure it was taken care of. He was going to pass on the compliment I had for the one woman and deal with the other ones unprofessional behavior. Five stars, because I felt that all but the one person I dealt with, were great. Friendly and professional. They had what I needed and even pointed out a sale connected to that item.

This place is terrible. Waited for almost 10 minutes in furniture for help to buy a bed with my husband while the employee finished helping another customer and when she left he still did not acknowledge us at all instead he started talking to another employee and acted like we weren’t even there. Finally deciding to leave and buy a bed from somewhere else I stopped in the bathroom where the toilet seat is literally so close to the stall wall that you are up against the wall when using it... on my way out something caught my eye I wanted to buy so I went to the register where there was no employees in sight. Waited for a few minutes when the store phone started ringing. Took about 2 minutes of the phone ringing before an employee walked up to answer it. When he was finished he called for a store employee named zack for “customer assistance” then walked away. Zack never came. Again the phone rang, this was almost 5 minutes now my husband and I plus another customer that was there before us had been sitting at the check out register waiting for someone to help us. The phone rang a second time and the same employee walks over to answer it. When he’s done he again starts to walk away without any acknowledgement to any of us and so I asked him if anyone worked there and he rudely responds saying “you saw me walking back and fourth why wouldn’t you ask me for help?” I said “I’m sitting in line at the register waiting to be cashed out why do I need to ask for anyone to do their job?” He continued to argue with me and get rude and when me and my husband walked outside he followed us and continued to argue and kept getting close to my husband like he was trying to hit him. I have photos of this employee. I instantly took my phone out because he made me feel unsafe the way he followed us out the door. This big lots location should be ashamed of themselves. I’ve never had a bad experience at a big lots anywhere until today. I originally walked in there planning on dropping $600-$700 on a bed and I walked out empty handed because their staff was completely unprofessional and rude.

This biglots has a few employees that are unfamiliar with discounts and are a bit rude. Using military discount here is a bother to some of the employees. One employee said they only offer this discount for veterans day when in store the PA system announced it would be 10% all year round.... hopefully someone can set this straight and tell employees to be nicer to their customers. At this point I dont like going to this biglots... 3 times Ive had employees that werent super nice

I went there to finance a couch and the ladies that work in that department are some of the rudest people I have ever come across. They treated me like I was beneath them. Needless to say they didnt have the couch I wanted so I had to come back in a week. Well a week later comes and I go back. No one was in furniture so I paged for help. They walked right by me and ignored me. I waited 30 minutes then paged again. Only to be treated rude once again. I will never go to the big lots in clifton park again.

Tried to do a simple exchange with my receipt and a item of equal price. Unfortunately the lady who was the cashier took forever to process the transaction, looked completely confused and refunded the money to my credit card instead of doing an even exchange... So now Ill have to wait for the money to be refunded before I can purchase the item I actually wanted. Ill just go to fivebelow and pay a lot less for a better product.

I love the store; I always have, but the cashier on this visit was less than. She didnt seem interested in taking care of me. I didnt feel good and I just wanted to get out of there.

Well organized store. Great prices on sheets. Found all we were looking for for my sons apartment! And, at good prices. Connie the cashier was lovely.

So happy the management here was enforcing mask policy. They had toilet paper and had disinfectant for carts.

This store combines deals and closeouts on unique products throughout the store. Usually the food items are dated fresh but look before loading your cart.

We are going on a camping trip we stopped in because big lots has good price nice people and helpful people I got an air mattress got stuff to do smores this store is next to Price chopper on Central Ave and 155 in colonie ny I just started their point system I like it I highly recommend to store so I give 49 stars +1 being patient

A large store similar to wal-mart, but more crammed. I did find a very nice and high-quality-looking tv stand, but they didnt seem to have most of the furniture in stock, I was forced to buy the floor model. The floor model, of course, was a little beaten up, but it was worth it, given a greatly discounted price. The employees seemed very slow at helping us, but it was nice of them to help us load the heavy floor model into the car. Overall, great discounted prices, but expect wal-mart atmosphere.
