Found a used vehicle online. Unlike some other dealers, their advertised price was the actual price (plus taxes, title and fees). Worked with Adam, they were able to provide financing and delivery of the vehicle within just a few days. Vehicle was exactly as advertised. I know not every experience is the same, but I dont have a single problem or complaint with the entire purchase/process.

Got a new CT5V out of state from here. Carissa was worked with me throughout the process, and she was beyond helpful. She sent additional pictures of the vehicle, answered my questions quick and clearly, and made the process as smooth and understandable as she possibly could. It was an easy ride to get my car purchased and delivered and so happy to have dealt with a great dealership as well as Carissa! I leased my first chevy from Greg Bell 3 years ago and my experience the first time around with Jerry Hayes lead me to come back for my second lease with Jerry. I live in Howell and travel all the way to their facility to have all my oil changes and tire rotation done there because of the customer service they provide. I would highly recommend purchasing or leasing a vehicle from this facility and Jerry Hayes is an amazing salesman.

We recently purchased a full set of tires from Greg Bell. Were unaware that the valve stem isnt replaced on the tires unless specifically asked for. The salesman nor the technicians ever asked about the valve stems. So now we were stuck on the side of the road because the valve stems leaked and were not replaced. We knew they leaked prior to getting new tires but we were unaware that we had to be very specific on what aspects of a tire replacement we need it done. We will not be returning to Greg Bell for any other services for fear of items not being replaced because of not knowing to ask for them specifically.

My radio is not working properly, it is a brand new 2020 Silverado truck. until this matter is resolved I would not recommend Bell Chevrolet to any one.

I went in for a scheduled oil change. When i arrived the gentleman said they were running about 20mins behind.. my 10am appointment ended up being a 2 hour stay. I get that they are short staffed with all the hiring issues everyone is experiencing but they could of offered me a discount on my oil change for having to wait so long…

Took delivery of a dirty vehicle and Noone at the dealership took accountability to make it right. After spending 50k plus on a new car, we expected better service. Salesman was professional throughout the buying process except for this issue.

Found the vehicle that I wanted online at Bell, over an hour drive away. I contacted sales, Carissa Miller, and asked her to do a long-distance sale with me. She did a great job! She inspected the vehicle, sent me pics, and ordered repairs that I wouldnt have asked for prior to delivery. After that, there were some things that werent functioning properly (2015 vehicle) and that was a little frustrating but- again- they came all the way out to get the van, left me with a loaner, and worked with me on the repairs. Carissa is professional and handled the everything beautifully! Its embarassing to ask for maintenance from a place so far away, but Im telling you: I havent found any other place that Im as happy with yet, so I will probably be contacting them despite the distance!

I came from Westland after seeing what I wanted, after about an hour & ten minute drive without any notice to the dealership I pull in and up to the vehicle that I wanted, I wasn’t on that lot for more than 30 seconds and the salesman Jason Kohlruss was right there! I had my car in for a noise in front end of vehicle. They didn’t get it in the garage until the second day. They drove it and said they heard nothing. Instead they said I need spark plugs changed. $555.60 later and a second day later I pick up my car, pull around to leave and still hear the noise! I pulled back into drive through service door and asked for someone to get in car with me. Didn’t even leave the property and they could hear it! Struts or tie rods are now bad, Only 32,0000 miles! Service talked with GM and are going to order parts.

This dealership has amazing staff! I feel at home and like I can share my concerns about the Terrain and they will do everything they can to identify any issues or explain to me what is going on. In addition, I go to the dealership right from work, where my pup Tucker goes and is a good relaxation resource for the students. The staff welcomed Tucker and made us both feel very comfortable during our last service visit. Riley and the service team gave Tucker extra pets and attention while I took care of payment. The other staff all treated Tucker as much of a customer as they did me, which I appreciate greatly. My Terrain tires are all back in shape now with no nails and my oil change has me in a good place. I have been a long-time buyer of Chevrolet vehicles--both used and new. I had been loyal to another dealership for my last three vehicles, but after a change in ownership, they did not seem interested in selling me a vehicle. I had given them about 5 months to find a vehicle that matched my liking--but no luck.Enter Greg Bell Chevrolet. My wife and I found a vehicle online that matched our specifications. I placed a call and got Tim Bovee on the other line. Im a straight-shooter and am not interested in being given the run-around. Tim listened and gave me straight answers. We visited to look at a new Traverse. Walked in and straight to the vehicle for a test drive. It checked all the boxes for us, except the cross-rails. Tim looked into the matter and unfortunately, we couldnt get the cross-rails--which was a deal-breaker. There was no pressure to buy it--it didnt meet all of our expectations and all parties knew it.We could have walked away at that point, but we looked at a used Traverse and it fit the bill. Another visit and test-drive two days later and that was it. We keep our vehicles for the long-haul (10 years on the last one), so we wanted a quality vehicle that would last us. Certified, pre-owned and at a price that was in our budget. Scheduled the pickup for the following week. Showed up, did paperwork in under 15 minutes, and then left with the vehicle just in time for Christmas break.A great experience from start to finish. We feel that we have someone at the dealership we can call with concerns or needs--and they will be addressed. Buying a vehicle is more than just the vehicle itself--it is about relationships too. In the future, if we have another vehicle need, we will be starting with Greg Bell Chevrolet first because they have earned the opportunity to have our business first before other dealerships. Called to have warranty work done . Which I was told you could take to any Chevy dealer . That is a lie . They will only service a car you buy from them . Service person said he couldnt do and hung up on me . Very rude . if ther was zero I would give them that. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.

The financing and signing the papers went smoothly, easy process. Salesman was nice, but really seemed as though he didnt care either way if I got the car, he did let me know he had many others inquire about it, so that let me know if he didnt get my sale, he had another lined up. Even if true, not a good sales tactic.Figured out how to check all the gadgets over the last couple days, found out one of the tires was at 67 PSI! it said the front tire was, but it was really the back tire, and I got a warning for the back tire being at 28 PSI, which was really the front tire. If I would have went by the uncalibrated censors, I could have blown up the tire. Luckily I had an old school tire pressure checker, and realized the wrong tires where labeled. Will be calling to see if they will make it right and re-calibrate the tires so the senors are actually correct and rotate the tires since I have been driving on a severely over inflated tire. Very dangerous.Overall ok/good experience. I really can only give it an average review.

Im almost sorry to say it was a far better experience than my previous dealership when all they want is to make their commission and get you in a new vehicle. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I used to love this place. I used to take my car here for any and every kind of service. I had purchased a car from them before and I was planning on purchasing another car. Not anymore. The guys in the service department have ruined that forever. They take way too long doing service. Why does an oil change take over an hour? Not acceptable. My car was there for 2 weeks one time and I barely had any phone calls to update me on what was going on and the progress of my car. I had to call them for an update multiple times. Not acceptable. And then I had to bring it back 2 days later for them to fix the same problem and Im still not convinced its fixed. Never again will I come back
