T-mobile is a good company, but Sierra is the star of this store, she is truly amazing real knowledgeable about everything sold me a iPhone 12. No regrets.

I went to the store to buy an iPhone 12 and everything went by smoothly until I got home. My phone didn’t work without service, if I’m paying a lot of money for my phone and my data plan why wasn’t it working? I called the T-Mobile help line as soon as I got home because the store was closed and they told me it’ll be a 30 minute wait and that they will call me back, I never got a call back. The lady who sold me my phone also said that I needed to buy a new charger since the charger from my iPhone 8 wouldn’t work with it which as a lie. As soon as I got home and I tried it it charged fine so she lied. Very disappointed

Terrible experience with proficiency from the representative, and ease of purchase. It seems as if I may have dodged a lot more of their incompetence by going somewhere else. I got a chance to experience their customer service in store, as well as over the phone, along with their processes and the 24 hours seemed like a lifetime.

Love the People there!!!! I went in to buy a charger a couple weeks ago and ended up returning to transfer my phone company they made the switch so easy. The atmosphere is welcoming and everyone is very attentive. Gentleman called Mike very disrespectful, talking on his phone while asking customers if he can help them. Then when asked if I should go to AT&T he replied go right ahead. As a 20+ year customer of TMobile I never been treated this bad in a TMobile store.

Great service, and good knowledgeable people. Everything up front, no hidden processes. Took some time to swap but we were well informed of this. so were able plan our without interrupting our plans. Thanks to Zack and Mohamad best no pressure!

Zach Pritchard the store rep was awesome it took him two hours to get this done for me after I rep over the phone was dishonest ,he got me the phone I wanted and great customer service,he says he’s in training to be a manager ,make this guy the manger of this store ,he has what it takes to be best customer service and management thank you so very much for your help and wisdom it was great being there and getting this done again thank you

I live in the area and this is my go to place. They have very good customer service.

Service is usually available, but when its not, its annoying. Our bill seems to fluctuate 5-10 dollars every cycle, which I dont understand. The customer service used to make up for all the bs, but now theyre just like any other service...dishonest and vulture-like, always trying to sell you MORE.

Their computers were running slow today! However, the customer service is always very nice!

I loved the service Susy was who attended me. She had all the answers to my questions and she was very good people. I can finally go to that place that is very close to my house. A person who speaks Spanish was needed. I recommend this store a thousand times!
