I love this place. The environment is calm, and the setting is comfortable. MJ, the manager, is one of the nicest guys around. Hell make sure that youre taken care of, and your hookah is well maintained. This is one of the most peaceful places to hang out in downtown. I have gotten so much work done here.

Came here for visit from Michigan, and this place is lit. Love the vibe and the people. It’s pretty chill and good spot in Akron, not too far from downtown and hands down the best hookah lounge in town. Customer service is awesome too.

Great place to chill or get school work done during the week, and enjoy akrons weekend vibes over the weekends! They usually have DJ over the weekends, give them a call to get your questions answered. This is your one stop for hookah and other smoking supplies. They have s great variety of hookahs and flavors to select !!

Simply the best in everything under the new management. Great customer service, best hookahs in U.S, and a very friendly staff.

Simply cozy and tucked away off of Main Street. When walking down Main St, youll likely see one or more sidewalk signs for Collective Espresso.The inside has limited seating options, all being high top style or bar top. The menu is simple and each drink that I say ordered was given some latte art. They offer baked goods which are on display when ordering and they are hearty.

This place is the best place in Akron I recommend it to anyone that wants to chill

Good hookahs, also nice that the crowd is a bit older. Atmosphere is casual, unlike most hookah bars in Akron it is both well lit and has music at reasonable volumes. Of all the hookah bars in the Akron area this is the only one I will recommend to any of my friends.

A lot of mouth pieces and wrappers everywhere and the floor was super super sticky, and there were burn marks on the furniture. The dude was cool and reserved.

Best place ever in Akron! They serve a really good hookah... I had double apple mix and it was so great. The staff are very friendly and there service are awsome. I recommend this place for anyone who wants to try a real arabic hookah!

I moved here from NYC where good hookah abounds. I came to Shi Sha and loved it! Not only do they do hookah right in terms of pipes, shisha, and ambience; but, the staff are so incredibly friendly. I come about once a week (sometimes more) and have never had a bad experience. Even if you dont know the first thing about smoking hookah, the super friendly staff will help you out. Just ask! I promise youll come back and wont want to go to either of the other hookah spots in Akron. All are welcome here and its great place to spend some time! Definitely check it out!

Walked in asked for the hooks with the fruit they told me no I can’t have that? But yet I was told even on the phone they have it there they did let us put Music on but they kept putting it super low and even changed it after 2 songs back to there Arabic music I guess... didn’t really seem to friendly

Nice hookah if they have the music off but after they turn the music on its too loud and I leave immediately because you cant hear the person sitting next to you
