I would highly recommend this company. The work they did on my very worn floors with pet damage was amazing and the bannister and spindle replacement was something that exceeded my expectations. From the office staff Kendra and Caitlyn, owner Cory, manager Chris, salesman Hayden, and worker Fabian and Leo they were professional and exceeded my expectations. Hard to find true professionals and this company from top to bottom was. Even when an unexpected accident happened I have never seen a company make that a priority to make it right for me. We recently hired Mr. Hardwood to install hardwood flooring in our living room areas, and I simply cannot recommend them highly enough. We have done more work on houses through the years than I can count, and their entire team’s commitment to customer satisfaction has completely redefined what the experience should be. I contacted three different companies for an initial quote on the work, and Terry’s professionalism and quickness to respond when I had questions and changes made the initial decision to use them obvious. He made sure the entire process was seamless, and every other team member from the front desk to operations and the installation teams were equally committed to going the extra mile and always with an amazing attitude. We were trying to match an existing floor that was a completely different material, which is typically a huge no-no from what I’ve read, but they never hesitated to give it their all and do whatever it took to get us a final product we loved. Bravo Mr. Hardwood! I am meticulous and have high expectations and was obviously impressed.

I cant say enough good things about Mr. Hardwood. Kelly was prompt and professional and gave a great quote for new hardwood floors for my entire 2 story, 5 bedroom home. Pedro and his team were exceptional and did the job in less time than expected and the floors are beautiful. Kelly did a walk through when the work was done to make sure everything was perfect. The house is 40 years old and we found that the sub floor was stapled down rather than nailed or screwed so the guys had to do a great deal of extra work to level the floors and they turned out perfect. Mr. Hardwood installed flooring in our master bedroom. I had contacted them online on Friday afternoon and they followed up within a few hours by phone, and came out on Monday to take measurements and give a quote. I received the quote via email that night.Both my wife and I were pleasantly surprised that the price was very reasonable. We agreed and paid them half the cost upfront.As promised, they showed up on time the following Monday to deliver the hardwood, They had previously told me it would need to sit in the house for a few days to acclimate before they could install it. The guy who delivered it put down paper on our existing hardwood floor to protect it, and then stacked the boxes neatly in little-used downstairs sitting room.Again, exactly as promised, they showed up on Friday to do the installation. They arrived at 9AM and were finished by 3:30PM. They moved the furniture in the upstairs master bedroom out of their way and removed the old carpeting. When they were done, all the furniture was back in the right location, and the new hardwood floors looked terrific and it matched the color and size of our existing hardwood floors in the hallway exactly!We were very happy with the entire process from start to finish, and I recommend Mr. Hardwood to anybody who is considering installation of hardwood flooring.

WoW! So where do I start. First, I would like to thank Corey (Owner) of Mr. Hardwoods. Note: He really does look like MacGyver or his twin. I made an appointment and he was very punctual. I explained that I had installed vinyl flooring in our basement but started making mistakes. After showing me the problems, I was having he made recommendations to remedy the problems. I went and purchased the additional extra flooring to finish entire basement. He got one of his crews on it and honestly, I didn’t know how it would turn out. I came home early from work and found them all hard at work and I was surprised they were finishing up. Corey said it was an all-day job, but his crew was done in 5 hrs. WoW! It took me over 2 days putting it down in 2 rooms and making mistakes. They saved most of my other boards I had and this sure save me a lot of money. Now my basement is finished and looks fantastic. I will be using them again for our basement stairs and for my company’s business. I can’t say better things about them at this point.Here is a follow up on an additional Job they did. I asked for a quote for my basement stairs. WoW! they have by far the best stairs guy working for them. He color matched the floors perfectly. The oak treads match a premium vinyl flooring perfectly, I cant recommend them more highly. Honestly, It will be a great experience.

We are beyond thrilled with our entire experience with Mr. Hardwood! Kelly was a pleasure to work with, and super-responsive to our wants and needs. He was able to get us a BEAUTIFUL LVP floor from Neptune (Synergy Ellijay) at a GREAT price. Pedro and his crew were able to install over our existing hodge-podge of hardwood, engineered hardwood and tile, saving us even more! The install crew was incredible - they were in and out in 1 DAY, and that included installing new shoe molding all around the perimeter of our almost 2,000 sq ft job. We are so pleased with the final result, but more so with the level of care and service we received from EVERYONE in the Mr. Hardwood family. If we ever have flooring needs again, Kelly will be our first call!

Hardwood in kitchen had water damage from a leak. Tasked Mr. Hardwood to refinish and repair the kitchen floors and refinish all wood flooring on the main level. Maria and the crew were professional and efficient and completed the job in only two days. Floors look better than new and the damaged area repair looks like it never happened! I made the mistake of not signing up for the cleaning service so my home was a mess. They agreed to pay for my house keepers work. The floors look great. They matched the stain perfectly. The owner of the company called me to discuss cleaning issues and I appreciate that.

Leo and his crew were very detailed, prompt, and clean. We were so happy, we used them twice. First time, they did a buff and screen on our existing hardwoods to re-coat the polyurethane. Just a few months later we had a water leak and they repaired our hardwoods and refinished our entire main floor. They were careful loading our furniture in and out and put pads under all the furniture legs to make sure our new floor was protected. They did an excellent job.

I highly recommend Mr. Hardwood. I recently hired them to replace all of the carpet in my house with hardwood floors. They walked me through recommendations based on what I wanted and then started the job within a week. All told, it took about a week and a half (ahead of schedule). They communicated very well and were consistent and honest. The floors are beautiful, and they were very careful to leave things clean as well as to put all of the furniture back in the right places without harm done. I really appreciate their attention to detail & honesty.I worked with Dave & Tyler, and Fred & Rod led the installation team.

Im late with my review (sorry!) but had my hardwood floors refinished and all my upstairs carpet replaced back in April - Leo and Corey were great to work with. Leo was a wonderful project manager who was great about communicating and being on-site to formally manage the workers and inspect the work. Ran into a miscommunication about painting post-refinishing and Corey and Mary were quick to make it right and have everything fixed. I would definitely recommend this company to other!

Denis was able to answer all of my (many) questions and the crew was very courteous and thorough.My only feedback is that the communication from the front office schedulers could have been better. Mr Hardwood refinished our existing hardwoods and extended them throughout the main floor, stairs, upstairs hall, and master bedroom a number of years ago. Sharing this review now based on being solicited to do so through email.For the good news first and why I rated them at 5 stars. The flooring and stairs have held up very well over the years and we’re generally satisfied with our floors. Also, the owner will definitely keep coming back until you are satisfied. No concern goes unanswered and he stands behind his work.For the not as good, immediately following the install, we had to have the crew return a few times to address minor flaws and finishing needs, and to date, we still have one small area in our upstairs hallway that doesn’t quite match the rest of the floor when seen in direct light. This was an area where they had initially installed a board with a hole in it, which was patched, then replaced, and refinished several times. The end result was still off and I know that if I called they would have come back, but after the install and following trips, my wife had enough of the chaos in the house and waved the white flag. So we just let it go and moved on.If we extend the floors into more rooms or do the basement stairs in the future, I will use Mr Hardwood again. Other than the one small blemish noted above, the rest of the floors are great and the owner definitely stands behind his work.

Ive used Mr. Hardwood for multiple projects in our home. Weve had our existing hardwood floors sanded and refinished. There are not enough words to express my gratitude for Mr. Hardwood! We scheduled our hardwoods to be refinished the week after cobb county, ga mandated shelter in place restrictions. Due to extremities of the unknown at that time, we didn’t know what to do. We dreaded having to call Mr. Hardwood about our concerns bc we were fully prepared and expecting to be pressured to move forward with plans. Finally made the call and we were pleasantly surprised at the response. It was business as usual for his industry and our hesitation was met with nothing but empathy and understanding. We did not once during the entire conversation feel any frustration from the owner that we wanted to wait to have our floors done and w/o a definite answer as to when we would feel comfortable to proceed or have the time. So I lead with that bc that was just the icing on the cake of our first impression of the owner. We got 2 quotes and Mr Hardwood was our 2nd bidder, both owners were friendly, passionate and professional. Definitely experienced and have a love for the craft of refinishing hardwoods. To our surprise, both quotes came in w/in a few hundred dollars of each other when we took out the extras we added to the job, which was so nice bc it affirmed the feeling we got from both of them that they were seasoned and knowledgeable professionals that translated to us that their calculations had a true logical real time formula (materials, labor, time) that was fair. Initially bc his presentation was exceptional and POS left were so professional and relevant, equal to a large national company meant that his quote would come in significantly higher and in our best interest, should get a 3rd quote to measure against. We also loved that both owners would both be onsite throughout the process and involved in the work. So why did we go with Mr. Hardwood? From a business perspective, we were immediately impressed w/his presentation for a locally owned small businessman. We could tell Mr Hardwood ran an organized successful business. He was able to provide very clear processes and timelines for the cadence on the job. He took notes, was flexible, listened with an open mind and lead willingly when asked to give his recommendations and supported them with photos of previous work to help us decide. I find sometimes contractors are not able to eloquently help customers make the right decision or upfront about their abilities/experience or are a hard sell to go with their personal opinion that may not match your personal style or budget. His proposal was organized and clear. We knew exactly what we were getting down to the products he would be using. So in the end we choose Mr. Hardwood bc we felt confident that he would deliver to our expectations, there would be no surprises and no corners cut on quality of work. He definitely takes pride in his work and it was apparent that his crew has been with him for a long time which further emphasized our confidence in him and business health. In addition, he’s invested in his office personnel, customer service was excellent! Recently after discovering a mysterious accident on our hardwoods that started eating away at the finish, we emailed Mr Hardwood to seek his guidance for fear if we waited it would lead to a job we didn’t want to have to spend the money on, but necessary. To our surprise, he immediately responded, asked us questions, had me take pictures and came out the next day w/o hesitation to stop the “bleeding” if you will. He was able to mitigate the problem and there was no charge to have him come out for the quick fix! We are so happy we went with Mr. Hardwood. He stands behind his work and cares about his business. He has demonstrated our relationship did not end upon completion and he’s available to us w/in reason if there were a problem whether in his control or not. We feel like we have a friend in the business that we will happily invite back into our home for future needs and someone we wouldn’t hesitate to introduce to our friends!

I brought Corey in to put hardwoods in our living room, hoping to match the existing hardwoods. Im not sure exactly how things went so wrong. Corey assured me that it would be a near perfect match, its no were near a match. The job was to be completed in 3 days, it took 5. I asked his guys on day 2 when they would be back tomorrow. They responded we start a new job tomorrow. So I got to wait an additional 2 days with no furniture in my home. The carpentry work as a whole was sub par. The promise to repair an existing issue had absolutely no improvement. The quarter round was installed by Forest Gump, when I expressed my disappointment with it Corey assured me they would use new pieces with less seams. There was no change still looks bad.When Corey came to my home to close out I was so stressed I didnt sleep the night before. After going to the long list of disagreements Corey accused me of attempting to get out of paying. We went back and forth to the point he was yelling at me in my kitchen, my toddler was in the other room. I told him not to yell at me. Get out .He then went to the police. Telling them I was defaulting on our contract. The contract was not meet in my opinion.Much stress and aggravation could have been avoided with a little customer service skills. I would never recommend you let this company into your home.Thats funny Corey. I never threatened to harm you. Apparently you believe its okay to yell at someone with a child present.Peace need to know about you.

Found Mr. Hardwood online after reading all the stellar reviews and now I’m writing one! From day one, Kelly walked us through the process and was easily accessible for any questions. Brandon’s team came over to do the work and they did an amazing job. We had a question about one small area after the job was completed and Brandon was there that day. Overall high quality people and high quality work!

We ad hardwood and carpeting installed.Hardwood perfect.Carpet Installation was good. However, carpet was defective. Mr. Hardwood replaced with identical carpet. Defective!Awaiting repeat inspection/replacement.Installation crews were professional. I recommend Mr. Hardwood.

Mr Hardwood does impeccable work. I needed a 20+ year old oak staircase refinished to a totally different color as well as the posts and rails. Fabian sanded everything down to the bare wood including very intricate posts and hand rails. Using NO chemical strippers but instead many hours of hand sanding to where all wood surfaces looked like the original raw wood. This ensured the stains applied went deep. The end result was brand new. No other company I spoke too would avoid the very toxic short cut of chemical strippers. I high recommend them. Kelly who was my contact and his dedicated professionalism to ensure everything was perfect was key as well.

Yesterday, I left a real review about my feelings for this company due in part to them having let go of the girl I was working with the day after she told her boss in confidence that she was fighting cancer. Sadly that young lady called me shortly after leaving it and asked would I remove it because Corey the only one she had anything nice to say about texted and asked “would you please have your friend remove the review they left my company?” I would like to state that this sales person while she seems like a very nice person, is not my friend. I asked her had she received her final check and she said she had been written a final check in her businesses name and would deal with it Monday. I’m going to hire her to do our parsonage’s floors once she lands somewhere else and I will ONLY delete this bad review if she tells me she was able to get her final salary check. I used to work for a bank though, and I’d like to find one that cashes business checks.

I could not ask for better service, Allen Lee and all the refinishers and installers were wonderful. I would recommend this company to everyone. In fact I did recommend Mr. Hardwood to my cousin and she is also using them.

We recently used Mr. Hardwood to repair and refinish all of our hardwood floors on the first floor, plus replace and redo our front stairs with metal barristers ,and stain all of the stairs and rail to match the floor (two story foyer). Ken Willis, the project manager, was fantastic and communicated constantly with me, the homeowner, and the contractors. The quality of the contractors was phenomenal . Not only is Mr. Hardwood insured but all of the contractors are insured as well. As a professional working woman, having Ken as the project manager was essential to completing the job on time and addressing any questions or concerns I had. I dont know how I would have done it without him. My husband and I highly recommend their work and they definitely deliver what they promise. The results are impressive and added significant value to our home. Lastly, they have a transferable warranty for their work which is also amazing.

Mr. Hardwood (Kelly) did a great job with our new carpet installation. We had newly painted walls and baseboards and there was very minimal damage to the paint!! Kelly was responsive and quick to complete the job. Were very happy we decided to work with Mr. Hardwood and Kellys team!

I called to enquiry about a finishing product for my hardwood floors. They were very professional and promised to call me back with the response. Nowadays a company that keeps it promises it is a company worth mentioning.

Hired this company to do my lvp flooring and carpet. Large home and everything looks perfect. Installers showed up on time and left the project clean when finished. Highly recommend the friendly folks of Mr. Hardwood. I damaged part of the floor the day after installation and they were kind enough to touch it up for me. Hardly even noticible. Customer service really goes a long way.

I have no good words to say. After doing our own homework and finding the hardwood that we wanted, we gave him the sample and info. He then proceeded to set up a display that he was going to sell under his own brand. I also reported him to the owners of the original manufacturer.Big talker. Also bad mouthed his own employee so He could get the sale himself. I would never recommend Mr Hardwood!

Mr. Hardwood installed hardwood floors and refinished all of the hardwood floors on the first floor and second floor of our home . Mr. Hardwood had to refinish our master bedroom after installing new wood floors due to the low quality installation and terrible finish job. They also could never get our our newly installed hardwoods in other areas to match on all of the hardwood floors they refinished. Some of the floor areas were matte finish and other areas were a very shiny finish. They refinished some areas three times trying to get our first floor of our house to match on the floors they refinished. Our floor finishes are mismatched where they refinished floors throughout our home. I’m an Interior Designer and this company did very poor work. We made them refund our money after their multiple attempts to repair did not work. Another company will have to completely redo our floors.

Best of the best. We found Mr Hardwood and we are very fortunate to have Cory being our consultant with our new wooden floor. Great output beyond our expectation. Always superb responses and best result. Thank you, Cory being a great designer for our home.

Really shocked at all these positive reviews. The crew worked fast, did a semi-pro job, and the results were very disappointing. This review will probably get a response from the business owner saying *Call Our Office and Well Make it Right*. I did call the office with my concerns. The salesman came out and said this was all normal and fine. He looked at the poor work and literally said This is Normal Quality Work. The Ridges and Bumps all Over The Floor are Perfectly Normal.

Mr. Hardwood inc has crews that show up on time and are professional and clean. The results are breathtaking. When they promise total property transformation they deliver.They have installed carpet, tile, LVP, hardwood, custom staircase, iron spindles, and performed dustless resanding. They finished out with installing trim and great interior painting.I’m thankful for this company.

The saying you get what you pay for is very true. I paid for beautiful floors, which included refinishing 3 rooms, adding new Oak in 3 rooms and new Iron balusters on my staircase. I could have saved some money going elsewhere but every interaction with the team at Mr Hardwood was positive from the first sales call, to delivering the material and install. We could not be happier with our experience and their team of true Professionals. The wood you can get anywhere, but do yourself a favor and pay for the team of professionals and the experience, its worth ever penny.

Recently purchased our first home and needed the hardwoods refinished and some new hardwood put in to replace the carpet. These guys were super quick, efficient, and did a high quality job. If Fernando is available, ask for him, he was great! They didnt try and push any add-on products, and only sold me what I needed. We had Mr. Hardwood come out to replace the carpet in our basement and replace the hardwood in our kitchen with tile. They did a fantastic job! The carpet has a pattern to it and it looks perfectly seamless even though there are several seams - I havent figured out exactly where they are. The crew was amazing - very professional and kind.We had Humberto for the kitchen floor and he did a phenomenal job, even cutting teeny tiny (think 1/4) strips where many other installers probably would have widened the grout along the wall. Very, very pleased and would call them again in a heartbeat.

Today my friend Corey Fords company came to our house to start our floors. We were told this would be a 3 day job and We were prepared for that. They arrived at 8:30 am and by 6:30pm they were completely done. We could not be more pleased with the work that was done. As of today there is not a stitch of carpet in our home. What started off as a 3 day job, Bruno and his men got done in one! With all we have going on this week this could not have been better service if I had paid twice as much.
