I ordered my items on the phone, beacuse of Covid I wasnt sure the lobby was open...it was! The staff still took my order over the phone. I had used the ColorSnap app to find colors I wanted, which also made ordering easy! When I picked up my items I went into the store (I could have called a # posted and my order would have been brought out to me if I wanted to), my order was ready, the staff was friendly, and it was nice being able to walk into a business again!

Sherwin-Williams has always met the standards for on the job specs and off the job and provide a great quality product and back it up with knowledgeable sales staff. I would recommend to a first timer or to the experienced individuals.

Some of the best customer service Ive experienced yet and very knowledgeable staff makes for an easy transaction. I almost want to go back and buy stuff I dont need just to do business there again.

The gentleman working is so kind, and knows his craft. The first time I came in with my floor and wood sample, he helped me pick the color of paint that he thought would go well, and I just love the color. He also helped me pick out brushes and rollers, I was so happy with his service and help..

Arlen and his staff are amazing! Always helpful, respectful, and so much fun. Make our trips going there easy. The products are the best. Been using the paint for years.
