Throughout my life I have seen so many people, this people in that particular location are more than best. They are not just professional but also kind hard working people. They don’t judge people, fear to everyone. God bless them. They are the most dedicated people I have seen my life. Specially the store manager, Jacob. Order online mobile pickup when they supposedly opened and have been waiting for over 15 minutes for my order. Mind you, no one has opened the store doors and Im pretty sure theyre sleeping in the back. My order was supposed to be picked up at 5:11. They have yet to open. I tried calling the store but of course no one answered. Very disappointed

Been coming to this SB for about 8 yrs. Quicker than most SBs . New TI is nice looking but less tables inside. Still a couple of exterior tables. Clean restroom. Nice personnel!

Two weeks ago my order was put into a carrier for me and the lid wasn’t on fully normal was it in the carrier well. Doesn’t help the carriers are very flimsy lately and I had it full with drinks. My husband was driving and made the turn to leave the lot and the extra hot latte went right over and started to pour into my lap. I jumped out when I realized it was burning me. I went right back into the store as I was now wearing it and it was painful. Jacob came to see what was happening and gave me two $4 drink cards. I did t ask but maybe offer to refund my order to my card. It has been two weeks and I spoke with corporate office the next day. They sent an email to follow up but the location originally didn’t even ask my name or for any info. Then I called to provide it and I was told they would follow up. Didn’t happen and when I called back I was asked well quote they didn’t have a reason to call. Hot coffee on a person and no care to follow up??!! Wow I’m not suing so you don’t have to avoid me. Knowing I was hurt maybe you could act like you actually cared that you caused it. Sure it was an accident however your attitude and follow thru was piss poor!!!

The Starbucks in this general area are all great, except this particular store! Every time I go in there my order is left behind, mixed up, or wrong. When I try to politely flag anyone for help with my order I am met with dismissal. Store workers watch as I wait for a drink that’s never coming. I just don’t understand why this store can’t get it right.

Too busy of a location, they seemed to be more worried about their mobile orders than the in person orders. I have never waited over 10 mins for one drink and a coffee cake and had to leave the coffee cake behind because they took so long I was late to work. Definitely wont be going back unless its for my refund!!

The employees at this Agoura Hills Starbucks location give the best service I have received at any Starbucks location ever. Great service and great drinks.

Picked up a mobile order and my iced vanilla latte tastes burnt. I don’t know why none of the Starbucks can’t get it together but it’s so hit or miss. You pay $6 for a coffee for it to taste like a burnt roast. Such a shame.

Deference to mobile orders has made to store a very time consuming event . Still continues to wait up to 20 minutes in the morning as mobile orders are pushed ahead of those who wait in line. Lots of patio space . Good parking. Evening staff are friendly.

Natalie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! is the BEST Barista at this location! she is soo good when I mobile order and pick up when I walk into the door IF I SEE TALL GIRL WITH A BEANIE or PONYTAIL I get sooo excited because my drink is going to be SO BOMB! lol. she really takes her time in crafting the drinks and My drinks I always add crazy customs...she is overall great love love natalies skills!thank you !afc jazmen!

They have a nice system during the pandemic to bring you your drink in a Safe way

I ordered on the app thinking that I could just run in a grab it to save time but when I got there I had to wait 30 minutes for my one drink. I will never go back again

It’s coffee. It’s made from beans and water, heated, added yummy stuff and there you go all for 5x what you can do at home. But the great thing is that the employees are cool. It it gets busy here. Very busy so come early or late.Pro Tip: Tip your barista. They don’t get paid much.

I remember years ago when Starbucks would make a decent latte. Those days are gone. Its all about market saturation. I love almost all the employees at the various Starbucks I go to but the product just isnt worth the price.

Amazing, kind, hardworking staff that put up with a lot just to make drinks and some cooked food/give snacks to people. And trust me... they dont have any easy job, especially with how busy this place can get and several different drinks to be made for one costumer at a time. These men and women working here deserve a raise and more tips!!! Keep up the good work, current employees working here!!

Bad service, negative attitude, unpolite, dirty, no using Glover in kitche are or disinfecting,,,,🤢 got the wrong drink wen I returned got this bad attitude, and other client defending me saying that she is not clear wen she call names to pick up. Very rude employees, never going back.

If I could give negative stars I would! This Starbucks is the worst, from slow service to no service. We keep trying hoping it will get better but no more. Our last visit we mobile ordered and no coffee was ever made, people continued to come in and get coffee after. We finally got a refund and left. If you do get coffee it’s not good and usually not even a full cup and with horrible service. Too bad because it’s a very convenient location.

Cascara-Latte was a perfect suggestion, I really enjoyed the unique, yet subtle new flavor experience for me.It actually exceeded my initial expecations...My order was accurate exactly as I requested, & my Cascara was ready in less than 2 minutes. I will definitely visit this location again.

The service is incredibly slow relative to other locations Ive been to. Further, the drink I ordered was the wrong size and it was CLEARLY made incorrectly. Unfortunately, after waiting 15 minutes for an iced drink, I didnt care to wait longer to have them remake it. I normally avoid going to this location and today I was again reminded why.

I like this Starbucks. They are quick and friendly. They have decaf available all the time. That is not the case with other stores.

The staff were friendly, but this is probably the grungiest and most awkward Starbucks Ive ever been to. It looks like something is going on with management. There are broken cabinets and the floor doesnt look like its been mopped in weeks. The windows surrounding the Baristas are grimey. I wont be visiting this Starbucks anytime soon. Id recommend visiting another one.

This Starbucks is very busy and the barista‘s are not very friendly. Also, for some reason they have decided they are not going to stock eggnog. They have been out of eggnog for two weeks. Eggnog lattes are literally the only drink that I buy at Starbucks, so I’ve been going out of my way to go to the Starbucks on Lindero which does have eggnog. There’s a grocery store right there, go buy some eggnog!!!

The best food, drinks, service, and the bacon egg bites are my favorite things to get there! I 100% recommend if you are in the neighborhood, on a road trip, or just love coffee in general!

This Starbucks is always dirty, there are no comfortable seats and attendants are not specially friendly.

Very slow and rude staff. Mobile order said 8 minutes, showed up 10 minutes later and they said it’s not going to be ready for a while since they had so many orders. Waited another 10 and when I asked the status I got some mad attitude from the girl and I was told it’s going to be another 15 mins. When I said I wanted to cancel is when they started to make my drink... never coming back!

Rude employee(s) who didnt care!!! We came into this Starbucks after going to a high School football game just a handful of minutes before closing, the door wasnt locked yet and another customer was still inside being served. The second I opened the door, a lady behind the counter rolled her eyes and gave me that disgusted look like, Oh, no... not another customer. I really want to get out of here. I commented on her look and she didnt give me an answer to whether or not they were still open. I asked her counterpart and he said they were closed. We had 4 people and wouldve settled for a drip coffee to make their lives easier, but they never asked or cared to serve us. I felt undervalued!!!!

Small shop with a busy flow of customers. Orders are done coffee shop quick and come out in an orderly fashion. There is never a place to sit when I have visited.

Always good to drop into a Starbucks!That said... The paper straws for Frappuccino are not ready for prime time.I had to use three straws to get through my Vente Frappuccino. First it became soggy, then came the off taste of the paper and glue.A better solution would be going to a fully compostable plastic straw manufactured from corn.

The staff are friendly but like others have said this is slower than most Starbucks. Don’t come here if you are in a hurry.
