Family owned business great sales on all the inventory. Has most in stock or just a week out. Very helpful staff and very polite. It was the best furniture store we have been too and we got all our living room and dining room set from them.

Walked in and asked them to look at their display outside as a courtesy.(Got poked in the eye... I survived ☺.)It blocks the sidewalk, and is a danger to the eyes of anyone 6foot or over.And probably others. Beings they have a advertisement flag, and umbrella only feet away from each other.Not that any Wind comes down Wishkah either lol....The answer,..Cant see how Thatd Possibly Happen.Well take a look.A couple days later,.. Its still a Hazard.So, best is post pics.Looks pretty eye level and restricted space to me.Let alone blocking the sidewalk.PRIORITIES

Excellent service and knowledge of all furniture we looked at. We bought a high quality sofa, 1 1/2 recliner and bedroom dresser. Tim and Linda are very friendly, cordial, and are not pushy at all. They let us browse and take our time and figure out what we wanted to do.

I try to shop locally as much as I can, but it frustrating that when you have issues with their furniture you dont get calls back.. Communication goes a long way.. Understand the Covid-19 issue but phones work the last time I checked..

My first experience with selmers was wonderful, that was around 14 years ago. I cant say the same about my last interaction with this company. I purchased a bed from selmers a little over a year ago, and brought it back within the trial period, knowing no money would be refunded only a credit. My husband and I picked another bed, this bed was much less expensive, so we were issued a credit. When we called a year later to check on that they said oh I see no credit. I asked them to email me the receipt, they did but failed to send the credit receipt that was stapled to the original. I will see if they honner it when the realize I actually still have the original. My point is they are dishonest.

Great place to buy furniture. They have good prices, Quality Furniture and sales staff that are willing to take the time to help you. I went to all the furniture stores in the area looking for both some pretty high-end pieces, that they just ordering from made in Tacoma, and other inexpensive but still Quality Furniture. I need to stop back bye and pick up this couch

I find it difficult to believe anyone would give this establishment anything higher than 1 star based on my experience. My first time there, I walk in with my oxygen attached and very visible and was greeted by.... not a soul. Oh several employees were there, toward the back of the store listening to music. They all watched as I struggled up 2 flights of stairs, resting as I went. Not one of them offered up there was an elevator in the back where they were huddled. Made it upstairs to look at mattresses and waited and waited and nobody showed. My husband was treated almost the same but his walking upstairs was followed by an employee who looked at him as if he stepped in poo and brought it in with him. She turned to me when she realized he was with me and had a very cold demeanor about her. I have never been treated like Selmers treated me. Im not sure if their prices were legitimate or wishful thinking, but they wanted more for a twin mattress then I paid for a queen mattress from another store. So guess where I found my new twin mattress....not Selmers.... and I wont be back. Apologies for disturbing your music!!

I did all my shopping and comparisons on the internet. Love the chairs! The one that had to be ordered took a month to come in. Steve the salesman said it would take 1 1/2 weeks. I know things happen but, he didn’t even bother to keep me informed about shipping late. I called and left messages for Steve who didn’t return any of them. I spoke to other personal who failed to relay messages to Steve or else they didn’t follow through. I had to continue to call for updates. When informed the actual date it was expected, I still wasn’t called. I called after expected date to find out it was at the warehouse. Seems like Steve made his commission and then just left the planet.....Communication break down straight ahead!☹️

I bought a mattress and box spring the other day. Hardly a thanks or come back or a card and no hand shake. Modern practices I guess.

The store is loaded with tons of furniture, for every budget. We did not find what we wanted this trip, but we arent in a hurry to buy. The owner is very helpful but a bit too talkative for me.
