The people that work there are always very pleasant & ready to assist you.The products are great & the prices are good. I have been going here for years.It takes me 40 minutes to drive to the store.

Dont waste your time or money at this place. They tried to sell me hair in black. I have a much lighter color. The man continued to look and found one in a lighter color. However, when I went into the daylight the color was different. I immediately walked back into the store and mentioned it to they lady, she didnt even try to find a different color for me. Pretty much told me I was stuck with it because they dont do refunds. I also witness what seemed to be regular and the lady have a dispute over a discount she normally gets.

I love these guys..and they always honor my licensed hairdressers discount. Loyalty begats loyalty..Ive been shopping with them so long, we know each by name with many acquaintances in common. Its not just a shopping experience I feel like Im visiting my family.

Staff were not helpful. They proceeded to watch me the whole time. When I asked for help in reference to the wigs one man/ owner working said, ”you dont know what you want?!”. I smiled and I told him him I just needed assistance assuming he had knowledge of the wigs. He became frustrated as I asked questions. I am not sure why. I tried on some wigs as he critically looked on at me. He quickly reminded me of the 3 wig limit (which I had gone over) I started I definitely would be making a purchased he said nonchalantly, ”no your not”. He said, ”your was wasting time”. I felt maybe he gets a lot of ignorant people in the store so I didnt react. I explained to him again; I would be making a purchase and if he would like to hold my wallet to know I was serious, he could. He said, ”i dont need that”. I hurried up as he seemed to be fed us as u was in the store about 15 min or so looking around. Perhaps he thought I wanted to steal. I found a wig and said to him do you have this wig in another colors he said, ”no! We have only what’s there” He didnt want to be bothered with me. I told him. The tag states it stated it came in diff colors. He reluctantly went to the back of the store to get other colors. He refused to open it so I could I could verify the color. I just got a 1B because I felt I couldn’t go wrong.He was just very difficult to work with. Mind you, t. I told him I am an educated person and I ask for respect and you should not treat people that way.No on should be disrespected when all they are asking for is assistance. By the way I did make a purchase.The man was a dark skin Indian looking man. There was a female wearing a sari. She spoke minimally or not at all nor did she offer assistance. As if she were afraid of the male worker.
