On a Monday, I set my appointment for 10am the following Thursday. On Wednesday, I called to confirm. On Thursday, nobody showed up. I called several times and nobody answered. I prefer to spend my money with small, local businesses, and this is one business that obviously doesnt want my money, so Ill not be calling them again.

We were Moved on Monday 3 men came were so nice helpful did as we ask. Saw we were short in height so they didn’t stack the boxes to high in storage building. I have used Little Joe movers twice before this was the best no stress no fuss. Thank you so very much.

Business done the right way. We needed to move our corporate office from an upstairs building without an elevator in the downtown area, to our new location across town. Little Joe mover’s were able to get the move taken care if for us, and pulled it off with very little notice. Initially we were going to have them move just the large items, but ended up getting everything moved. There were some issues early on, but we were very grateful for the way they handled everything. Thank you again for moving all of our stuff to the new office.

I’m leaving this review as a member of the community to stay away from this place! Absolutely horrible owners that will not pay there employees what they are owed! This gentleman worked for them seen the messages that she owes him hours on a paycheck but he needed to delete his Facebook post! Absolutely in no way is this acceptable! We as members of the community will help this man whatever way we need to just to get him what is owed to him! After seeing the post I went to the reviews and even customers talk horrible about this company! You better stop messing people over because at the end of the day God has the last say and he will punish you! You don’t know this mans problems this may be his only source of income and for you to hold it from him is beyond greed and evil!

Do not use them!I called and received a quote of $120 an hour for a four hour move. I had a small 1100 square foot home, 2 bedroom, 1 bath. When the crew arrived and realized I am over 60 and a single woman, the price suddenly went up to $145. I also told the lady on the phone that I had a small safe to move. It is 21 inches tall, and my son can lift it with one hand. However, Joe, the crew chief, told me it would be an additional $250 dollars to move it. He checked gun safe on the form. They left at 12:12, after four hours and twelve minutes. They charged me for five hours.They also wrapped all my furniture in duct tape, which damaged an antique table from my parents, and my entertainment center and several chests. (Photos below) My dog house had the roof ripped off, and my dining table had to be re-glued.When I sent them a certified letter to file a claim, they refused to receive it. (See photo below) I even went by their offices to file my claim and they had the door locked, even while there were three cars in the parking lot.I filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau, and their owner told the BBB that they hadnt had a claim from me. NO! They refused to accept it!I had emailed them three times on their claims email address. (Okay, if they have a specific email just for claims, that worries me....) When I called them, they FINALLY admitted they had received my claim.As of today, December 29th, I have heard no word from them. My next step is to write a letter to the editor to our local paper, telling citizens what my experience was with this company. Then, on to small claims court. They dont need to get away with ripping off older, single women!

These guys are the best showed up on time and got everything moved fast! And VERY affordable. They tried their best to work with my budget.

This was my first experience with a moving company and I dont think I could have picked a better company to move with. The crew was very professional and courteous. All three movers were mindful of our furniture and we had no issues with broken or damaged furniture. Our move was from a 2nd floor apartment and they handled the move like a boss. Worth every penny!

This is a fake company or scammer company. They either went out of business or are set up to appear like they are open. I hired them for labor and they ghosted me,never showed up. Call other legitimate moving labor companies

Not sure if I actually visited a place called little Joe movers its possible it has different name.

They were amazing!!!! On time and professional! I had to move out of a 4 bedroom home with an office in the pouring rain and out of town. Not one piece of furniture or box was damaged. They had such a great attitude and made my moving experience so easy! I was hesitant to go with them based on the previous review but after the great communication, great quote and awesome experience Im so thankful I did

We used Little Joe’s to help us unload a 10 ft. UHaul truck. The guys were very courteous, friendly and did everything we asked. Only took three guys about 30 minutes to get the job done.Could not have asked for better help.

Have tried to get them to call me and nothing.

The best moving experience Ive had hands down! They made a stressful situation for me so easy. I had some fragile items (standing mirror, lamps, piano, etc.) and they took extra care with it. Thank you again so much for everything!

Recommend Little Joes highly! They moved all my household contents with great care. No damage at all. Showed up on time, and worked very hard loading up and then unloading everything. It was a big job and the 3 movers didn’t loaf any. It was exactly what I wanted.

I wish there was a lower score to give this company. Two years ago I would have given them five stars but something has changed! The office staff is nice but the owner, Sylvia, refuses to return phone calls and I am quite sure they are blocking out phone calls! The lead mover literally told two people that if they had booked them for the entire move form Abilene to Lubbock, that he would have made sure to take care of their items but since they were only paying them to load a U-Haul, they would not. The truck was HORRIBLY packed and items were not wrapped with the provided U-Haul blankets and the move had to be delayed by one day which meant that we had to pay to have the truck emptied when our volunteers couldn’t come PLUS we had to pay for an extra dats rental on the U-Haul because we had to stay an extra day trying to figure out what to do with the items they didn’t load! We even had to have local friends agree to take items to their house that we couldn’t fit in our car, Jeep and truck which means we have to return again to Abilene! I have pictures of a truck where items are thrown in and there are holes everywhere where all of the items should have easily fit! I have tried to come up with a solution, but as I said before Sylvia the owner refuses to take or return my calls and according to office staff, she is the ultimate decision maker. I will be contacting the BBB and I encourage you to read all of the negative reviews here as they are representative of our experience from beginning to end! I am going on Yelp and any other social media platform where reviews are given to share my experience. Btw-the people taken advantage of here were two young college girls!

They are a complete fraud!!! They broke my furniture, Rude workers , lied about everything! We have pictures and video of it all. I think I might put them all on TV news so other people won’t be hurt or have to hire other companies to finish the job they were paid to do! Small claims court is a great place to go after them!!!!

Absolutely Awful!.... I called and placed a move reservation with the daughter of Joe after getting a new job in Fort Worth. We spoke at length about items to be moved, her assuring me about insurances and being fully licensed and bonded, and even stating they require no deposit because they do business on their word and a handshake !!!!I am a single mom and could not do the move myself. We agreed that I would pack the house and the movers would show up with the truck on May 19th around 8am. This was about a months notice from phone call to move date.Yesterday my son and I woke early and waited for the truck. We heard nothing from them. Called the office repeatedly (internet says OPEN from 9-2 on Saturdays) no answer or call back! Waited until 9:45 with no word from anyone!Finally I called The Moving Guys company in Abilene and explained my situation. Larry jumped right on it and did a last minute move for me and had guys out to load my house that same evening! Apparently, I was not the only abandoned move they picked up from Little Joes schedule this week!I am floored at the level of negligence and ridiculously poor customer service of Little Joes Movers LLC! I have always been a huge fan of shopping local and that is why I called them to begin with! This company left us hanging and in a horrible bind! STILL NOT A WORD FROM THEM!!!DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Worst company in Abilene tx i suggest u never use them. They were suposed to move me at 10 am never called i had to call and leave message finally at 4 i got a call that they will not come till 8 next moring waited till 10 and they called saying iSomeome would be there in 45 min.i told them never mind had someone else on the way. I had to pay for a hotel we booked that night so im out 150. Worst company. Abilene has much better moving companys. Will report this to the better bussiness bureo. They need to shut down the bussines if they are goibg to lie and lie to people.

Absolute worst company I have ever dealt with! I call and call for the details and location of our goods and no one answers and no one ever returns my calls. I reached the point where I had to threaten to file a complaint to request their government contract be revoked. We will see where that gets me

Worst bunch of crooks and lots I have dealt with.First thet agreed to move an amour for $100.When they came to get it they said they didnt have enough guys and would be back the next day with 1 more guy and the charge would be $175.Then later in the day they called back and said the charge was $350.Dont waste your time or money on these crooks

These guys moved my stuff out on Aug 4, since then they have not moved or crated my stuff and its Sept 1st and my required delivery date was Aug 17. When the government movers calls and ask them the status of my shipment they send them to a voicemail, the same voicemail they sent me to. Do not use this company for anything
