My experience with discount tire was extremely frustrating. After speaking with a representative about the tires I ordered and work I needed done, I was told they could definitely take care of it for me, no problem. After leaving work early to have this handled, it was another story entirely. Complete waste of time. And no one was willing to help make things right. Went to another store and got what I needed immediately. Will never go back to discount tire again!

I just bought 4 new tires from this store and had them install them. There was a problem with the installation of the drivers side rear tire and the truck had to be taken back in. The owner was awesome and he was very good to us for our troubles. It is rare and really nice to receive this quality of service still. I thank them for getting everything straightened out and for the great service. I would highly recommend this store to everyone.

I had a great experience at Discount Tire. I went after work. I didnt have an appointment. They were closing in approximately 90 minutes and they were able to accommodate me. They had the tires that I wanted so I was very happy.

We went in to see about getting new tires about 15 minutes before they were supposed to close & they stayed late to get us taken care of. Theyre always polite with excellent service, prices & knowledge. When I apologized for keeping them there late Jeremiah, our CSR, said Wed rather know that youre safe. I been going to Discount Tire for a couple years & Ive been to four different locations. Theyre always kind, efficient & helpful. I wont go anywhere else! Its a great company with Christian values & high standards!

I went in to purchase a right rear tire, paid $145 for the tire, a gentleman came over to me to let me know I was all done, took my paperwork and left. 4 weeks later I needed alot of air in that tire, so I took it back to the shop and ask for air I was told that tire is bad, no threads on the tire. I then informed him that cant be, I just purchased that tire 4 weeks ago, He proceeded to tell me thats not their tire. I then went into the office to have a salesman pull up my records and He stated Yes Maam you purchased 2 tires here. I said then why is it balled. After close examination I learned that they had put the old tire back on. I never got the tire I paid for put on the car. The way I drive on the Interstate that could have gone Real Wrong, and I want to be Compensated, not to mention I had to now wait, yet again for the services I paid for 4 weeks ago which made me late for work. Just a Total Inconvenience. Discount Tires of Aiken, Whiskey Road you owe me.

Honestly wouldnt go anywhere else. Its hard these days to find car places that will be honest and not nickle and dime you. I did think they existed. And then I went here. This is the place. Thank you for being awesome.

I ordered very expensive tires that the website advised would be in hand within 1-5 days. The automated system then took me to schedule my appointment. Unfortunately, it goes out to the last possible day, 6 days after the order, to ensure they come in prior to the appointment. That stinks, but makes sense. I schedule the appointment for 6 days later, paid $1285 (very expensive tires) and waited for the appointment. On the day of the appointment, I had an emergency and rescheduled for the following day. The next day, we zip on over to get my tires and were told, sorry, the tires you want are on backorder and may not arrive for another month or 40 days. I had religiously been checking my email and their website to ensure that my appointment was on without problems. What did they say at the shop? We tried calling you. I keep a mid-shift schedule. Im asleep during a large part of their business hours. I am not usually in the market to give loans to corporations that have far more money than I do. Thats what they did to me here. My car currently has unsafe tires. I cant drive in the rain. I went with them because they are close, reputable, and could get my tires within 5 days. I have now given their company a week long, totally free loan for ~1300 with no interest, while I sat at home unable to drive in the rain (which it has rained for half the week). I imagine if I go and get a Discount Tire credit card, run it up and owe them $1300, they would be totally cool with me calling them after-hours and when nobody answers, Ill just tell the collection agency that its cool, I tried to call. They wouldnt possibly see a problem with that. They likely would go, oh, you called. Thats cool. Theres no interest charge this month then. I dont expect that youd email, or update the completely automated system that would also email you, letting you know that the schedule needs to change. Im sure that is exactly how their company would handle it. If thats not how the company would handle this, it could only mean that they dont value me or my time and money. Canceling the order. DO NOT BUY TIRES UNLESS THEY HAVE THEM ON HAND.

This facility is awesome, I bought tires a year ago. Had a tire with a large nail in it. Very low air psi drive it from Trenton sc to Aiken sc. They were able to save it and fix it. No charge Thanks so much Discount Tire.

Came in to get 4 new tire and get them put on. I ask how long it would take and was told they try to be done by Christmas, kind of funny but dis not answer my question so Im sitting here 40 minutes later still wondering how long this process is. On top of that I do not see a discount anywhere. Change the name to Expensive Tire plus NO ONE is wearing a mask in here but me so you might as well remove these requirements for here.

Discount Tire stands behind their warranty. I got nails in my tire on two seperate occasions, and they replaced the tire both times, no questions asked. One of these times was in Charlotte, so it doesnt matter what store you go to. So, I went with these guys to get tires for my girlfriends truck, and they got me in at the 2nd appointment of the day and out with the swiftness. The trucks rides great. Yes, I tipped the mechanics. If you can tip a girl for bringing you a plate of food, you can tip these guys for working in the heat WITH A MASK ON. Deducted 1 star for being forced to listen to contemporary Christian music. If youre gonna play Christian music, throw some black gospel and old time hymns and bluegrass in there to mix it up. Anyway, they did a great job.

This was hands down the best experience Ive had at a tire shop. I call 30 mins before closing the day before Easter. Recently went here for a new wheel and was having it installed everything went well until I drove away and still felt something wrong with my new wheel got home and and checked and my lug nuts were not tighten down Very dangerous I will never give them my business again.

We previously had two tires replaced on my mothers car at a different Discount Tire location in Virginia while we were out of town. The customer service was fantastic. They had the size and type of tire we needed in stock. The price was great because there was a sale going on. All in all it was a good experience. So a few months later back in Aiken, it was time to replace the other two tires. We called the store on Whiskey Rd. to see if they had the same tires in stock and lucky for us they did. After telling them that wed decided to go to them because of the good experience we had while getting the other tires from a different Discount Tire store out of state, they looked up our information in the computer and matched the price that we paid in Virginia (and they werent even running a sale). My mothers car was ready in about 45 minutes. I would highly recommend Discount Tire to anyone who needs wheels, tires, or any other routine maintenance for their vehicle and also appreciates friendly staff, great customer service, and competitive prices.

Had an appointment to have my tires rotated and balanced. Took my truck back within 5 min of my appointment and had it done in 25 minutes or less. Always a pleasant experience with the guys in the Aiken location.

Set a appointment time.and make sure they have your style of tire on hand for that appointment and your service will go smooth. If its a emergency repair, be prepared to wait at least 90 minutes

Will not be dealing with Discount Tire again. Went there September 12, 2020 to have some tires mounted. I supplied the tires, wheels, and new TPMS sensors. All they did was mount and balance the tires and charged me $240. I didnt have them install the newly mounted tires and wheels on the truck but that price is ridiculous. Never have i been somewhere that charges $25 per tire to mount then another $35 per tire to balance. That is a complete rip off and they need to change the name because i dont see any discount in that

After my wifes initial negative experience here, I was ready to write this place off. To their credit, they did correct the issue with a swiftness. I just had a positive interaction today, the staff was friendly and extremely efficient, just like their sister location in Augusta. They have improved leaps and bounds, and I will spend money there in the future.

Have gotten tires on 3 of my vehicles. They even replaced valve stems on one of my other vehicles for free that I didnt get tied from them on. Is my go to tire shop, great prices, knowledgeable staff and great customer service.

I downloaded the app and set an appointment for a screw in my tire. I got in right at the appointed time, they checked the tire, fortunately it was a short screw in a new tire and didnt leak. They popped the tire back on the truck and sent me on my way. Excellent, friendly service and a clean shop.Ill be back.

I was quoted a price over the phone with all of the details of what I needed done.So I made an appointment and made the 30 minute drive to get there. They get information of the vehicle and we go inside to pay until the price is 1-1/2 times higher than the original quote by phone. I mean do people actually pay over $250 to have four new tires installed, mounted and balanced???

I had a screw in my tire. I called for an appt and they got me in the very next day. My vehicle was in the garage before my appt time and I was out and back on the road within 30 minutes. They were great!!!! Excellent customer service and extremely prompt. I found my new full time tire shop. Highly recommended!!!!

As the other reviews say..unbelievable experience!! In the pouring rain and 39 degrees these guys actually came out to the parking lot to greet me. I had just been next door to the competition...another national company...and was told they could not fix my tire...I knew better. They looked at the tire and said it’ll be 30 minutes and you’ll be ready. They came to give me the keys and said no charge!! What???I live an hour away....I’ll be back here the next time I need tires on one of my 7 vehicles. Seriously...I’ve never seen service like this. I own 4 retail stores in a Boutique business....I hope my customers get this kind of treatment.You guys are the best!!

OMG! I cant believe this level of customer service and genuine concern still exists! I was strapped for cash. Just bought 4 trailer tires because two blew out and left me stranded. Then my car tire started going flat. I pulled into discount tire in Aiken and Jeremiah explain my tire couldnt be fixed and was dangerous. I explained I didnt have money for a new tire. He sold me a used one at a price I could afford. He said he couldnt put the price of a tire against my life. THANK YOU Jeremiah for treating me with kindness! Why would I go anywhere else? Why would you?.....UPDATE.... I posted this before they were done. They didnt charge me anything! God bless this place!

Amazing customer service! Adam went above and beyond. My tire had a screw in it. I drove in there (with no appointment) because the dash light showing loss of air came on. Adam found the problem immediately and had the repairs done quickly. Believe me, Discount Tire in Aiken SC will be my go to tire place from now on.
