Such a great group here! Call far in advance because they are quite busy. I found them through a Jeep community page as they’re one of the sponsors. I had bought axial headlights, indicators, and fog lights and wanted to see if they could install them.Not only were they totally accommodating, but the receptionist knew immediately what lights I had and what was needed for the install. You absolutely get what you pay for from these guys. All of the work was done in just under two hours, and everything is totally bulletproof. Aligned perfectly, zero issues whatsoever.They even helped me fix my rear grab handle that wasn’t lining up properly with the sport bar! As well as leaving a whole bunch of swag in the car when they finished. Extremely knowledgeable shop and they take pride in their work and it shows. I would easily make the hour+ drive again to have any future modifications done by them.

Offroad Elements helped me completely change the look of my brand new Jeep Gladiator from the design process to ordering parts, and even doing the custom installation. They were extremely knowledgable, friendly, welcoming, and always available when I had questions. I will be having them do all of the work to my vehicles from now on.

I worked with Offroad Elements to get a new set of wheels & tires for my truck. I gave them a call, let them know what I was looking for, and they turned around a competitive quote extremely quickly. The quote included TPMS sensors and lugs (a lot of the other places I checked wont add those automatically even though theyre pretty much required). Once the wheels came in, they called to set up an appointment and were able to fit me within a few days. All in all, the appointment lasted about an hour. The truck looks amazing! I would definitely work with them again for any future needs.

Ive known about Offroad Elements for a while, but hadnt stopped in until now. I called earlier in the day about a stuck tire carrier swing gate on my JK that was nearly impossible to open or remove. They got me in the same day that I called and took all of 10 minutes for them to completely fix the issue. After leaving and getting about a mile down the road I noticed they left stickers, a lanyard and an air freshener in my cup holder. Needless to say Ill be going here for anything I need in the future. Great people who do awesome work and have phenomenal customer service.

These guys have the greatest customer service I have ever experienced. I placed and order for a set of limb risers and received the wrong set. Called them up and that day they sent out a replacement with the correct set along with prepaid return for the other set. The day I received the new set, my Jeep was hit and all awareness to return the package went out the window. Im so thankful they called to make sure the new set was what I was needing, which reminded me of returning the old set. I ended up talking with them for a good 15 minutes laughing about everything. Not only are their products high quality, but the people are amazing. I cant give high enough praise.

Long story short, I have a long history of working on Jeeps and can sniff out any shop that doesnt know what theyre doing pretty quickly. Eric answered all my emails quickly and with good answers when I asked about things like caster, pinion angle, adjustable control arms, etc... Where most local shops would probably just scratch their head. I had my JT lifted by them and some 37s put on it, and I couldnt expect it to drive any better. Great shop.

Eric is super professional and easy to deal with! Had steering issues that another shop, as well as the Jeep dealership could not figure out, so I took my Jeep down to Offroad Elements to have him look at some steering issues and he had them diagnosed and my Jeep was driving better than normal right away. Unbelievable sales and service! The work was done quickly, and professionally. I am extremely happy with my Rubicon after they installed a 3.5 Rock Krawler lift, with 37 Nitto Trail Grapplers on ATX Slab Beadlocks. Also had them replace the front driveshaft, reprogram the computer for the new tires, and upgrade the steering stabilizer. Dropped off on Thursday PM, and the Jeep was ready to go Saturday afternoon. Excellent pricing too. Highly recommend these people to anyone looking to upgrade their Jeep!

Absolutely amazing service. Went in Friday to have my Jeep scheduled for a lift and new tires. Jeep was done on Monday. Was blown away at the new look of the Jeep and the way it drives. Some say it was a little expensive, but you cannot get this service anywhere else. You pay for extremely well made and engineered parts. Hands down the most knowledgable and kind employees. Would 100% go again for another Jeep modification.

Even though Im down in Texas, Offroad elements is still my go-to place for any mod on my jeep. Eric installed my Mopar 2 lift and Lod front bumper. My jeep drives the same as stock if not better. Couldnt be happier with my jeep. These guys have great customer service, good listeners and are very patient when explaining things to customers. Will be going back to install an adj track bar and any future mods on my jeep. Needed some work on the 2013 JKU. Had the front and rear control arms replaced along with the front drive shaft. The prie and service were great and I cannot recommend them enough. I am so glad the tech from Rock Krawler mentioned these folks to me. Will be a customer for life I wager.

I have a 2008 JK and wish I started going to Offroad Elements a long time ago. I had suspension and steering issues on my JK fixed here and it was a refreshing experience. Offroad Elements does not mark up prices for parts and clearly inventories the charge for parts in its quotes. The customer service was wonderful, Eric talked me through options and did not rack up a bill like many mechanics would. He fixed my JK in time for a long drive on relatively short notice. And my old JK now rides and steers better than it did brand new. Ill definitely be going back!
