Prices were great. Sales people are awesome. Queen arrived exactly on time. They have tried to deliver my cal king twice now…. Once as a queen and once as a regular king. Delivery guys actually unloaded them, and tried to get me to sign for them insisting the queen WAS cal king and the king was “just turned wrong” when they tried to leave them on the two separate delivery occasions. Been 3 weeks since I ordered, telling me my cal king got damaged in the warehouse and now it might be another 3 weeks before they can get one in. Sales people are great, delivery guys are even nice. Warehouse seems to want to be accommodating (I haven’t spoken to them personally) but I’m sleeping on a bed frame with just a mattress topper for the last 3 weeks so I’d sure like to have a mattress and not have to wait another 3 weeks…because mine “got damaged in the warehouse”.

We purchased our mattress from Dixie at mattress firm in alabaster. Dixie is so knowledgeable and pleasant and really did a great job helping us get what we wanted. I would highly recommend her!

Sarah at the Alabaster, Alabama location was wonderful. She understood the urgency of me needing a bed for family that will be visiting from NC. She went out of her way to assist me in getting things handled ASAP. She researched then reached out and made it happen! All while assisting other customers professionally as well. Employee need a little more training about the products specifically with Progressive. Understanding of the business process will be a good plus for future customers. Sales representative do not to assume things about customers. Just verify before assuming. However, sales representative made some efforts to nice and helpful.

I don’t really like having to wait for a costly product. The store manager mentioned 3-5 business days and my product states estimated delivery of aug 16. Of course you can’t cancel after the purchase was complete. Very dissatisfying. Better results will probably be to order online would be my recommendation.There isn’t even a warranty or satisfaction guarantee. I regret my purchase $700 for a pillow bundle set that I want receive until almost 2 months. Try amazon first in my opinion if you get the name of the pillows wanted they also will be on there with faster shipping and warranties
