I always drive by this dealership and see their sign saying, we buy used cars so I thought Id stop by with two of our vehicles to see what theyd offer. I was blown away by their laid back approach from start to finish. They are not the stereotypical dealer you always hear about. When I brought the first vehicle by it took less than 10 minutes for them to get the vehicle information, book it out and make me an offer. One guy from start to finish. I was hoping for a little more on this vehicle (only $500 more to be exact) so they offered me a consignment option which I gladly accepted. One form, one signature and the deal was done! On my second vehicle it took the same amount of time as well - about 10 minutes. Their offer was fair so I agreed to sell it to them on the spot. I handed them the title, gave them three signatures and they gave me a check. The entire transaction with one person and it took less than 25 minutes! Great experience, no pressure, easy transaction.

Bought a beautiful Subaru, just to have problems with it 3 days later! Took it back to them and they worked on it for a week, gave it back to me only to have problems 4 days later and a blown motor! Fought with them and the warranty Company that they used for a month only to have more money come out of my pocket!They have no integrity, and I will not recommend them even to the people I hate!!!!

I recentlybought a truck and travel trailer combo here and everyhing went beautifully. Brian and Lisa bent over backwards getting me not only a fair price but also great financing. The reviews on here are comical. M&M has great customer service. Weve bought 2 cars through them, and will continue to do business with them as long as they are around. Never had any issues. Our last car was finalized in less than 15 minutes. The car was on the lot for less than 24 hours and it was immaculate for a used car. You cant find a better dealership in Albany.

These guys are great! The best deal I ever made was from this dealership. Its been two years later and the most my car needed was an oil change. Would recommend them without reservation. The rude comments are something I never experienced. Perhaps you get what you give.

These guys are typical dishonest used car salesmen. I actually sold a truck to them which went smoothly, but the dishonest story about Dick keeping the car for personal use and his wife not letting him pay more was unnecessary. Just be cognizant of who you are dealing with. There are better people out there that deserve your business.

First thing I bought a vehicle from them February 2019, and Ive had nothing but problems replacing hidden problems. I would not recommend buying a vehicle from these people. They knowingly sold me a vehicle with bad parts, and its been nothing but a headache.

The men here took advantage of my mentally ill grandmother. They sold her a used Lexus for $27,000 that was worth AT MOST $16,000. When we went in to ask if we could give the car back (two days and one week later) they said no the first time and then said, Theres no way in hell youre getting your money back. Remember. Mentally ill grandma. Little old lady. These big bullies said that to her and that we would have to get a lawyer and go to court to get the money back. Please do no support these con artists.

I bought a car here in January. It had a bad transmission. They acted dumb and couldnt provide any service records they had done on it. They admitted to never checking the transmission fluid on it. DONT buy vehicles from here.

I went to go look for a new car. It took 20 minutes for someone to come help me. When a salesman finally did, he was extremely rude. Then he called me an idiot, because I pointed out some issues with a car. This establishment has horrible customer service. Anyone looking to buy a car go somewhere else.

My favorite used car lot.

Car purchase experience was my first, and not bad overall... at first. Staff was friendly, however work I requested to be performed was either not done or done incorrectly, but not noticed until several months after purchase. Timing Belt case was glued back on instead of being replaced due to missing bolt hole, water pump was double-gasketed and siliconed in, Timing Belt retention spring was streched to 4x its normal length and wrapped around the pulley, battery cables were not replaced but rather wrapped in electrical tape and a new battery clip added and the spark plug wiring did not appear to have been replaced as I had asked.If you purchase a vehicle from this outfit, get an accredited shop of your choice to perform the work. It cost me an additional $900 to have everything reworked correctly. So far calls have gone unanswered and unreturned. Will update review later if things change.
