I had soooo many questions about buying my first real car, but Matt & Joe were like talking to a friend that you trust what they say, just normal guys. I had never financed a car before and Matt got me approved through Saratoga National Bank while we sat at the table! I knew my exact payment before I left! They explained EVERYTHING as we went and if I had a question they gave me honest answers. Their was never any pressure and I never felt rushed. I bought a Mazda 3 Hatchback and I love it!! When I picked it up it was detailed and looked perfect they even made sure I had gas in the tank. They showed me around the dealership and where to put my keys in the drop box if I come back for service (which I will def do). All and All just a good place to buy car if want straight forward answers and easy buying experience. Highly recommend!

They are very bad people they don’t communicate with there costumers well. I tried to do business with them however they did not want to haggle the price at all. When I asked for my cars trade in value he gave me a very bad price. When I called to try and change the price I had to declined the offer then said have a nice day and all he said was ok. Plus a have a friend who bought a dump truck for $13,000 a while ago but had to sell it due to the fact that it had so many problems.

I bought a 2001 Jeep Wrangler from these guys. The second day the jeep broke down I live out of town so I took it to my mechanic they refused to pay they only paid half because I cannot get it to them it was still warranty . One week later the jeep broke down again no help two months later I was $2200 into it and I decided to let it go I traded in for a brand new car I would not recommend these guys at all

Great group of guys to work with no issues i did my research and they had the vehicle priced below market value the mercedes i got was just what i was looking for. and they work on these cars which is hard to find thses days at a very reasonable labor rate of 85.00 and hour, i met the service tech john young guy with great Knowledge of german and domestic cars. i would recomend access auto sales to everyone i know.thanks fellas keep up the good workdavid
