Got my phone upgraded here and the customer service was excellent. Everyone greeted me, and the rep, Hans helped me pick out my phone and was very helpful and helped me answer all of my questions. He was super friendly and nice and I had a problem w my payment but he was super cool about it and let me run home and back in like 30 min to get my other card. 11/10 would definitely recommend. Hans deserves a raise

Bad services at this T-Mobile store and cruel customer service at this store.-I went bought a charge cable for my IPhone, after paid, a clerk (a gentleman) he is bad attitude, and don’t know what’s is he doing.He spent 20 minutes to find how to print out a receipt.After 20 minutes he print out a receipt he tear offf a little piece paper like a dog tear off paper or or garbage paper give to me.I ask him to print out normal receipt, he said he can notHe call me a child not accept his tiny tear off paper keep talking for 10 minutes final he print out normal receiptI do t know how people like this work in this store and bad attitude service customers, store needs teach them know how to works and behave.I recommend to everyone not go to this store, it’s bad services, needs training those clerk.

I’ve never had such a bad customer service interaction in my life. I asked to return a product (within policy guidelines) and the individual assisting me bullied me about it the whole five minutes of my politely waiting for what would typically be considered a very legitimate and commonplace transaction to be completed. I received the refund, of course, but left the store completely astounded.

I upgraded my phone online so I got it over the mail and it was a hot mess to bring my line to the new one, but Ilse from T-mobile at park st. Did everything in her power to make it work. 1.5hrs later, she delivered! Thank you for being patient, not giving up and helping me today.

Please confirm with T-Mobile to see if this is a T-mobile authorized third party store, or a T-mobile retail store. Although they looks exact the same, but there are differences.A year ago, I went to this store to upgrade my iPhone, and the employee told me they were having a sale that I can pick 3 accessories for free. I picked 3 accessories including a beats earphone. As in my bill is auto-paying, I never notices that they are not free after 2 months, as in Ive been charged for those 3 accessories. I went to the store, and store manager Tony told me that the employee has been fired due to her behavior, of course. But since its been 2 months, they dont want to refund me full credit, and take the items back. They only want to refund me 50%. I called T-Mobile and been told this is NOT a T-mobile retail store, it is a third party but authorized by T-Mobile store, so T-Mobile does NOT have full authority to as them to give me full refund.After I negotiate with T-Mobile, I still couldnt get my full refund, I told them I will just pay off my bill and leave T-Mobile. Thats when they start to back up saying they dont want to lose a costumer thats been with T-Mobile for years.Im still using T-Mobile today, but whenever I go to the store to do any business with them, I will call T-Mobile to verify if this is a real T-Mobile retail store. Please verify with them, and this might cause you less of headache.Edit: Although I understand how hard to run a business (I am a small business owner), and how hard to keep life together in this time. I am truly sorry that the coronavirus causes many issue including your business, BUT taking advantages of your costumer is not an appropriate way to run your business!

We have had the pleasure of having Mr. Federico assisting us! We first met him at the Telegraph store, and when we walked into the Alameda store yesterday..he was there!Mr. Frederico informed us about Veterans discounts, and how to lower our bill. Along with savings, he has outstanding customer service! Also saw him in San Pablo store. Great asset to T Mobile!

Funny how they only keep the good reviews. I posted one that wasnt good last week & its gone. I am up dating what I said before. The mgr, Tony, wasnt honoring his promise. I finally went to customer service & they took care of it. I Do like T-Mobile & what it offers. Its the way Tony handled things Im not happy about. I Dont know how he can be a mgr. If youre doing business with him, be SURE you read the paperwork BEFORE you leave the store so you get EVERYTHING you were told.

On 8/26/19 at about 4pm I visited the Park store and had the worst T-mobile visit since a customer. I was unenthusiastically greeted by 1 of 2 sitting employees and not even acknowledged by the 2nd staff. I stopped at the 1st register and she went to the 2nd one and attempted to talk to me about my plan until I asked if I should come to her.I am on a Jump plan and was told I would have to pay the remainder of my phone balance of $210, $300+ more as deposit on the phone and give her my phone before leaving the store. I explained I needed to clean out my phone, so what if I keep it? You can send it yourself.

So today I came into the store because I want to return my old device back I went to a different carrier before I went into the store I called customer service and I asked them what should I do with the phone and they told me if I want to I can return it back and I’m not responsible for the $800 and the only amount I will be owing is 500And I went into the store today and they told me wwho do I spoke to if it’s somebody from the Philippines and I told them no it’s from the USA and they told me they cannot except my phone and when I called back to T-Mobile they told me they supposed to except my phone this store needs better customer service or else T-Mobile will look bad

Nov 21, 2019 Time is12:51pm I was @store & paying my phone bill one of the associated sales person was bleeding in his left thumb finger the sales Rep # 328 was an professional while his holding the tablets on his hand I notice that his thumb is bleeding I wonder if the manager of the store train this worker, it seem that they just work ther and dont aware about their self 🤔 thats really very weird working with the customer service.
