Boss lady at this store please check and make sure youre not being robbed. I have purchased Empire Gold hair for a very long time. It is really silky hair and it doesnt yank up in the back of your head like the more cheap quality weave. The last time I went their your cashier charged me over $60 for the hair. I used to get a discounted price on the second pack but thats not even what I am getting at. the hair I brought was not Empire Gold hair. It was a very cheap quality of weave that had been switched out for Empire Gold. Watch who is working for you because they could easily switch that hair out for a cheaper version and then go back and buy it for themselves. I been wearing Empire Gold hair for a very long time so I know the quality of it. Check you store and make sure youre putting out the right products.

Your staff manager was very rude. Toward me today 6/14/21. You have a sign saying you are following CDC guide line and I told a woman that I had all my shots and the card, but she insisted that I had to where a mask. Than I ask for a name because I was greatful for her to come back and talk with me at first. You may be short staff but a Custer service person should never give attitude. When I was trying to get curbside. Asset. I will be coming in to talk to a real manager. I try to talk to the manager and an the owner. The owner stated that she does not deal with customers. What type of place and owner does not deal with a customer that was trying to get a few things. This place need to be re-evaluated. Im just saying as a customer sales representative myself you should not tell a lie in front of the customer you did not tell me that there was no curbside you only told me that you were short of staff and you had a long line of. I will not be coming back to this place since you want to call the police on a customer that just trying to talk to people. Im done with this storm will never get my money again. This place deserves 0 Stars. But I only had a Post-Star so I could write a comment complaint about this place today.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would!! I visited the establishment on 8/4. I was searching for children’s braiding hair. I do not live in Albany but the place happens to be not too far from my parents house. Please Do Not spend your money here. The staff is extremely rude and they only like your money. I politely walked out and waited till I got back to Atlanta to spend my money with a black owned establishment.

They have a no return policy. No exceptions. Which is what African Americans say about these Asian stores treat you. I wont go back. You teach people how to treat you.

Great hair supply store. The young ladies and gents there are professional at all times, real good hearted. I enjoy taking my business there.

They are very conscious of what is taking place in the world (covid19) and have a disinfection area prior to shopping. Offer weekly deals which is a plus if you are on a budget. Some staff are friendlier than others. But that is everywhere.

Do you know how far my wife has me travel to this hair store?? Hours a way just know that. She always talks about the discounts, the friendly staff, and the music she loves. It is rare that she can find a hair store that she can get every single item that she needs for my daughter and herself, but since Albany Beauty has come into town these last years, I only have to make one stop. Even though she seems to need to go in there atleast every couple weeks. If you want a store that has great deals, filled with products, and good atmosphere, Albany Beauty is the right place to go. Just dont expect her to come in and out and especially not with just what she was going for. As Andrea says, the more you buy, the more you save!!

Normally closes around 6pm due to COVID-19 however, I came in today around 5:52pm to get some gel and they would not let me in. Tried calling the manager but number kept going to voicemail which was full might I add. Horrible!

After a long day at work the last o see is your child sad and in disbelief that something she bought from THIS store was defective and all she wanted to do was just exchange it. So as a mother I took her back to THIS store to try to see if I as an adult could try to exchange it,and the same Rude Manager told me NO that they dont have defective merchandise. Refused to help us and called the police on me when I asked her for some store information. I spend well I used to spend a lot of money in THIS store but as of today I wont be back. PERIOD!!!!

Checkout can be a little wait with only two cashiers, but thats everywhere I go. So this place is great.

I LOVE THIS STORE ITS PRODUCTS AND LORD KNOWS THIS STAFF IS PHENOMENAL and exceptionally professional. I sometimes just drive 26 miles to walk thru the store and be greeted by the STAFF there. I tell everyone about MY STORE. Love IT. I wish they had one in my city but Ill continue to drive the26 miles one way.

They have every thing I can think of as far as Beauty Supplies. Even flat shoes , sandals,, pumps wigs tights t-shirts, just all kinds of goodies. And of course jewelry and accessories.

Will not purchase anything from this store again. Bad customer service. Wanted to exchange the ponytail because it was the wrong color. I asked for assistance but she was not any help. Call and spoke with the manager, who did not give her name and when I asked for it, she hung up the phone. That was not professional at all. I will spend more money at a place with good customer service, than to spend less at a place with bad customer service.
