This Office Depot doesnt look like much from the outside but dont be fool by the exterior appearance. This is a bright clean well organized up to date office store. I was greeted immediately upon entering. I had a pick up order that was processed the as soon as I showed them the order. Very friendly staff that made coming here a joy.

After leaving staples after a bad experience went to office depot and had a way better experience. I prefer them over Staples. Wish I had got the name of the customer representatives some I could commend them. Will be coming back here.

OMG! I went to office depot to Scan and email some documents. 2 workers at business center both had customers. 3 of us(customers) waiting. 1 tech left the register ans went to other side of the store. And the other 2 tech or workers were walking around text on their phone. And 1 with the walkie talkie saw us in line and spoke and kept going! SMH THE LADY at the counter said she had been there for 25mins. The store is a not the same as it use to be..the outside has alot of trash around the door sidewalk. SMH

The hotel I was staying at had run out of toner so I had to stop in to print about 50+ pages. Unfortunately they were individual files so I was going to have to open each one, select it to print and go through the whole process on the kiosk for each individual file. I was in a rush so the person helping me offered to print them for me and he got them printed for me very quickly. I forgot his name but he was super helpful and I’d definitely go back again for printing services.

Youre on your own here.No one offered their assistance. The guy working today was the only one who I saw being productive, stocking shelves etc.

One lady worker in particular gave 2 customers a bad taste in customer service at the counter. (They had to tell me, a stranger, about it in the parking lot.) But that tall bearded guy was very helpful. He knew his stuff. He might want to recommend some mandatory the customer is always right or lets try to keep our customers staff training. 24July2017 @ ~ 8 p.m.

Visited store today around 2:00PM, one cashier to serve 4+ waiting customers. Customer at counter with cashier took 5+ minutes to get done. Long time to wait in such a store to pay for something. Other cashier walked off with a customer to show her some thing and never came back. Put my items back and went to Staples. Had no problems getting my items and getting out. Would probably still be waiting at Office Depot!

I was able to find what I was looking for at this location and Ms. Barbara assisted me with the items that I purchased. Office Depot have been there for all my needs at home, work and church. G.T.Gardner

The staff in the printing department are knowledgeable and friendly. Demond is always ready to assist me and he is always kind, and when I cant figure out how to pull something on the computer, he cheerfully steps in to help me out

OMG!!! I would give this zero stars if I could!! I have been waiting for my notary stamp for over several weeks now. The first person did not know how to do the stamp correctly therefore it was way to huge. The second people knew how to do it, but obviously they dont know how to do paperwork. MY FREAKING ORDER WAS CANCELLED!!! No one called and said crap! Mind you, on my job, people are waiting for me to get my stamp!!!! OFFICE DEPOT SUCKS!!!!

I went in and found a printer I wanted and saw that they had a discount for tradeing in old printers. I even asked one of the guys about it to be sure, and he confirmed it. So I went back home to get my printer, and returned. On the way in the floor manager asked me what my problem was with the printer. I told her I was trading it in, she was surprised and said, Weve got a trade in special going on, she didnt know but was still helpful at that point. So I got my printer to the counter, they didnt know how to handle it. They went to get the previous lady, who then brought another printer to the counter and said I had to buy it to get the discount. I told her that it said right there under the printer about the discount. She asked me to show her, everything still friendly, and I did. It was clearly marked right under the printer. Again, everything still friendly at this point, and I thought that would be it. But she left to investigate something, and while she was gone I looked over all the printers again and they all had the trade in discount. The more expensive the printer, the higher the discount. When she came back I tried to show her that, but now she had a real attitude, told me I needed to be quiet, that she knew what she was doing. As I said, an incredibally condescending attitude. I felt like I should leave then, but I had found the printer I wanted so I tried to wait for her to finish her investigation. It got testy and she kept telling me she was trying to make sure I got the right printer. I tried to tell her that the printer I picked out was the one I wanted, but she kept on, and with attitude. She obviously didnt care about me and what I wanted, and wasnt interested in selling me a printer. It was way beyond unpleasant. Ill never shop at Office Depot again, and I was a rewards member.

New to this area and ever since being here I clearly see why people dont like it. Staff are lazy, ghetto, and sluggish. Then the lady charges me for extra computer usage she even admit she didnt time it. Smh. When you nickel and dime people you wont have customers for too long. As much as I hate Staples guess thats where Ill go. The only time I have had a good experience is with the dark skinned guy in the printing dept. Big ups to him!

I CALLED AND THE GUY WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE SPOKE SO FAST I DIDNT EVEN GET HIS NAME. HE SAID HE DIDNT THINK SO ABOUT THE PRODUCT I ASKED ABOUT SO I ASKED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE ELSE. A LADY CAME ON TO THE PHONE AND ALREADY SOUNDED LIKE SHE HAD AN ATTITUDE. AS I WAS EXPLAINING THE PRODUCT SHE INTERRUPTED ME AND SPOKE VERY LOUD AND RUDE SAYING IT WAS AN ONLINE PRODUCT ONLY. I WENT INTO THE STORE TO FIND OUT THAT THEY DID HAVE THE PRODUCT!!!NOTE: IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB THEN QUIT AND FIND AN AT HOME JOB WHERE ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS TYPE BECAUSE BOTH OF YOUR ATTITUDES ARE DISGUSTING. BOTH OF THEM WORK IN THE PRINTING CENTER AND I CALLED AROUND 5:00PM PLEASE FIRE THEM OR YOU WILL CONTINUE TO LOSE BUSINESS.

Today I went in to ship a paper package, like I always do in columbus, ga at office depot and office max, shipping is already paid for by shipper,, I have never had to pay out of pocket for shipping envelope, as a matter of fact supplies are outside the store, come to albany, ga at this store, and wanted me to pay for envelope, and tape, this is a broke add store, never will I come here again or refer anyone for that matter.And they deserve no stars.

Terrible service..rude and un helpful ..I went in there twice within two weeks same attitude different face..today I had to help an elderly customer because the employee didnt have time to explain to their customer that he needed a card to use the self serve printer....after that she still overlooked me and helped someone who walked in after me..Im never going there do better!

Using the computer, workers were very rude. They made very rude faces. The girl with the dreads had a very bad attitude. I wouldnt recommend going here.
