Service is superb. If they make it wrong they are always willing to fix it with a smile. This staff doesn’t get enough appreciation by guests for the stuff they put up with. Nicole went above and beyond and delivered my remade drinks to me at my house when I couldn’t leave from surgery. Extremely friendly staff. Only thing that sucks is the parking lot haha

Greeted when we went inside. I wanted something low in calories to eat. The young man suggested several items. He was so pleasant and helpful. My granddaughter always gets the pink drink and loves it! Starbucks is always great!

I love Starbucks especially the caramel macchiato hot or cold however I purchase cake pops that had hair all over them so check your cake pops they they got me new ones free of charge as well as new drinks so I appreciated that but just check and make sure that your cake pops are okay

There was a young lady taking orders outside in the cold this morning. Despite being cold out there, she was kind and went above and beyond with service to even go as far as to ask about our day and direct us to her friend at the window. Very nice employees, terribly long lines. Not the place to stop if you need your caffeine quickly.Lines get so long that drive-thru traffic gets backed up into the street on a daily basis.

Super friendly staff, wait at drive thru was long, had the strawberry funnel cake frappuccino it was ok, wouldnt get it again though. The impossible breakfast sandwich was good.

0 stars! The skinny 4 eyed punk had an attitude when I tried to change a Frappuccino into a latte and then tried to charge me extra to make it the same. He then proceeded get his manager when I was trying to see what I was getting charged for. She was just as bad!Customer service is terrible for the night shift here.

I get that it’s 7am and busy, but there was no need for a barista to be angry that he didn’t follow directions. And in return broke the cup my drink was in and it leaked all over my truck. Now I have a trenta drink that is over half empty because it’s on the interior of my truck. Bad days happen, but do not take it out on the customers!!!!

Went through the drive through at 7am and Haley helped us. What a breath of fresh air she was! She was so incredibly friendly and happy, it helped us start our day off right. She must have heard our daughter crying in the backseat because she gave us a little scone to give her!

The coffee here is pretty good overall for a chain store.Im not sure how often this happens, but both of the last two times Ive been here, Ive received free items.

I love this place, the layout and the staff. They talk to everyone like they have known you forever, it has a very friendly and comfortable atmosphere. They always get my order right the first time and the facility is always nice and clean. I come here a few times a week and even work remotely via their wifi at times.

I just went down and got 3 Vinti White Chocolate Mocha and 1 tea. I get home and two of the coffees was only about 3/4 filled. I don’t normally complain however if I’m paying almost $6 for a cut of coffee I want it filled. I took a picture of them if you’d like to see. If it wasn’t so late I would have went back and just asked for a refund.

Typical Starbucks. Clean, well lit (both in and out) courteous service, minimal waiting time for drinks, knowledgeable staff. Location is easily accessible and on one of Akrons main thoroughfares.

This is one of my favorite Starbz to visit! Very friendly, patient staff thats knowledgeable about the drinks and patient telling you about them. Very quick service as well, Im never in line more than like 10 minutes.

There might be a slower Starbucks in northeast Ohio, but, as of yet, I haven’t found it. This location is terribly slow.

I was here during a busy time of day. My drink order was incorrect, which I totally understand- accidents happen! I told the baristas and they were so kind and polite about re-making my drink. They were very patient with me and promptly made what I originally ordered. Can’t beat that kind of customer service. I appreciate their friendly manner and positive attitude with every visit. Amazing staff!

I order the exact same thing every single time, sometimes it tastes like the nectar of the gods, sometimes it tastes like gross bean water with no flavor. I even do mobile orders, so it literally says how many pumps of everything I want, I dont understand how it can come out wrong 5/10 times. Plus, this is my fault, but why do I pay $3.55 for iced coffee that isnt even stirred?? What is the sense in that. For that much money it should come out perfect and amazing, and stirred every time. I dont think thats asking too much.

Love this staff, the area and the service. The only sucky part of it is the design layout. Whoever designed the layout was not thinking straight. The drive through line is large at times and blocks parking spots, and people trying to get out of it. Its a small space they bought but the design is just horrible. Other than that though I love going to this Starbucks (on times its not so busy)

Love Starbuck. The only thing I can say is make sure your coffees hot if you want hot coffee. Some time in the early morning it not hot enough when they just open. Otherwise I love the coffee, teas and bakery goods.

Ordered Venti Frap through Door Dash, got a tall and did not get a replacement after a brought it up. Additionally, when my SO has gone to the business, shes been told they didnt have an item on the menu, not as in they were out, but that the item didnt exist, that was on the menu, we went next time and got it after I pointed it out. Go to a different Starbucks if youre able to.

This location is such a let down. Drinks are never properly made (its been 7 times now) a simple iced coffee taste like water at this location. Drive thru always moves quickly, but Id rather wait if it meant better quality!

This specific location is always a 50/50 shot. Im severely lactose intolerant and order my coffee accordingly. I work right down the street so its location is convenient when everyone at work wants coffee and someone runs toget it. However ive had to throw/give away at least a dozen coffees due to them putting dairy in my coffee.

They need to mix the drink better but great service and very friendly.

My first time there and I wont be back. I expect better customer service when Im buying a $5 coffee. Im 64 and was made to feel very unwelcome as the staff ignored my order to serve the 20 somethings who came after me. When I asked about my order, I got attitude like I was the problem. No apology and the only explanation was that my order somehow got pushed to the back. The order was then sloppily put together and not worth the cardboard cup. Skip it if youre an adult and go to one of the MANY less expensive, local coffee shops.

Parking lot is small. Its definitely better than the old location A great benefit is the drive-thru. Employees are nice and always make suggestions for those of us who cant make up their minds.

Notorious for not getting my custom orders correct, and for putting too much ice in cold drinks (even when I request little ice). For the price of Starbucks, Id prefer better service. I plan to avoid this location in the future, theres several other coffee shops nearby.

I dislike coffee but thought Id try to $3.59 iced tea. The drink was 90% ice... I guess they werent joking with iced tea. Drink was finished before we left the drive thru. Will never return to any Starbucks ever.

It used to be so nice in the previous location but once they moved here many things have changed. The driveway design is crazy. So many staffs but drinks come out so slowly. Newer staff does really pay attention and borderline being rude.
