We love Dr. Patel and this eye clinic. They treat us so well and there is never a sense of being a “burden” or “inconvenience.” We are very thankful for them! Highly recommend!

I moved to the area recently and had to find a new eye doctor. Im so happy I found this place! The staff is very professional and engaging. My glasses are OUTSTANDING! The lenses in the glasses I purchased here were the most scratch prone Ive ever had in my life. I purchased what they told me was the best scratch protection available. Within 3 months the glasses were unusable. The subsequent pair I bought online are over a year old and unscathed. Absolutely would not recommend this place

Support staff and Doctors were very helpful and knowledgeable - I was very pleased with the service!But...... it was very frustrating that Novus would not submit a claim to my secondary insurance, which caused me to spend a considerable sum of $ out of pocket that should have been covered.If u have secondary insurance, I recommend calling around before settling on an eye clinic; I neglected to do this assuming they would submit mine as both of my previous eye clinics did. Just check your facts before you settle on a provider; I did not!

I had cataract and lense replacement in both eyes in January. 2020. 1st exam after the surgeries Dr said my vision was worse than before the surgeries. 2nd exam my vision had gotten even more worse after the 1st exam. Now Im partially blind. Couldnt pass license vision test and can no longer drive. Thank You Tallmadge Novus Clinjc.!!!

Dr Giusto is always very professional and thorough. Any time I have questions/concerns they are discussed and addressed while Im in the exam room. Dr Giusto also does a great job interacting with our children. He has a great ability to connect with patients to ask and answer questions in a way we can all relate. My experience at Novus (Coventry) was excellent. In the past, I was very disappointed when I went to the Tallmadge office. This time, I got an eye exam elsewhere and first, went to the Tallmadge office for eyeglasses and again, was very dissatisfied. I then went to Novus in Coventry and had a wonderful experience ordering glasses. Brian and Lisa were extremely helpful, professional and courteous. When my glasses arrived, vision and fit were perfect, the first time, thanks to Brian and Lisas expertise. Their friendly customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend seeing Brian and Lisa at the Coventry office to order glasses.

Every one there was very nice and pleasant im glad i decided to go to novus clinic for my eye appt. Very pleased with their services.

Went in for their lifetime lens guarantee. My glasses had become very loose also. I had to wait about an hour despite calling ahead of time, and the man who helped me commented on my glasses being loose.. but did not fix them. He ended up sending me to another branch, and they fixed my glasses promptly and adjusted them. Not a huge fan of this Coventry location.

The staff has always been great to us, patient with my special needs child during his exams, and when my wife asked them to order a particular pair of frames for her to try on, they also ordered 2 others that were similar without being asked so she would have more variety.

It took me a month to get an appointment. I ran 15 minutes late to my appointment And the year could no longer fit me in even though I called when I was on my way and they said it would be fine. I ran late because I had trouble leaving work and I was on my lunch break.... The customer service here is terrible. Called LensCrafters instead and got an appointment for two days later. Save yourself the trip and go to LensCrafters instead 👍👍

The receptionist has no patience and gets fed up quickly. Non cooperative behavior. She gave me surprise charges and did not cancel my order. Very unprofessional! Does not know how to deal with customers!!!!!

If you have extra time (they are slow) and money (up selling) then these guys are for you.However, if you are an average person, your money is best spent at another eye clinic...I could not even get a receipt when leaving, they have to mail it to me...Go somewhere other than NOVUS Clinic for your next eye exam...I will...GDS

Worst ever still waiting for glasses it has been almost a month staff very rude when i called. then they called week ago said it would be couple more days waited a week called they were rude again last time for that place.they could learn some customer service from green office.

I sat in the waiting room and waited to be called back, ,meantime the employees were all standing having a full blown discussion while myself and other customers waited to be seen.I will not come back here ever again the workers are too unprofessional!!!!!!!!

Very long wait before I was seen. Do not carry my brand of contacts, switched me into another kind. Kept having to come back because contacts were not comfortable. This place is not professional! Will not be coming back!

Waited in the waiting room for half an hour before being called back, waited another 45 minutes in the exam room before actually being seen by a doctor, despite making an appt 2 weeks in advance.
