Never had any issues far as customer service. Employees are always polite and positive. Only thing I would suggest is that when someone is New they should train better & longer. Also pay Attention to the workers when they are busy.. Managers definitely should be helping out more...

Big store with not much in it. Bathroom filthy out trashy. Id say worst Sheetz in Ohio Ive been to.

Place has fallen off. Been out of state and looked forward to having some good ol Sheetz food when I got back. Orders been messed up every time I went. I loved Sheetz before I left but really unreliable now. Basing this review strictly on ordering food. Everything else its just another gas station.

I ordered a large iced mocha with extra espresso and chocolate. when my order was called the cup wasnt even full, it had liquid all over the top and leaking from the lid area. the bottom was caked with syrup because they put to much in. drink was horrible and very syrupy. I order one every morning and this is the worst I have ever had. I threw the drink away because it was undrinkable due to the excessive amounts of syrup in bottom of the drink.

Bathroom is filthy. Floors in store are very dirty. Used to be nice. Really bad now.

What a dump. Idk what changed, but this place went downhill quick. Looks like a tornado went thru...not stocked ( ever)dirt, trash on the floor, bald security guy who thinks he is B-A, no lids that fit ...just... uggh

Clean bathrooms, variety of snacks drinks and MTO (made to order) still remains open.

This place almost always gets our grub hub order correct...At least- always fresh and tasty. Good job guys!

Besides the overwhelming presence of law enforcement. Their gas prices are always reasonable and they offer 4 or 5 different grades of fuel to choose from. They offer an outdoor patio for use when weather permits and they have speakers outside to announce when a customers order is ready. Two flat screen TV’s locates in the indoor dining area, convenient for entertainment while you wait for or enjoy your made to order meal. This location is always packed, their selection is often picked over with few items to chose from depending what you’re looking for, some of the employees are very over bearing and want to talk forever at check out even with a long line behind the customer at the counter. I’ve ordered from there made to order food system and I have gotten the wrong thing made multiple times in the past few weeks. Everything from the wrong size drink, wrong drink all together, and wrong food... pick up the slack guys!

I have to ask someone to grab me a drink from the cooler in the back everyday because they never stock it. Its as if theirs no real management in this store. When I ask for a drink I get met with attitude as if Im supposed to jump through the glass doors and shelves and grab it myself. Customer service is only good with very few of the cashiers. Great location for car washes and when the coffee is actually working, its great coffee but then you dont have any creamer because again they dont like to stock it. If you ever get a chance to ask them to restock something for you. Beware of their lashback! I would never recommend this location to anyone unless every other place was packed

Worst coffee server ever. Made my drink wrong then when i told her it didnt taste right she got snotty and said want me to make it right in front of you. Will never order anything from here again.

I stopped in here yesterday to use the bathroom and was DISGUSTED! No toilet paper at all, feces everywhere, dirty diapers on the sink, and the smell was awful!

Fryers have been mysteriously down lately. Makes a reasonable person question if its due to lack of maintenance or not. Shouldnt take more than a day or two to fix that issue. Cant imagine the business youve lost forever to Speedway across the street.

Sent my wife in two different times to get a drink. I already paid for the first time they acted like she should have known were it was and would not show her the pick up rack, and they second time it was behind the counter and tried to make her pay for someone elses food after telling her the drink didnt exist

I got gas and was asking for 5 bucks in change for air and lady said why dont i give her 5 for the total amount and never got the 5 exchanged for quarters for air pump.

Ordered a hot sub sandwich and nothing was hot about it. To be more specific I ordered a Turkey melt and the cheese was shredded like a damn salad. I will never buy anything from there again. Sheetz is dead to me until proven otherwise.

The crew seems really refreshed with a new facility. Great service. Great variety. Very accomodating accessible to the handicapped. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming to go along with the great employees and the beautiful redo.

Not satisfaction guaranteed here. Messed up my sandwich do to their complicated menu and they refused to correct it. Not sure if it was a new person or not, but i stop here all the time. Maybe not so much now.

Cheap quick food, cheap decent gas... good selection for on the go... my kids love the 2/$1 hot dogs and I like the frozen chai lol

As someone whos been in the food industry and is ServSafe certified Id recommend not eating the food here considering I now have a stomach virus.Yesterday I came in around 8 getting out of work and literally did not eat any food until I came here. Thanks for not knowing how to handle food properly and now I am sick.

This location was torn down and completely rebuilt, opening just this week. Its very strange. The number of pumps has been halved, at least. There were lines forming and that never used to happen. Theres plenty of room for a few more pumps instead of a car wash. Such an odd choice. The location now has E85 for those who like to use it.

They just reopened and still terrible. Todays trip consisted of pump not working, most coffees were out, the one that worked tasted very burnt. Vanilla creamer was out. Worst Sheetz around Akron. You would think being remodeled and just opened that whomever manages this place would have these small issues taken care of... apparently not. *** Update, 4 months later and still have two pumps that dont work. Told its the cold weather, funny no other Sheetz stations Ive stopped by on the last four months have this issue... And it was colder than this.

I have never been to a Sheetz gas station before where they did not have tea. Like to know sweet tea or unsweetened tea freshly brewed. Thats so weird considering thats the cheapest thing to make and then make the most money out of it. I definitely will not be coming back to this one again because I mainly come here just for the tea

Came here to play lottery after 1 of the workers gave me a card to write the numbers out I get to the counter and am told they arent doing lottery rite now. How about post a sign how about take the ballots so nobody can fill one out. What a waste of time should of went to the Marathon as I started to do in the first place.

Ordered an app sampler and waited for it, no big deal. They ask what I ordered as that couldn’t find my ticket so I tell them and wait a bit longer. Annoying but no big deal still. I get my food, go home and open it up and it’s not even a sampler! I got 2 little pieces of chicken and can’t even call back because the number on google is disconnected. Won’t be ordering from here again if they can’t even get 1 item right.

Good gas, good food, good coffee, good service, good everything. Always open 24/7 which is super convenient when you work til 1am, and its basically the same no matter which location you visit. Im through the Waterloo Rd. store multiple times a week, sometimes twice in a day.

I was at this gas station helping a handicap individual with airing up his tires. The staff members came outside and said that I had to stop helping him. That if he wanted help he would come inside for assistance. I am appalled by the way they handle customers. I don’t think I’ll be going back to this gas station.

This isnt the first time this has happened but this was the last straw. I pay .60 cents extra for bacon I expect to get at least a full piece of bacon....no! You give me bacon crumbs! And its all the way at the bottom! Whos holding the bacon hostige cuz this is getting out of hand sheetz...i used to love coming here now you just keep charging more and giving less! Shame

I wish I could leave zero stars! I am absolutely appalled. After waiting 20 minutes for my food, being skipped over so the employees could stop and make the orders of off duty sheetz employees my order is missing items after I was told it was checked and someone gave the explanation for not bagging and giving a customer their food as oh, I just didnt care. I heard you sweetheart. And when I tried calling their phone has a constant busy signal! Unacceptable, I will be contacting corporate, if you dont care about doing your job you dont deserve your job.Update: the woman who said she didnt care is the manager/supervisor at the location.

The male blonde haired cashier with glasses is very nice but just disappointed in the quality of the food. Almost always out of stuff and when I do a “build your own” salad it’s never what I asked for.

My favorite thing in the world is coming into this store in the morning and watching the crew clean the store while 15 people wait in line at one person on register. If this place wasnt convenient on my way to work, Id never go. I skip it as much as possible. They either need to hire more people or explain to them what customer service really means.

For a very busy store the personnel that works there are very good and gets you in and out quickly

Im currently standing in line.. for about 25 mins now for 2 milk shakes... And thats after we stood at the front counter with no cashier in site for 10 mins. Only seems to be one gentalman that has any idea what hes doing. Running fryers and cash register while the girls are litteraly calling numbers just to check if people are still here. Itll be awhile before I come back here... Im really disappointed. Why even rebuild if your not gonna have a strong staff to keep it together in here???

Got a car wash yesterday and couldnt tell. I got the expensive one which is supposed to help with bugs. My car and windshield still is covered with them.

This is an older sheets. But still does the trick. Clean quick and good service.
