The show room and store was set up nicely. I delivered a load of mattresses to them and the guys that unloaded me are excellent and very nice. Cool people, checkm out.

Stand up place! My mattress I bought from Rhynes (still under warranty) had issues and had to be returned. They gave me a store credit of the full amount of my money 🤑 and let me select a new matress. They fully accommodated me with everything I needed!

We’ve now had 2 horrible experiences. Do not recommend buying from here if you’d like your furniture any time in the near future. We were promised we would be waiting on ONE piece of our sectional for 2 weeks. We were fine with 2 weeks then that turned into 3 and into 4 and we finally got our couch after a month and a half of waiting and it was damaged with a huge cut down the cushion so we now have to wait another month and a half for the replacement. We’re also still waiting on more furniture still and it’s going on 2 months. And now the corona virus has nothing to do with this. Our last house we bought a couch and love seat and waited over a month when we were told it would be 7-10 days... we will not be doing business locally here with them ever again.

We were recently in to purchase furniture for my brothers new house. Our salesman, Jason, was amazing!! So polite and helpful!! We felt like we were buying from a friend as he laughed with us!!When the furniture was delivered, 2 gentleman named Jarrod and Javen were there to set up the furniture and again they were amazing!! They were quick to set up everything and laughed and joked with us like friends!! I truly feel this store is lucky to have these 3 gentleman working for them!! If we ever need furniture again we will definitely buy from them!! Thank you all again!!

They have a good variety of selections but the “sale” prices are little higher than other places I’ve been too. I will say they apparently don’t want to sell furniture though since the employees cared about standing around joking more than answering questions or engaging customers. I had to seek them out for answers at which point they answered in passing and didn’t see if I needed anything else. Just kept going.

Staff is great. Everyone was very helpful. Bought furniture through here before. We have always loved the quality and selection that the Ada store has. During this COVID -19 process we had purchased a home. We wanted to buy new living room furniture which we did and the staff was great to help us with the process of ordering our new furniture on line through special order. We were ok with the 3 week wait to be shipped from the manufacturer. The problem was how the furniture arrived from the manufacturer. We paid over 4000.00 for this furniture and it has multiple damages to each piece. This was Not anything that happened from the employees from delivering the furniture this was due to damage from the manufacturer. We were real disappointed in this furniture when we got it. Not because of color, comfort, or style of the furniture because it was everything we asked for. The problems is all the wood damage that each piece has. I’m hoping that this can be resolved in a timely matter. The excitement of having new furniture in our new home went away very quickly when we received it. I want to stresss again that this was not due to any employee at the Ada store. I know the delivery guys felt bad when it was pointed out to them. I could have sent it back with them but I know the history that we have had with this company in the past. I know that it will be made right and we will continue to buy furniture here but maybe not special order?

They went above and beyond to find what I was looking for and to help me. They showed me several different options and were friendly and helpful. I had shopped other furniture stores in Ada and in the city, but didnt find anything better than what Rhynes and Rhodes has. They are the best and I will continue to shop there in the future.

Ordered furniture on the 28th of March. I was told by the sales lady itll take 2 weeks, the manager stepped in and said itll take 5 days. 3 weeks later I go in because I never got a call. At this point they have it and will deliver the following Monday. They deliver it, but could not put the bedset together because it was made wrong. The manager offered to send a replacement for not extra cost. At this point I had a new mattress and did not want to wait another week or 2! The manager refunded me the bed set and charged me for the bed rails his guys had to give me since the set was not right.

We bought a sectional less than a year ago and its the biggest piece of junk that l have ever seen.....springs are broke...bar of some kind poke you in the back and it was told when we bought it,that it was leather...turns out it pleater ,its peeling every where...lam very desatified...l dont recommend them at all to my friends and family
