Cant really rate it :( It was closed. Was also informed by another employee that 40% of the Walmart staff quit so they had to shut down the oil change section.

Oil changes are usually quick

2 of my hubcaps fell off right after leaving the shop, and it wasnt even the tire being worked on... I called, was told id be called back by management in a few days after review and never got a call...

No one ever answers the phone at this Walmart, regardless of department! Ive been trying for 2 days to resolve a pick up order!

The lady at the counter of the auto shop was very rude an unpleasant. I did not know the protocol of waiting outside vs inside for service. I was there at 5:05pm on Sunday. Finally after no direction I went inside, and she said that I had to be there before 5:15pm to get service. It was 5:10pm so I was inside at at the counter in time. She still would not allow my cat to be serviced. I asked one of the mechanics what the protocol was and he stated that he would try to fit me in because he knew I was there, however she told him no. He had came from another location to assist the overloaded mechanics. So at the end, I called ahead to confirm before driving 45 min to this location, waited outside in the line of cars, went inside before the cut off to a rude worker who don’t want her job, just to not get an oil change. Wow.

The absolute worst service you can find at walmart is in the service department!! They dont care about customers all they care about is cutting up with fellow employees... the guys that do the work are great but the people at the desk could give rats behind about helping you!

A quick affordable place to have the basics done to your car while you shop for groceries. What more can you ask for?

Head for new tires put on my wifes Pontiac G6 dropped it off at 7:45 and morning picked it backup around 5 oclock in the afternoon I would find out that It had a flat tire in parking lot had to weight for another hour for them fix it a week later the tire on the other side of the car is flat had to drive 45 min to my wifes work to pump tire back up then come backup here wait another hour for him fixed the tire and they put lead weights on the outside of my chrome mag rims because they didnt have the proper kind of weights to balance the tire that came out of the cashiers mouth not pleased with them at all

Terrible waited for 3hrs.. They kept over looking me.... They are very prejudice.... I am white. They would wait on Hispanic black but not me!!!!
