Great store with helpful employees, an informative social media presence, and excellent prices on all items. They are super helpful with any problems that arise with items, and everything benefits a great cause.

At The Restore you never know what great finds will be there. My daughter moved out this year and was able to get a lot of good furniture. Staff is always helpful too.

Its tough to find second-hand fixtures and materials that are worthy of use again, but occasionally this place delivers. It is best for small jobs such as powder room or bath remodels. Sometimes they have relatively small quantities of nice tile at a great price; also laminate flooring.

Wonderful staff very helpful

I bought a rug at the store and paid for it. Went to pick it up and they had “resold” it to someone else. They would not release the rug to me even though I had already paid for it. Then they would only let me take it if I Paid $700 more for it. When I complained to their management they banned me from the store. If something like this happens to you there please contact the MD Attorney Generals office consumer complaint division.I also have seen the Restore Response to this post- none of which is true. I have all of the documentation related to this matter, including a picture of the tag I took to the counter the day I purchased the rug. I also picked the rug up in the proper time frame, but when I arrived to pick it up, the store was in the process of “selling” the rug I had already paid for to another person. The salesclerk that sold me the rug was in the store on both days and told me that after I bought the rug, her manager held a meeting because the store had made a mistake when they priced the rug. but no one ever contacted me to tell me that. I did stop payment not because I did not receive the rug but because this practice of reselling something that someone has already purchased is wrong and although I called the management to try to address it they would never return my calls. All it would have taken is for someone to have called and explained as I did not know it was a high end rug, and I paid the price that the salesperson on the floor quoted me- there was no price tag on the rug. But I was treated badly and lied to when I came to pick the rug up. The reason I posted this is that I learned that this has happened to someone else and I feel it is important for people in the community to know how you practice business. I did pay $700 for this rug because it was going to a good cause...and I regret not going to the Attorney Generals office to file a complaint against this organization.

We love this store! Bought a really nice set of recliners for just 33 dollars!! They have a color coded sale on items I’m assuming goes by the amount of time the merchandise has been in the store. Great selection of pre-owned furniture and they even have flooring and kitchen appliances. Definitely look forward to going back and seeing what else we can get at a really good price!

Its ok. They have a nice selection of furniture, dishes, knick-knacks,etc. Prices are a bit steep, in my opinion.

Normally I have good experiences at Aberdeen Restore but today I purchased 2 end tables and asked for a flat cart in order to haul them to my car. Instead the lady filled out a curbside pickup slip. I did as told and pulled around back. The man, I believe his name is Roger, was very rude and roughly dropped the table onto the ground. I was not asking for help loading as I know they never assist with loading. No one else has ever treated my purchase this roughly and no apology, nothing. If it was a problem why did he not inform me. I am elderly but NEVER ask for special treatment. Felt humiliated as if I was a bother to him. Everyone else there have been great.

Some of the nicest things at a resale store! Overpriced by far, but the sales are good. The prices dont make much sense, I saw 2 of the same couches with $100 difference, 2 very similar dressers where the nicer one was actually $50 cheaper, but otherwise the selection is fantastic and the people are nice. It sucks they dont offer help loading items which is unfortunate for people like myself who dont know people around the area for help, but Im sure its a liability issue. Ill definitely be back and if youre looking for nice furniture this is your place! They have a big majority of brand new things too!

Habitat is AMAZING!!!!! I absolutely love going there because you don’t just get great customer service but they are like a family there! Great conversation and amazing products. I always come out of there with something. Great prices and I believe in what they represent and the services they provide for our community.

The Aberdeen ReStore is a best kept secret. The selection of furniture and other house ware furnishings is amazing, and is usually at an extraordinarily reasonable price, far below similar articles on the retail market. It appears to be a good place also for builders and re-modelers to find materials and hardware.The staff, regulars and the host of volunteers, are friendly, eager to assist and answer questions. They even provide rulers and tape measures to assist when there is a question about fit.The ReStore is a bargain hunters paradise, with quality items all around. I highly recommend checking it out.

Amazing store!!! You can really find some great items if you need them. The have various items for your home, furniture and fixtures. Dressers & couches at really reasonable prices! The volunteer staff is SUPER helpful and friendly!!!

I started volunteering at this Restore when it opened in May 2016. It has been a wonderful experience. Customers find items they want at a very low price. The staff and volunteers work together to assist customers in finding what they are looking for at a very reasonable price. They all realize that any money that is made goes to the Habitat project to help build houses for people who otherwise could not afford them.

Large well organized ReStore. Easy to get in and out of and easy to see (its perched on a hill if you come at it from the highway). Helpful staff. Only quibble is that some items are displayed in such a way that you cannot inspect them without damaging another item, I.e. Items leaning on each other or packed too tightly together.

Went there for the first time today. They had a great selection of everything!!! The people were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be going back! If you have any upcoming projects, go there first! 👍

Great deals on previously owned merchandise. Primarily furniture but also lighting, kitchen and even books. One word of caution...look closely before you buy because ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

I love this place because you can find awesome things for your home at fabulous prices and the volunteers are great. I love that the money goes to help build houses for families that may never be able to buy a home on their own instead of putting money in some rich CEOs pocket.

Cool furniture and stuff but stocker employees and loaders are some of the rudest people in Harford County. Good lord they cuss at each other extremely loud and show other stores around the plaza little to no respect.

Poorly managed. Difficult to make donations due to staff too busy engaged in personal conversations than to accept donations or at least acknowledge a persons presence

I visited the restore last week and was looking for ceiling fans. I was about to leave the store and I went around for one more look. I asked an elderly gentleman if he knew of any ceiling fans and he replied yes, he pulled out two fans and I needless to say was elated to find them. He assured me that all the parts were in the box. When I reached home, and my electrician was installing the fans. He called me and said omg the fans bulb casing was missing. I was so upset. Ok, he took it down and said ok, lets install the second fan. He did. Omg the second fan was missing the blades. I could not believe that someone in the store would tell me that everything was there when it was not. I am also an elderly woman so, of course, I took him at his word. I am now out of $100 for installation for two fans that parts were missing. I was planning on making this store my go to store. I hope that you will help seniors more. I love the fact that all proceeds go to helping families in Harford and Cecil counties.

Wife is okay with some of the prices and then some of them or like a a store thats it were getting the pain is too expensive for what theyre selling they were selling leftover paint that people had they stop selling it which I thought was crazy but I cant change the way people run their stores Robert okay like everywhere and part of it aint it all depends on what comes in that people donate so I would rated 5 stars but most of the time people already been there and got the good stuff

Very bad experience yesterday I bought three furniture for clothes had pink on the card no discount I was accepted to pay $ 450 but when I got home I put out the drawers were broken from the inside I wanted to return but it was impossible 😏

This place is horrible! One person gives you a price and then when you go to the counter to pay...they double the price. Never going there again!!
