The best customer service I have ever received from a mechanic. I needed a specific replacement tire for my Subaru in an obscure brand & size, and found online that SpeeDee in Abington was a potential retailer. Jerry from SpeeDee went above and beyond in helping me not just locate this hard-to-find tire, but find the best deal on it. When he found out I lived over an hour away, he helped me get the tire shipped to my house to have it installed locally. He cared most about making sure I got the service I needed rather than about getting me into his shop for the repair. That genuine customer-first mentality is hard to find these days. If I am ever in the Abington, MA area and need any automotive services, I will definitely be going to SpeeDee. Cannot recommend highly enough!!!

Great shop with everything you need for your cars. They can have tires ordered and installed the same day and do a proper 4 wheel alignment. Never try to force services you dont need. One of the last places that will actually bring you into the garage and show you what needs to be done. I take my 3 cars there and theyre knowledgeable about all of them.

The team that works here is amazing. Always pleasant smiles when I come in. They actually take you to the vehicle and show you the process if they have an issue on something during their inspection. Ill never go anywhere else w my truck!!

Excellent customer service. I brought my car in for an oil and filter change and left very pleased with the customer service, efficiency, and professionalism of the staff. In addition to the routine oil and filter, the owners son let me know about a few minor things-one being the passenger side front hazard light-that needed to be replaced. I hadnt noticed it was burned out. He also explained everything he was going to do along with the cost for my approval before it was done without employing any pressure. As a consumer, I appreciate when the merchant educates me as to, not just the what; but, also the why something needs to be done. To me, preventative care avoids larger problems down the road. This shop is also family owned and while talking with another customer learned the shop/family supports local fundraisers and charities. Im a firm believer in supporting locally owned businesses. Highly recommend. 5 Stars.

I have been going here for 6 years after a coworker recommended it. I have brought a Volvo, VW and Subaru and they always do a great job. I honestly dont really look at the estimate anymore, because I know it will be honest and fair.The interior is always clean and the bathroom is spotless. This shop is great! They not only fix at reasonable costs but do the repairs while you wait! Steve is a great mechanic and I cant say enough good things about all of them! This place was really good. Very nice and informative on the phone.The labor was really inexpensive.I generally would choose to do work myself but this seemed much more of a hassle than usual and Im very happy I went here.Hopefully I wont need any significant work done anytime soon but I will definitely go back here for it.Finding a mechanic with that amount of trust is incredibly valuable.I wish however the receipt listed the new part model and if it had any warrantyAnd that they gave more detail about what went wrong with the old part.But I did not ask either

The staff are knowledgeable and do an excellent job communicating what issues your car has while also educating you on all the options you have to address it. They are helpful and patient explaining things that a layperson like myself doesnt understand well. I will always take my car here when I need maintenance or repairs.

1st time going here and Im so glad I chose this place! It was fairly priced, honest and fast work done by a family owned business. They were recommended to me by a friend and Im so glad! They had a more than child friendly waiting area. They had a completely separate area with toys, books and puzzles and more and it occupied my toddler the entire time, not to mention they gave him a brand new car and truck to bring home! Great customer service and quality work for a fair price. I highly recommend!

We have had our cars serviced at SpeeDee for years and have never had even the slightest problem. We appreciate their keeping track of our visits, sending reminders for upcoming maintenance that will be due. There is never a long wait time and the waiting area is clean with a TV. We cant imagine going anywhere else for out car needs.

Jerry and his staff are top notch mechanics. Jerry pointed out serious issues with my truck that previous mechanics from other shops didnt seem think it was important to mention to me, dangerous ones even. Glad i went to SpeeDee Oil change or i could have been in some serious problems truck wise or health wise.

Gerry and his staff are amazing people!!! Everyone who deals with them are treated like family not just another customer. Im currently at the Abington location and boy do they live up to the name speedy.... Ive been here 2 times this week to have tires installed and the waiting room is kid friendly with plenty of toys and for the adults there is comfortable seating and freshly brewed coffee. A very friendly,enviting, and clean place. No-one wants to get thier car serviced but here they make your stay very comfortable.
