The first time we used Gotcha Covered flooring we were very impressed with how quick and professional they were during the whole process. Jason even followed up a couple weeks after everything was said and done just to see if we still loved our new carpet!We just had his team come in to put carpet in our new house and they were again wonderful. We felt confident and comfortable enough to even let them come in while we were gone on vacation! Cant wait to have them do our basement flooring soon!

If you want good flooring at a good price, followed by great customer service, give Gotcha Covered a call. I have worked with them at least 10 times, and have always been happy.

We installed all new prefinished 5 hand-scraped Asain Walnut 3/4 hardwoods back in 2014 in a really dark brown color. Our dog scratched them into pieces and they always looked dirty, so we considered having them sanded down and refinished. We were hesitant to, because we didnt want to lose the hand-scrape texture. After meeting with Jason at Gotcha Covered Floors, he said that sanding them would loose some of texture, but we could choose a different color, which was good for us, as we didnt like the previous color. He also recommending taking out the old tile in our kitchen, and installing the same hardwood we had previously. They then, sanded that down as well, making our entire lower level of our house uniform. Couldnt be happier!

*long review but worth the read*I’m honestly surprised at the amount of 5 star reviews for this company. It seems that their 5 star service is hit or miss. If you like to contact a company multiple times with no response, never getting your questions answered or having your questions be ignored completely, and waiting a really long time for information, this company is for you!In my situation, my family recommended them to me saying how wonderful they were. With high hopes, I contacted them to get a quote on carpet I already picked out AND gave them the total sqft. All I needed was a price.It took 2 days to get the first quote which was fine. But I told them from day 1 that my project was “time sensitive”. From there it was downhill. They stated they wanted to bring me a “sample” of the product before I committed to the carpet they cross referenced for me. They said “we will come out tomorrow” but never told me a time even though I asked 3 times!! It wasn’t until the late afternoon of that day that I found out when they were coming to my house (which I’ll add- we don’t live in yet and is a 30 minute drive from my current house.) Finally after a tech, frantically, measured the sqft and “showed” us some samples without much detail, he left saying I would have another quote soon. *note: they never brought me the sample of the carpet we asked for!* I got a call that same day from the owner, Jason Webb, saying “you’ll have a quote in one hour” - 9 hours later I emailed him asking where my quote was.Then, I asked for a quote for the second option carpet I picked since the first price was a bit high for me. It took 5 days to get me another quote even after I contacted them 3 days later, requesting it.We chose our carpet, got financing done and requested install date. When he sent me the final quote to approve, he had charges on there that I had told him 3 times we did not need (furniture removal & replacement + existing carpet removal). When I mentioned this, a different person from the company, Joey Webb, emailed me stating that they weren’t able to get the carpet after all, they couldn’t even get a sample of it and they were sorry but their tech is new and made a mistake. I was LIVID.Jason called me later that day 4 times back to back to back without leaving a voicemail during work hours even after I told him I was a customer service rep who couldn’t take personal calls during work...which is why I preferred email/text or a detailed VM. He never did leave a VM and proceeded to call and call and call like it was some kind of emergency.So after 3.5 weeks of my “time sensitive project” I dumped the company. And after telling him all these issues of why I was upset with their service, he proceeded to say “we were just trying to save you money”.I would NOT EVER recommend this company to anyone.

For the home measurement, the person showed up on time and provided a call that he was on his way. There was a slight mix-up in quote process, but the owner contacted us and went above and beyond to resolve our confusion. He stands by his business and believes in customer service. We have our carpet installation scheduled for next week and I am excited to see the end result. Update: the carpet installers were very nice and efficient and the overall project exceeded our expectations we are very pleased with the results.

Joey went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our flooring. We had about 90% of our flooring replaced with luxury vinyl planks and new carpeting. Joey came out with samples so we were able to choose and get a quote same day. Installation happened to be available the same week that was convenient for the family. Communication and reliability were excellent. Joey was very patient with my questions after the service as I had few follow up questions this being our first time getting new flooring installed including sending out someone to fix one of our doors that wouldnt close because of the new LVP molding. That took place very timely! Installer crews were punctual and reliable. Even moved our very heavy china cabinet so we could paint behind it while they worked on the rest of the home. The carpet grade is wonderful. I am in love with my LVP as we have quite a few animals (dogs/cats) and makes for easy cleaning. I also really appreciated the military discount offered to veterans. All in all, highly recommend to give them a call. Im not one to want to do any more than I have to for labor, so was happy to see removal/disposal of old flooring included. We had enough to do having to paint the interior with the old floors still intact. It feels like a whole new house on the inside!

Everyone involved in the job of carpeting our entire home was very professional from start to finish. Pricing was reasonable and the job was done in two days. The guys were very careful when moving furniture. Being a little anxious after having the interior of our home freshly painted, they communicated well together moving through doorways and such. I started what I thought would be an easy weekend project of removing tile in my kids bathroom. After two hours of not getting very far (the tile was old Spanish tile that was really thick and had a concrete board underneath that was really difficult to remove), I contacted Jason at Gotcha Covered and asked if he could help. He had one of his employees out the next day and I was so thankful. It was four hours of non-stop hammering and chiseling to remove all of the tile with muscles I dont possess. The day after that, Jason had another employee back to install a new floor in my bathroom. It is the new luxury vinyl that looks nothing like vinyl. It looks like a hardwood floor, but is water resistant. It feels awesome under our bare feet and looks fantastic! Thank you Jason for taking care of me so quickly and with true professionals in my home. They were very conscientious about clean up and also making sure they closed the front door behind them when entering/exiting my home so our pets didnt escape. Did I mention that Jason responded to me on a Saturday and then had my floor done by Monday? His service, materials, and pricing are incredible! I could not be any happier and know I will be using Gotcha Covered Floor Covering for replacing other floors in our home!

After reading all the great reviews I decided to give this company a try, hoping that I will also share my wonderful experience. Unfortunately it was the complete opposite. I am very disappointed with everything. I got the worst crew to install my carpet and i rather not go into detail of what they did. I know that I will never use them again, and will not recommend them to anyone I know.

Their installation services are good for a good price. They gave me a quick turnaround on a flooring installation when I needed it before I could utilize a space that I needed to use quickly.Have not gotten a call back on a quote for additional work, so I guess theyve gotten really busy lately, ended up just doing the work myself after following up a couple of times and still getting no quote, so I guess maybe theyre too busy these days to deal with it.

They came out with the Carolina Coastal samples I liked for me to preview in my home, measured and installed all in less than a couple of weeks! Beautiful floor and great company ! Highly recommend

Jason took care of the hardwood floors in our house in Acworth, I travel a bunch and had a friend take care of the property whilst we were out of town, I spoke with Jason Webb once while we were setting this thing up and he was very professional and I decided that we would go with his company, once the job was complated my friend sent me photos of the property and I approved, they had installed 2000 square feet of red oak #1 and did the stair treads too, by the time I got home 2 months later I had forgotten we had had it done and I will have to say it looked amazing, my first impression was I have a brand new house, smelled great, looked perfect and I have already referred Gotcha Covered to a few people. I forgot to write a review so I do apologize but here it is now. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! PRICE, SERVICE, PROMPTNESS, AND QUALITY AAA+After dealing with Empire for 3 whole days and not getting anywhere I called the floor place up the road and his price made me think I was getting carpet in my whole house. My wife and I went over to a carpet store down the street and found a carpet match and padding for 30 bucks. Now we have the carpet, padding, but need an installer. Googled near us again and found GOTCHA COVERED. I called them probably 10 minutes after 5pm and Sandie answered the phone and I quickly explained my dilemma with an urgent patch needed before a Baby Shower having wasted 3 days with Empire Carpet already and she was so wonderful as to get all my information and say she would take it home and either her or the Owner would call me back. Later that evening Jason the owner called and I briefly told him my story though he already had it and he said no problem he would get it taken care if not tomorrow then the next morning. Well what’s this going to cost I asked. 5 TIMES CHEAPER THEN THE FIRST GUY I CALLED WHO NEVER EVEN CALLED BACK LIKE HE SAID! Elated thinking too good to be true Jason contacted me the next day congratulating me on the baby again and letting me know they would be there in the morning. Joey showed up at my house early next day and was as pleasant as could be. I think it took longer for his tool to heat up then it took for the rest of the work. It is seamless and in our nursery so it’s a really big deal for us. I couldn’t thank Jason enough and asked him about work on my rental properties. Not only did he explain to me all the possible options with hardwood, tile, etc. but told me what was best for the different style properties we own. Needless to say with their service and prices we will be calling them back for all our flooring work! Sandie, Jason, and Joey were so personal in their service I feel like we have been long time friends. I really just can’t believe what all he did for such a low price on such short notice!
