Personally I wouldn’t shop at a store who only lets you return for store credit. Unfortunately for us we were unaware of this policy. My daughter bought a shirt tonight and tried to return it within 30 minutes. She had her receipt and tags were still on it. Basically, she found a dress at another store she liked better, but they will not let you get a actual refund for anything. Ridiculous policy

Absolutely loved this store! It was my first time in there and I was more than pleased! The staff was extremely attentive, and Haven did an awesome job helping me find a wedding outfit! Excellent customer service is hard to come by and this store has it down, not to mention super cute clothes!

Really cute stuff...clothes, accessories, shoes, gifts. Prices are high, even the sale items, but service was pleasant and the atmosphere was inviting.

Worst customer service ever. Don’t shop here I called and complained to the manager and she pretty much laughed when I told her my complaint about the refund policy. I don’t live in Abilene and I specifically told the cashier I was from Tyler and I didn’t love an outfit but I wanted to see if it looked better with a girdle, cashier said NOTHING about no refunds. I won’t be back and I’ll be sure to tell all my friends and family to not shop here.
