They usually have what I need. And are seem knowledgeable if you have a question.But the customer service is hit and miss. If they are slightly busy or tired bring your patience. And its possible to get ignored too.

Went in to get a battery/alternator check and the young man that assisted me went above and beyond. He gladly offered to install the battery for me (even before knowing that my back was messed up to even lift the battery). He cleaned the corrosion off the battery terminals and checked my alternator...while being rained on. Highly recommend this location!

Takes awhile to get someone to wait on you since they are always busy, but the service is great.

I went in to get a new battery for my car and was greeted by May. She was absolutely AMAZING!!! I didnt have a clue on my engine size, so she went and looked and got the information needed. The Customer Service here is above and beyond most places I have ever been. The staff is so kind and helpful and funny. All of them. If every business had employees like this the world would be a much better place.

Limited stock. Only one brand of wipers for my car. Cost $20 EACH. They do not sell in packs only individual. I have a 2011 Jeep Compas. Nothing special.

Good place for parts

My battery died this morning, nobody else was open, so I called Advanced Auto and they came out to jump me. All I had to do is open my hood! Dude dropped what he was doing and came and jumped me off. I really appreciate you guys, and give the fella that hooked me up a raise!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a battery that has conked out at exactly one year. Two tests have verified its dead. I take it in and they wont exchange the battery because their test indicates its not bad.

They had what I needed one stop shop.

Everyone was helpful. In and out no problem.

Horrible service. Went for a battery check and was told it was too cold outside for them to check it and for me to drive down to a service station! I threw a fit and said they say on the building free battery checks! Then they told me for security reasons they have to have 3 people in the store and they had 1 out on delivery. I said fine I would wait. 2-3 minutes pass and they told me that the delivery person would probably take a long time so I should just leave. They dont even deserve a star!

Bunch of idiots working there. Ive been waiting for a compressor for 3 days. I have the order receipt and everything and now theyre saying the part never got ordered.
