I came here several days in a row needing different posters and banners while being on a tight deadline and they were able to accommodate my requests and were very reasonable. The customer service of Robin and Whitney has been exceptional each time Ive done business with them. In a time where customer service has declined in many businesses, it is refreshing to have this experience and I am appreciate of their willingness and commitment to do their job and do it well. I was sincerely disappointed with the customer service I received today at Fast Copy & Blueprint. The previous owner was always friendly & helpful along with his staff. Shauna wasnt friendly @ all with me. Her initial greeting lacked energy and when she completed my fax I wasnt informed it was ready and she would process my transaction at the register. She just walked away and headed to the register with no word. So I utilized my common sense and followed her. She gave me my total and put my paperwork on the counter and I asked her to staple it bcuz it was multiple sheets. It seemed to be a problem and I inquired if she was having a bad day and she replied no. I gave her my tender of cash and she shove both the change and my receipt in hand and walked away. No thank you or come again like the other representative had done with another customer. I asked to speak to the manager Todd, who did offer an apologize but basically stated that wasnt her character. We are all human, so character flaws can exist sadly in anyone... even the so called best of the best. I think he needs a course in mgmt 101. Oh well I can always patronize the competition on Ledo Rd are discover other methods of taking care of my business.
