I go here 2-4 times a week - you can hardly find a better cup of in the city with 3000 sq ft of meeting space; its the largest coffee shop around and great for meetings, catching up with friends, or studying. I love that fact that its mission-centered and the funds go to support the community and the The Well CDC. If you like cold brew coffee, this is your place! Try the hot chocolate !

Its OK. Lots of space, but theres no comfy easy chairs like whats shown in some photos and sitting at the counter by the windows is darn right uncomfortable. The stools are very small (like made for kids) and you cant lean back in them very well. Even the chairs at the tables look small and uncomfortable. You can barely see out the windows so its abit garage-like in there. The Americano was average at best. Tasted like the bulk Maxwell House my mom lives on so that was disappointing. Maybe the regular drip brew is better, but I cant see how. The barista was very nice, though. Vibe means alot to my coffee experience, so maybe if they bring back the cushy, comfort seating and exchange their tiny chairs for real adults seats Ill enjoy it better.

A GREAT WORK ENVIRONMENT FOR STUDENTS! Compass is a great place to get a good work/study session done with fellow students/co-workers. There is a lot of space to work with, and a great staff. Your surroundings are very clean, and the location of Compass itself is really cool. The coffee at Compass is okay, the espresso shots were a little weak. I would rate it a solid 8/10 which is still really good!P.S. - I have had many study sessions here at Compass and the quality is consistent (in a good way)! Thank you for having me! I will be back again, and thank you staff!

Always very welcoming Cup of coffee. This place is clean, lots of room to sit down and get some work done, or have a meeting. They actually have a printer here which you can get some stuff printed up for a nominal fee. I’ve used it several times, and it’s very easy and convenient. Lots of different option for coffee and tea. The breakfast sandwiches are also amazing! Lots of great parking too.

Curbside is not curbside? Ordered curbside pickup and waited in the parking lot. When it was 10 minutes after the estimated time, we went in. Food was there (cold) and didnt appear to have any intention on being brought out. Food was good, but missing the sauce that was supposed to be on the sandwich as well. Disappointed.

They are really easy to find following her directions to a t. The place is soooo cute. It is nice, spacious, and clean. The coffee is really good to and comparable to the large chains. If you have an opportunity to support this locally owned place, please do so. I will be sure to return.

This is a very unsuspecting gem on East Market. Its perhaps a bit too easy to not notice it if you havent been there before. The coffee quality is amazing and fairly priced. The shop is quite large and there is a nice outdoor seating area. The only negatives I experienced is the bathrooms are a bit sketchy and the seating isnt that comfortable. Some cozy seats for reading/studying would make this a 5 star place for me.

They make their own syrups, so it makes the coffee unique and not like other shops. They also use Hartzlers Chocolate milk for their mochas so I think that also makes a difference. I am a very tolerable customer so it takes very little to turn me off from a any restaurant, coffee shop, or any place that I have to spend my money. Let me preface this by saying that, I dont have a car. So if I am hungry I try to find places to go. I have been waiting to try Compass Coffee for about a week. So I order it today and it came right on time. My tea was hot but that was about it. My bagels were dry and croissant was burned. How in THEE WORLD would you send food to a costumer and its like that? If I was in your restaurant you wouldnt do it. So why treat others who are patronizing you by Uber Eats, Door Dash, or Grub Hub differently? Im very offended and appalled by this because I know I probably spent more on my order due to delivery fees, taxes, etc then tipping the driver than a patron sitting there. I would rather not have a bagel, croissant, or tea than come here again because your establishment is not trustworthy. If I could Id give you a negative. Hats off to people who can drive there at least you can see the quality of your food before you get it.

They have a lot of neat drinks to try and the staff are friendly and great at explaining what everything is and making recommendations if youre not sure what a drink is. They have lots of different options for just plain coffee and tea and prices are pretty great across the board. The croissants are not great but all the other bakery options are solid. The wifi us excellent and there are no dead spots in the Cafe or conference room area as far as Ive been able to tell. The only complaint I have is that there are not a ton of power outlets for charging laptops or phones. If your not a regular customer its rediculous.I looked around and went to order where others were standing and apparently that is where you order coffee. I asked for a sandwich and the lady says it is on the other end. Well by that time there were several people in that line. I learned after the fact you have to build your sandwich. It was quicker for me to go to McDonalds I was in and out. Also there were possible owners standing around observing this.
