Purchased a set of art pieces. They were in the box and I should have checked them. When I got home they had random strings and a dark piece of paper in the middle of the piece. I contacted them and they said the would be glad to go through their stock and find 2 that were good. They contacted me and said they had 2 good ones. I drive out there this morning and he was like here are the 2 on display. One of those also had a random piece of paper hanging on the print. He tells me well that’s just the nature of the piece and he’s not going to dig through more boxes. It was a gift for my sister for Christmas. Luckily he refunded my money which I know he didn’t have to do. But I am still disappointed because I wanted the art work. So lesson learned. Be sure to check your items before you leave. Oh and your response to me through messenger shows me how you handle customers. Imperfections are not random pieces of dark colored paper in the middle of a white print.
