This was the biggest Walmart I’ve ever seen! 2 stories lol You have to use cheep think paper bags though. Bring your own bags for when you check out!! They have no plastic bags and the paper bags they make you use are very thin and tear very easy. A lot of the shelves were empty too. Not very crowded though but I can see why. This is NOT a Walmart of convenience!! The cashier was nice though

Waited almost 40 minutes now At the drive thru pick up and there is absolutely not one worker here! Peeked through the door where they come out of its empty, looks like a ghost town. Why have a pick up time for 7:45am when nobody is working? I went to customer service and no manager was present. This is ridiculous and such a waste of time!! This place needs new management! - UPDATE 10/16/2021 FOUND OUT THIS WAS DUE TO A NATIONWIDE BLACKOUT OF THEIR CURBSIDE PICK UP SOFTWARE THATS WHY THEY WERE UNABLE TO PROCESS ORDERS. UPDATED FROM ONE STAR TO 3 STARS. STILL SHOULD HAVE AN ASSOCIATE STAND OUTSIDE AND LET PEOPLE KNOW THE SITUATION INSTEAD OF HAVING THEM WAIT 40+ MINS.

This Walmart is just a little bit extra. If you shop Walmart you might as well do it at the biggest store! Two glorious floors of all the Walmart you can stand. Pretty much a Walmart except MORE. Ride the escalator, and send your cart up the cart escalator or use the elevator to explore the stunning expanse of an entire second floor! The store was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. I stumbled into this by accident. Upon entering, I was stunned for a moment, an employee asked if they could help me. I said, oh, Im just trying to get my bearings. This is the biggest Walmart Ive ever seen. and they told me, yes it is!

The biggest Wal-Mart in the US! This walmart is 2 stories tall and is absolutely massive, it even has escalators for your shopping carts right next to the normal escalators! The staff here are very friendly and helpful, guiding you if you ever get lost in the store! Would definently shop here again!

Honestly its terrible to shop here. Lines can reach the clothings section and the pharmacy. They would call Code Spark to inform employees to come help the lines and honestly no one shows up. Trying to find help have and always will be like finding a needle in a haystack. I feel like the employees literally look at you and walk away especially if they know your going to ask a question. Instock is awful and at times if you looking to get something from electronics, fragrances or anything with a lock on it GOOD LUCK. Seriously you will be standing there for almost an hour. I see more employees standing looking around or down from the second floor than I do stocking the empty shelves.

This Walmart is the biggest and the worst stocked; I can never get what I come for, its a constant problem, and their inventory is inaccurate. Not only that, but the customer service will not even honor written policies when theyre on the items bought.I bought a can of Beef Stew, GV brand. It had rotten potatoes. This happened twice--two different cans, different expiration dates. The second time, I decided to take them up on their policy thats printed on the can. For store brand items, they have a guarantee: Great Quality. Great Price. Guaranteed. If for any reason you arent happy, well replace it or return your money. All you need is the package. I called the number provided and they told me to just go to the store, that was how the policy was supposed to work. I still had the receipt for the second can, so I brought it as well, with the empty and washed can. I wanted a refund for the $1.74 since this was the second time Id had rotten potatoes, and both were well within the expiration dates.Customer service *refused* to refund me and would only let me exchange it after getting a manager. They said the policy had since changed and they also tried to argue that because the item was past 90 days since I bought it, per the receipt, they couldnt do anything. Even though I hadnt been required to bring the receipt.I was a cashier at a Walmart for 2 years and I can definitely attest that this place is poorly run. If you want a decent Walmart, go to Glenmont.

Very overcrowded! I now remember why I stopped going there. Yes they have a good variety a things but floor staff was rude had 4 staff in one section and i,the shopper was in their way. What ever happen to the customer being top priority. And I had to go to the registers to get disinfectant to clean the cart down when I can in and when you leave you have 2 people checking your receipt. Makes you feel like a criminal,not everything fits in a bag and sometimes you run out of bags and dont want to pay outrageous price for their bags. Thanks Wal-Marts not the Wal-Mart I started there was nothing but walls and a roof.

Its gigantic!!!!!! It has 2 levels and You have access to the elevators as well as the escalators and escalators for your shopping cart too. Check out is located on both floors and customer service is on the lower level. Many registers for check out and all moves quick. Its endless aisles and aisles of products of all different brands. Someone told me its The biggest Walmart in the world outside of China. I literally spent 4 hrs adventuring this superstore and still havent gotten to the outdoor /garden section yet.😁

A huge Walmart that is always busy and typically dirty. However if you need something they most likely having what youre looking for. Ive made a few purchases here and have been happy with it but its much too busy to go here on a regular basis.

Always a pleasure to shop here....we go here quite often and never have a problem finding what we want....The workers are always kind and courteous...Amazing to actually see peoples smiles....its a great way to show friendliness😄definitely recommend.

Its only occasionally I find something I was really meant to come for in particular.. but to find help or asking questions about jus anything in the entire store and not one employee has a clue about like literally just about everything the store sells.... I mean I can understand sometimes you may get stuck working a department of the store and not have a clue about the products.... But Im just an average 40 yr old male and I am not a genius and no bragging but I think Im capable of knowing an describe not all but at least most of the stuff an thats ranging from food to womens clothing kids clothes toys automotive camping outdoors stuff and plants and gardening equipment and thats just the icing theres plenty more the store has probably almost anything you need finding an employee to discover the items location.... Remember when you were a kid and played the match game with cards or whatever..... Same thing goes for employees.... Remember the product location and maybe even the price for it too.. .. and out of it all you be lucky if the cashier gives you the correct change let alone wether they have a clue about any of the products..!!?? Whats the world coming too......?????????

This store is a work in progress still needs tweeking to get things perfect to serve the customers at all hours. One helpful thing is try to keep one cash lane open till 11pm. I think youll notice the difference and more people will be happier and willing to shop at that location more.

Everybody knows Walmart is a great place to find lots of different items.

I go to this Walmart once in a great while, even though it was close to my office. I was looking for a specific type of storage box there, which the Walmart website said that they had. I did find them there, BUT none if the four boxes had a price on them!!! So I left them there...sadly. Those storage boxes were hard to find. Hopefully they will still be there...and priced!!! (They werent!!!)

This Wal-Mart has two levels, groceries at lower level, and merchandise at upper level. It even has elevators, and escalators that has a section that you can put your shopping cart on. This Walmart has a Dunkin Donuts (located in the lower level). Here is the view of the escalators, and elevators at this Walmart on Washington Avenue in Albany.

YOU SHOULD NOT WORK HERE UNTIL THE MANAGER DWAYNE HAS LEFT. THIS IS A VERY ANTI-EMPLOYEE STORE. HE FEELS THAT EMPLOYEES ARE MACHINES WITHOUT A LIFE. ALL HE CARES ABOUT IS THE MONEY. HE DOESNT UNDERSTAND THAT UNHAPPY EMPLOYEES MEANS LESS MONEY BECAUSE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE STORE OR THE THEFTS THAT HAPPEN. IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE YOU DONT MATTER FEEL FREE TO WORK HERE. On a positive note, They switch out Store Managers every 3 years so hopefully his time will go by fast. Also the permanent management is awesome as well as the long time employees.

For the most part they always have what I am looking for and can get in and out pretty quickly.

Its a Wal-Mart. They have a huge selection and low prices. Plenty of parking at both levels within easy reach of the doors. They really need to at least double their self checkout space, since thats how most people are shopping these days and 90% of the other registers are closed. But thats my only real complaint.

Had everything I was looking for. Was able to buy enough yarn to complete my afghan. Should have come here first.

Biggest Walmart around!

Let’s talk about lines and no RETURN POLICY cause this store just changed their policy compared to company policy. First why is it as it gets closer to closing time so you close all registers down exceptSelf checkouts??? Why am I forced to Check myself out. I do not mind but the people who don’t understand how to use self checkouts cause backups. And let meTell You how many times I have pushed a fill cart to side and walked out rather then wait in line. Now returns, I have all receipts on purchase history in Walmart app. This way need to return something I have digital copy. Well one receipt will not pull up. See total amount but won’t show any details. So the store said without receipt no returns. It’s a new policy from district manager And they point to return policy on wall with tape covering part of it. They suggested I try another store. This story goes on much longer but let me tell you I was not able to return a $13 car cellphone mount. And that was after I left my full cart due to lines.

Just awesome. Amazing the amount of product they fit into a store. The clearance aisle is always one of my favorites. Reminds me of my neighbors garage sale where you question what, why, really? Q-tips; great deal on Q-tips. Only $3.27 for 500! Last but certainly not least; dont forget about the people watching!

This place is a toilet. Biggest Walmart in the country and is constantly out of everything. 95% out of spray paint. Always low on paper plates, solo cups, etc. Produce lasts 2-3 days max. Its filthy. Never enough cashiers.

This Walmart Supercenter is massive. I was in Albany for a business trip and popped to pick up body spray and hair cream. You can’t miss anything here. It’s like the one stop shop for every life style product. The workers are super friendly there’s also wheelchair accessible entrance and parking.

We came to this Walmart for a $300 wireless router. We waited in electronics from 10-11:15pm. Multiple associates claimed to have “paged someone”. The “manager” claimed to as well. I called the front desk to ask if someone was coming to electronics at 11:05pm because the store had closed and we were still waiting. The employee who answered just said “okay” and hung up on me. I walked to find the manager (again) &another employee was who was stocking was extremely rude to me because they were closed, I told her I was aware but had been waiting in electronics for 45minutes already. Then we are finally told everyone in that department left at 10pm so we can not be helped. That information would have been nice before we waited an hour, at night, an hour away from home with two babies. Then we are sent to self checkout and have to wait in line there because they only have one open and that’s the only way to cash out. Everyone who worked there had terrible attitudes, no one was willing to help, my cart didn’t even have a bottom to it, and the only other thing I came for was regular enfamil formula which they didn’t even have. Truly disgusting how this particular store is ran& how they feel they can treat customers. I will be going to get what I need at Target in the morning now, I’ve learned my lesson with Walmart.

Awful. 20+ cash register stations and only one had a sign that was lit up. 10 - 15 customers with carts waiting in line ahead of me. I pushed my cart out of the way and left without making the purchase. Theres a saying that What we tolerate we teach. And perhaps if more of us refused to have our time wasted and to be treated in such a disrespectful manner, maybe Walmart would make an effort to provide better service. And even if not, well, I at least feel better not having accepted such indifferent treatment.

More often than not, one of the cart escalators are broken. Meaning, you almost always have to wait in line for the elevator. Unfortunately, this is the closest Walmart that has Mt Rainer cherries.

Walmart are always very inexpensive, this Walmart is pretty organized considering how busy they are. Bakery and deli items were very fresh. Customer service is also very good.

I came shopping here and was satisfied with my items, except for the hamburger roll. I went to thaw it out, and had a funny smell. I think Angus hamburger meat is better

I had only ever did curbside pick up. But anytime I have used that service every employee was very nice and respectful.

This space is the pits. And im speaking. Its busy and you have to cash your self out. With about 20 workers standing there watching you. Never again. They lost me as walmart shopper. Guess ill go to the east green bush one.

No customer service just security guards that make you feel like you’re stealing or doing something word. Something weird is going internal at this location !If you’re black the loss and theft team will follow you and harass you. The guy in the wheelchair the supervisor encourages this behavior !

You wont catch me at this Walmart ever. Disorganized and chaotic inside. Ive been to all US states and this walmart is at st place for worst location Ive ever been to. The good thing is if you go in the AM about an hour after opening its like a whole different store. Still a mess though.

Electronics Dept disorganized.I went to buy something. It’s now locked up. There’s two associates but only one key (that wasn’t even nearby).Then they decided to help someone else first. Nice.The other guy quickly fled.I ordered it on Amazon. It was cheaper! I’ll get it tomorrow instead of today. That’s ok.

My visit to big Walmart was a life changing experience. Ever since I went to big Walmart, my life has changed for the better. I can now see beyond the veil of our reality into the multiverse around us. I can lift small objects with my mind, and can even open small wormholes around me. The pizza in the hot food section was tasty as well.

Not enough lines open for the amount of people in the store...some staff members are extremely aggressive...not cool.

Great Wal-Mart. First one Ive ever been to that was two stories. Has an escalator with specialized carts to go between floors. Food and pharmacy on the 1st floor with most of everything on top. Also have 50 cent drink machines out front. Would rate a great experience.

Ive only been to this Walmart a few times. This time wasnt great but, its Walmart. The guy at the door couldnt understand me asking where the automotive department was. After 4 attempts I tried auto twice, then gave up to go look for it. I found it right after I passed the escalator down was closed and caution taped off. I decided not to wal down the broken down but NOT taped off escalator up. The elevator had a line and I wasnt in the mood to be closed in with a stranger or two cuz... COVID. Im glad this isnt my hometown Walmart!

This store is a pretty good Walmart. You can find all the things you would expect in this store and the store is usually stocked up.

Its a 2 story store with food on the first floor and the rest on the second floor. They say it is the biggest Walmart in the country.

I havent been to Walmart in forever and now I remember why. The store was dirty, garbage, including empty orange peels, in random places on the shelf. There were no carts when you came in downstairs, so they sent you upstairs for cart. The cart escalator was broken and there was a line for the elevator. We ditched the cart idea got a few items we needed that we could carry and got out of there. The prices are not even better then any other store. My daughter joked that I put in life in danger by bringing her there before she had her second vaccine.

I shop here at least once a week. there is this one guy that was super helpful went above n beyond to help me find a particular item I was looking for. I was blown away by his patience and kindness.

The place is huge but they have a horrible lack of variety of selection especially in the clothes department but my baby clothes there months ago and it was kind of hard because they didnt have the cool stylish clothes that other Walmarts have for my daughter but yet had a bunch of summer clothes put out already and most of it was ugly or didnt have things to make matching outfits! Smh! Also had a horrible lack of selection for kids bedding and sheets.. it was hard to find stuff that matched for that too! But they do have the best layered cakes in the bakery department as well as many other products like hair dyes and stuff and the online place has way more selection of so much cool stuff you wouldnt believe they have but in person this election sucks at the store

This is a very large Walmart it has two floors. They should have two elevators not just one. I noticed while I was inside the people dont clean up after spills quick enough and accidents happen quickly. This needs to be maintain better. This is in and buy crossgates

This place is right next to the Crossgates Commons Plaza. We just had to stop off on our journey to get some snacks and I must say this Walmart is enormous. There are 2 huge floors stacked with everything that one could need and think of. There was a big section of fresh produce too. Wonderful place to shop, a one-stop shopping jaunt!!

One of the largest Walmarts I’ve ever been to, if not the largest. It pretty much has everything you expect from a WalMart, and if you do self-check-out, you’re guaranteed to not be waiting in line for more than a couple minutes.

Its a huge store with upper level and lower level sections.its having escalators both for people and for carts separately as well as elevators. Its clean well managed.
