Ive shopped here for years exclusively. They get parts fast and relatively cheap. Today I was refused a return because it was over 90 days on the return. $130 starter that I finally got to chance to change out and they wont even give me store credit for a return. Never installed it was the WRONG ONE. Still no return. The correct start was $180. Even with the recipt and everything completely in tack perfect shape never installed.Check your parts right away because if they get it wrong they wont even give you store credit. Stuck with a 08 cobalt starter.Manager John was the one who refused the return. August 23rd ~4pm.

Very very rude!!! Man with reddish hair in ponytail refused to answer questions about windshield wipers and he was very upset with having to do his job and put wipers on my vehicle. Could not have been more nasty.

Very helpful and friendly staff, I dont usually go anywhere else in town. Right now the check engine light test is done by yourself because of COVID but they walk you through the easy process. They then helped me figure out what needed replaced and even gave me advice for a cleaner to try first that may fix the issue.

Store was busy but John was in control took a minute but put my wiper blades on my car for me thanks not my first time their they are always helpful

Came in to check if my battery was bad or my alternator, turned out to be my battery and they ordered a new one for me same day and put it in for me as well!! Extremely helpful and kind knowledgeable staff here. Michelle was awesome and put my new battery in for me! I highly recommend!!

Be prepared to deal to a RUDE assistant manager there by the name of Ray. J I was standing in line to return a product and as soon as I got to the counter he immediately leaves to go help some lady outside without even saying anything to me besides “returns are over there” in a completely rude tone. You see me here standing in line when you should’ve helped me first and than go run yourself to the lady outside which I’m sure we all know why!

Its a good place to get parts, and is competitive with other part stores in the area... They have a OBD scanner that they will plug in and test your vehicle for free, and they have a battery and alternator tester as well.... And they rent out specialized tools which is refundable as long as you return the tool.

Great staff!! They are very helpful and knowledgeable, they made sure I got the right water pump and brake light bulbs for my car. A manager named Ernita even changed my wipers in the rain! Thank you bunches!! THATS what I call awesome customer service!! I will be back for sure!!

Just needed assistance. I had two push pins asked a worker to help me find a pushpin bigger than one but not as big as the other. He literally stood there just looking at me without saying a word.

The staff are SO helpful.

After driving 30 minutes to get there, they gave us one correct caliper and one wrong caliper. Didnt know that till we tried putting them on after 30 min drive back home. So had to drive all the way to get the correct one. This is unacceptable to be sold the right parts and be giving the wrong ones. Management did NOTHING to recitfy the situation!!

Nothing great. I have no idea why people go to these big box parts stores. The prices arnt any better then the little guys and atleast they dont ask stupid questions like What size engine?, when you go in for wiper blades. I will say this is one of the better autozones though.

Says on door customer satisfaction is our #1 priority today, me and my boyfriend went in to warrantee out my altinator. The first woman who was in transition to becoming a manager was very helpful, polite, and patient. We got the new part and went to the truck, he spun the wheel and it sounded as if the bearings in this one were bad too. (We arent idiots, we both grew up working on cars and other things) went into the store to let them know and talk to them about it, and a bigger guy, who was amazingly friendly was helping asking questions and talking to us.. within thirty seconds of us talking to the guy, the phone rings, the manager Im assuming (had on a gray shirt) interups us, and tells him to answer the phone, he does, and as this manager guy is walking away, he says hell be with us in just a second. He walks to the end of the counter AND MOVES 5+ BATTERIES whilst we stand here and wait and wait for him to finish. HOW RUDE. We walked out. we were being helped just fine by the other guy and because mr. Manager couldnt be bothered go answer the phone, and put the customers first I will not be returning. That was unbelievable to me.
