I’m so addicted to this place

My once in a while high class treat while I food shop at one of my favorite grocery stores, Kroger.

Love the mobile app and the speedy staff. Order before I leave and its ready to go by the time I swing by to get it. Even when they are very busy it is a quick visit.

I would happily wait in the drive thru line for these people to help me. This location has been through a lot recently with Covid and staffing issues, and theyve handled it like pros. Theyre always extremely polite and have smiles on their faces. Sometimes I dont know if theyll even be open in the middle of the afternoon, so when they are Im very happy!

Love this Starbucks. They are quick and always make my custom pink drink just like I want it. Can’t complain at all about the drive thru like at some that take forever to get through. They are nice and friendly! Would recommend this one for the design as well.

Fast and good service. I got a cookies and cream latte (secret menu), it was delicious.

Love! Good coffee and great customer service. My bank adjusted a date on a transaction and I didnt catch it and thought I may have been double charged. They investigated and was able to help me figure out what had happened.

The baristas were very helpful and friendly and fast!

App says they close at 8pm, when we arrived it wasnt opened. A Kroger employee told me they sometimes close at 6pm. Perhaps make changes to reflect your new hours or is it random?

Good coffee ☕

Used to be good but the hours keep changing and one of the employees is always super grouchy to everyone. The drinks haven’t been that great lately anyways. I’m just going to stick to home made coffee now.

Overpriced, poor quality coffee. Sometimes wait longer than how long it takes to brew a cup yourself. Super friendly staff though, Ill go if I desperately need a coffee.

Honestly Im only giving 2 stars because there are good baristas that work here. DeDe is great! She has always been polite and friendly while also making your order correctly. There is one who does not have it together at all. If I could give a rating based on her it would be no stars ! Shannon never makes the drinks accurately and she never puts enough in the cup. You could order a venti and there will be the amount of a grande or less in there. When they was low on larger sized cups she made my drink in two small cups. She didnt half the ingredients so I was basically drinking flavored heavy cream. She also does not know how to customize the drinks to the customers liking on the register. On the app you can customize your drinks and even at the other Starbucks, but she doesnt. So you usually get charged more than you should because she charges you for a drink with ingredients you didnt even get. She also has a habit of arguing with customers when they point out the drink being incorrect.

As long as I’ve been going to Starbucks this one was by far the worst! My drinks were disgusting and the barista was extremely rude! The wrong ingredients were in my drink and they don’t carry some of the favorite items there! Overall very bad experience

Handy kiosk in local Kroger. They were giving out samples of a new cold coffee concoction and it was YUMMY! Ordinarily Starbucks coffee is a little bitter for my taste but if the sample was an indication the new iced specialties are definitely worth making a visit and trying.

This store seems constantly short staffed. We order online for pickup only to get there and the doors are locked and they are only doing drive thru. This has happened several times.

There’s been like 3 times in the past month I’ll go here and it says it’s open till 8 and it’s 4pm and there’s a sign outside that says closed.

Good customer service. Its the Buck so you know everything is delicious! But expensive.

I do not buy anything at Starbucks as they blatantly do not support our military men & women who put their lives on the line daily, to protect us. Starbucks has refused to send them coffee - keep your political opinion to the government. Dont refuse to support the soldiers on the front lines who protect us so you can sleep in peace at night.Until Starbucks will change its policy we do not go to Starbucks. Most Seniors and Elderly support our military sons and daughters - for you to refuse to help them out in themountains in Afghanistan or Iraq, we will continue to boycott Starbucks.

My drinks were decent, but the staff seemed to not want to take my order and were very slow when making it. I also believe they did not do my drink 100% correct.

I love their frappes. The only place I go to to get a good cup of coffee

Pricey but good for what you get

This is a Starbucks inside Kroger. While the staff is very friendly, it just isnt one of the places where one would want to grab a latte, get a table and meet a friend. It is right at the entering traffic and people pass through the table area freely. The pastries just are not the freshest looking--or what you would get from a typical Starbucks. This is probably great for all the drinks, but the placement is extremely poor.

Dont make regular decaf coffee they strain water through the decaf ground coffee not good

I worked at Kroger for a while and I often frequented the Starbucks. The coffee is delicious and I love their different wraps and croissants. In fact, I think I ate all the chocolate croissants.😊 The employees are really nice and I made friends with all of them.

Ordered a non-fat latte, girl wrote mocha and passed the cup. I repeated the order and another worker had to clarify non-fat before she added it to the cup. I wait and then get a non-fat mocha. I pointed out it was not what I ordered and the barista gives attitude and grumbles that I ordered a mocha when I’ve clearly repeated my order theee times now. If you order here, make sure you speak slowly and repeat a lot or else don’t expect your order to be correct.

I love this store . I enjoy coffee as well as their menu which you can choose from cakes, cookies, etc that will go long with my coffee.

Staff if great! Even the manager is very nice and accommodating. Shes really turned this place around over the past year or so.

Service is usually excellent. But waited in line for 15 minutes on a Saturday to learn they are out of chai. Put up a sign! Sunday they’re still out of chai.

They are just as good as any other starbucks and would probably get 4-5 stars from me if it wasnt inside Kroger. It is in the way when you walk in and clutters up the store even more than everything else in there. Takes forever to get in and out of Kroger already and this makes it take even longer

The sales girl is very rude in Kroger Aiken, SC. Starbucks. I dont used to buy anything in Starbucks so Im not aware what she was asking on me about the large and the small cup. So I asked her what she said and she gave me a look like Im stupid. After I paid my order, I waited her to prepare my order and when I take my order and say thank you to her but she dont even try to say a word but instead have a racist look towards me.

Pokemon go is good. Order with no berries. Seeds everywhere lol

Starbucks always have good people working there.I guess they trained him well for their job and the flavors are pretty much consistent all the time the same. They just open up another Starbucks down the road.

They were closed with no sign posted. So the 15 or so cars were backed up until they got to the window and drove away.

What can you say bad about Starbucks, their service was outstanding and the coffee was excellent. It always is. Sure it is a little pricy, but you understand that when you go there.

Would not spent a penny in the place

I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!! When I walked in I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and they were out. So I decided to order something else and had to ask a question about it. The girl acted like I was suppose to know the answer to that and treated me like I was an idiot for not knowing the answer!! So as I was waiting for my coffee I was watching the other girl as she was making several drinks that were ahead of me. Every time she made a coffee she wiped the counter top off. Now normally I would be okay with that but she was using the same rag to clean the piece of equipment that YOUR CUP goes in to steam the milk!!!! That is CROSS CONTAMINATION!!! Because I paid for my drink AHEAD of time I felt like I had to take. It went straight in the trash!!!! I dont treat myself very often because the coffee is pricey!! But when I am PAYING FOR A SERVICE I expect it to be done with respect and cleanliness!!! I understand these girls work hard but come on people!!! I WILL NOT GO BACK TO THIS STARBUCKS!!! I people at USCA are very nice and treat their customers like they are important!

While Starbucks is an expensive place for coffee, the service is great and the vacuum press they call The Clover makes an excellent cup of coffee. I get the Sumatran.

Actually a Kiosk in the Grocer Store, but the Staff is excellent. The barista remembers you. I was there on business for 4 days, and after the 2nd day, every morning she remembered us and our drink preference. I remember hearing her asking the customers how little johnies soccer game went, or didnt you jsut celebrate a birthday last week. Talk about customer service.

This starbucks other than the service is the worst. The wifi is sooo slow, also its kroger wifi, this star bucks is inside of a kroger. When Im traveling and Im away from home these micky mouse wifi hot spots boil my lid over.
