Do your research and don’t ask for help. This lady told me 1 bottle was enough and my hair was light enough. It took over 2 bottles (had to leave my hair half done) and my hair was not light enough for the grey to show up. Just wasted my money because she didn’t know what she was talking about

The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The store was organized nicely. They have some good sales periodically.

I havent been to this store in YEARS due to previous poor management. However, yesterday I had to stop by and my experience with the manager, Katee, was AMAZINNGGGG. SO helpful, so experienced, and so knowledgeable. I was nervous about COVID and such and she kept her distanced but still made me feel comfortable and at home in there. She truly was so awesome!!! Please shop at this sallys beauty store yall you will not regret!!!!!!!! xoxo :)

The staff was very knowledgeable about the hair care products for my type of hair. Her advice was on point and her products worked on the first try! They may be a bit pricey, but you cant get the education about the different products for your specific type of hair from the BSW.

I went to Sally’s to purchase a detangling brush for my daughter because she had lost hers. Not using the brush at all because I found that a comb worked better for her hair, I went to go return the brush the following day, which once again WAS NOT USED and still had the tag on it hoping to get my $20 I spent on the brush back. I read the return policy thoroughly before entering back into the store, and no where does it say that I will not be able to get my Cash back from the return of a hairbrush, not even a full day after purchase. Long story short, I go in for the return and the young lady is denying being able to give me the cash back because “the corporate systems won’t allow it.” And forced me to take store credit. This store credit is now useless to me and I will not be shopping here ever again as well as informing my page of 50k+ followers of the ridiculous return policy from Sally’s beauty.

I love sallys.i have dyed my hair for years and finally found a hair dye that lasts long and is a great color.and sallys has good prices.if you sign up to be in the beauty club u get good discounts

This is the worst store ever.. The workers are very rude and they have no patience also they close at 5pm and they close early at 4:30pm.. this is the worst place ever don’t come here you would have a horrible experience..

I was there for awhile trying to find everything that I needed and the staff ladies were really nice and helping! Im happy to find staff that take time, listen to customers and help. Very satisfied with all the help they did for me. Thanks.

Me and my sister are NEVER coming to this Sallys ever again. We go in to get stuff for our roots. We have dark brown roots but want to keep our blond. This skinny weird Spanish girl (with frizzy hair) suggests we use this box dye. It was called ION INTENSIVE SHINE ultra peal blonde hlna. Now I know I shouldnt have listened to her because I never heard someone ever suggest a box bye for roots but I got the boxes for our hair. Our roots looked copper as all hell. If someone goes into a store not knowing what to get and you recommend something horrible for them to use you should NOT be working there. She has no idea what she was doing or talking about. And whats up with the hair extension collection? Maybe if you had better workers and a better supply people wouldnt talk bad about this store. Reminded me of a run down drug store.

I went in to get advice on purchasing items for gel nails and already had a $187 UV lamp in my basket and still had to buy everything else. I asked the salesperson for help - I just needed to know what products were a necessity such as base coat, top coat, etc... She said they are no longer allowed to give advice. I wasnt looking for polish color advice, I was asking what do I NEED in order to start and she couldnt help. Ill order off Amazon from now on.

I always love coming in to the Sally Beauty at the Westgate Plaza. Helpful staff and always nice and welcoming. The store is always clean and organized.

Love sallys, its the only place i get my hair supplies, but i went to get some hair dye 10 minutes before they were supposed to close and the door was locked. The employee inside looked at me and just shook her head no mouthing closed to me. Very rude, unprofessional and not company policy seeing how the door said 9-9 and i showed up at 8:50.

I went in today and The new ladies they hired to work the desk are rude and unfriendly, the followed me around the store as if i haven’t been shopping here for 15 years. I usually love the store but I’m disappointed i have to stick to my local beauty supply now instead, the store is going downhill

The customer service in this place was terrible. I kept smelling a strong weed or marijuana smell and it was one of the cashiers in the back who was training for her first day.
