Returning my moving truck to this location was quick and convenient. The ladies working here are very friendly and professional. Conveniently located adjacent to a gas station for fill up.

I have moved twice in 3 years and have tried UHAUL, Budget, and last but not least Penske. And I can say without a doubt Penske was the most professional, organized, and nicest vehicles. The pricing was competitive and even if it was a little higher it was certainly worth the extra few dollars! Would recommend anyone use them as my experience was great!

Great location near Dyess AFB. There were several lift gate trucks available even during the holiday delivery season. The ladies here are very helpful and friendly. Ill definitely be back in the future for my other truck rental needs.

Super nice people. The lady in the office spotted a mistake on our reservation for where we would turn in our one way rental truck. Saves us a world of problems.Both ladies were very efficient.

Our truck broke down they got us another one, and paid for a motel room for the night, thank you Penske.

Great ladies running the place. You wont find a better place to rent from. Their price was better than budget and Uhaul for a one way rental to Montana. Very happy!

26’ one way rental. Requested different truck with air ride seat. Was informed those are only for local moves. Which seems counterintuitive since a cross country move in such a large vehicle is taxing. If you don’t get a truck with the air ride seat invest in Motrin. Also discovered the horn didn’t work during the trip.

Not much. Employees smoking in office. The lady that checked us in was rude and condescending. They did not have the truck we reserved and did not attempt to help us find one.I am a disabled vet and I needed a lift truck, which is why we went to Penske in the first place.However, the worst part was the I dont give a damn attitude. I will NEVER go to a Penske company again.I have a lung disease and the smoke made it very difficult to breathe in there.I will not even like the NASCAR Penske team.I will always recommend Uhaul to my friends, family and Colleagues.
