Great Staff and Great Facility. It’s very clean and organized. All the staff members are very friendly and helpful. They made sure to check what my insurance covers before they start everything so that way I wouldn’t have any surprise bills. They make each persons experience is good and that all their concerns and needs are taken care of. Definitely recommend them to all.

I came in with my elderly stepdad the doctor was very patient and kind with him. Explaining and re-explaining the details of cataract procedures. The front desk went out of their way to make some calls to find out the expense of it with the once a month doctor that does the procedure.

Physician was nice, professional and informative. Staff however, kind of rude, not really personable, and for some odd reason they think the little room off the showroom is sound proof. She explained everything in easy to follow details, was kind, and also respectful.The gentleman (I think his name may have been John?) that helped me pick out my frames asked for my preferences and was patient with me as I went back and forth between two pairs.Id highly recommend them.

I have been a patient for Dr. Handels entire career. I have recommended him for all that time, and wouldnt go anywhere else.Through the years his staff has been excellent. The office has a friendly family atmosphere. Its a very caring place.No matter how far away my children have moved; they go home to Dr.Handel for eye care.

Every visit to this clinic includes an argument about vision insurance coverage. Every time I step foot into this business, they attempt to charge me more money for items that are either already paid for or covered under my vision insurance (VSP.) Not sure if the front end staff needs training or they are attempting to overcharge for service but when questioned about the coverage and charges, they get very defensive and rude. I pay my insurance premiums so I receive great service. I will never return to this business.

Handel vision did very well following protocol procedures for Covid . Everything from tables to chairs to frames were sanitized right away after being handled by customers. Dr. Handel is great, always very friendly and helpful! They give you the option to do the exam without dilation for a fee, so you leave feeling much better. Good selection of glasses and theyll always adjust for free.

Dr.Slavik is the best optometrist I’ve ever met. He was absolutely wonderful with my children. My son has dyslexia. Dr.Slavik would show my son letters individually when he would say them out of order to Really test his vision.

We had excellent eye doctor appointment with Dr. Caitlyn Reghetti. She took the time to listen to your concerns and every part of the eye exam was a plus.Prices for lenses can be quite high so shop carefully.

Today was our first time at HVC of Green. My two school age boys and I had appointments at 8:30, 9 and 9:30...tomorrow. I thought they were today (totally my mistake) and had already kept the kids out of school for the morning. To my amazement, 2 different doctors agreed to see us right then. The whole staff was great, from beginning to end, every interaction we had was 5 star worthy. Thanks so much for fitting us in and doing such a great job!
