This place is a ripoff. I bought a living room suit there and it fell apart within two weeks. When I went back to the store they said it wasn’t their problem and I had to go through lane. Lane says the store is responsible but when I returned there the manager laughed and said it wasn’t his problem. I don’t recommend anyone go to this place and buy their garbage.

We are looking for a gas cook stove, they only have two models on the floor. I asked about delivery (we live 32 miles away) and were told that they dont do it themselves, that we have to pay an independent delivery business. Lots of nice bedroom and living room furniture. Associates were friendly and helpful.

Bought furniture here in Paragould last year.. and soon after realized the sofa is broken. When we realized the sofa was broken we called the store and could NEVER get anyone to help us.. we have a warranty but the warranty is about to expire and WE ARE STILL TRYING TO GET THIS RESOLVED. When I post on their Facebook page someone will reach out and act as if they are going to help us get the matter resolved but in fact all that is happens is we are given one excuse after another as to why someone cant take the call. I AM CONTACTING THE BBB at this point. This is the absolute worse customer service EVER. I spent about 5,000 in that store and I will NEVER spend my money there again. I have documented EVERY ATTEMPT TO CONTACT SOMEONE AND HOW WERE GIVEN THE RUN AROUND.

Purchased a futon from them, their customer service is great!! But their financing is another story, dont ever fall on hard times and be a day late cause you will get charged an additional $20 even if u do call ahead of time. Ive tried for 3 months to get resolution. Went from getting a refund to sorry about your luck.

BEWARE! The furniture we bought last September was missing parts, making it dangerous to sit on. We had purchased the 5 year warranty and still have not heard from them so the furniture still sits waiting to be repaired.

My husband and I were very pleased with FFO. The service was exceptional. Jesse the assistant manager was patient, informative, and helpful. We ended up buying several more items than we had first planned. It was well below freezing outside. Jesse and another employee quickly loaded us up without complaint. Went looking for a new head board and frame. Came out with a whole new bed! Josh was very friendly and helpful. The whole staff was . When the time is right for us to purchase a new couch we will be going there.
Marty was very helpful. He helped us select a bed that will improve our quality of sleep. I am very excited to get rid of my tacky bed risers with our motion base bed. Also, as two people who have very stressful jobs, it will be nice to come home to a massage bed.
