Me and my husband ordered some chicken sandwiches. Well we get home and start eating, only to find a huge chunk of green mold on my bread! I do not know how this was missed. I wanted to go back to the store but the roads are slick. So I decided to call. No answer. Called 3 times. No answer. And when we were there they were NOT busy at all! Absolutely disgusting will never go back.

Besides being bullied by The Man Behind the Counter. Great coffee great selection of food. Nice place. Conveniently located across from Walmart where we can park our trucks after CNS

Usually a great place but Ive noticed lately that cleanliness does not seem important. The coffee machines havent been getting cleaned in the last couple weeks. Inside or outside. The coffee bar is always short on supplies and covered in spilled coffee. But the employees seem to have time to chat with each other.

30 minutes to get a DoorDash sandwich that I had to remind them was actually there. Lunch break wasted. Don’t waste your time

Why is no negative ratings here, anyways store is dirty, regular milk was 3 days out of date (today is 31 July and milk was dated 28 July.This store is like spinning a roulette wheel.....but not for me !

Last time I went I was disappointed because my chicken was very old but this time I am never going back to this royal farms I went on my lunch break at work and barley get lunch I got five fries with my meal and RAW CHICKEN it was literally pink inside I wish I would have had time to take a picture I’ve also had multiple co workers go there other times and also received pink chicken I don’t understand how they are still serving undercooked chicken to people and making them sick why has no one done anything ?October 24, 2021 Today I clocked out at 1130 I get 30 min for my break I waited more than half an hour just to be told that they hadn’t even had any fried breaded which I paid for and did not get they are never prepared or working why wasn’t I at least told so I can at least have time to eat my food where’s the manager ? It’s everytime I come here maybe McDonald’s would have been faster

Its just a place to grab gas or a snack. Air pumps rarely work. Paper receipts are usually empty. But they worked today. And someone was actually emptying the outdoor trash cans. Parking lot was cleared of snow and ice too. 4 star day.

This ROFO is near my home so it should be more convenient but I would rather go to the one near beards hill the staff is friendly and they will assist without acting like you are bothering them I rarely find someone there who is friendly and helpful they should replace the manager with someone who cares I am sick of bad service when I am spending my hard earned money.

I placed an order it almost an hour, for it to arrive. My mashed potatos were cold like they came out of a refrigrator and they made no attempt to heat them, you could visually tell thet were instant by the grainy texture. The gravy was also cold and congealed fatty nastiness. The fried chicken was great and had a nice crisp skins excellent flavor but i couldnt eat the potatos. You guys need to really step up your game or find better staff!

One of the worst Rofo stores in HarCo, and it wasn’t always that way. I could probably tolerate the sub standard food if the customer service wasn’t so bad.

I have been to this store 2 times in 2 days. Both days I got the same sub. Yesterday I got very ill after eatting that sub. I ate the same exact type of sub today that i got today and i am now sick with food poisoning. I will be calling the store.

When you visit this location dont order chicken tenders they give you a piece as big as a 50cent piece and charge you 2.80 cents for it they are rip off artist avoid this store ad much as possible ashamed I live right behind the store have to travel to the other side of Aberdeen just to go to royal farms store at least one that gives you what you pay for

They finally have better coffee theyve gotten direct Brew machines now, I like the 100% Columbian.But I will shop here because they dont try to force anybody to wear a muzzle.But Im annoyed that people are still wearing them, as long as everybody keeps wearing them were all going to be slaves to the slave puppets

Horrible places to go to if your looking for good service blame it all on management ask to speake with management and the refused to come to the front to handle the situation why put someone with a bad attitude in the front smh. Shift manager has poor customer service. Reload for green dot says your store does it yet no one knew how yet you sell in the store. Services need to be updated AND training on both customer service skills updated

I was a bit disappointed. Due to a health issue, Im watching what I eat. There were some healthy prepackaged snacks but not what would be best for me to get. I was looking for more options like fruits and veggies, similar to the options Wawa offers. There was literally just a few things of fruit available. More options would be AMAZING!!

This is one of the newest stores in the area and its very large. The chicken is always fresh and dosnt taste as salty as some other stores. The coffee selection is as well great.

Not very happy right now.Im handicapped. Bought car wash. Receipt does not print.Help is broke.Have to get scooter out of car to go inside to ask for receipt. Heard someone else also say receipt did not print....I guess they are out of paper.

Why does it take so long at the register oh yeah thats because they are talking to each other or texting on their phones....did I even mention one of customers started a physical altercation with one of the cashiers. Thank goodness I left before the police came pepper spray every where. .....Then the people out front BEGGING, they say their homeless and need cash but have a brand NEW IPHONE and JORDANS---go inside and fill out an application and stop being lazy. How about be truthful and say I need money for my drugs.

Better than the RoFo off of 7 in Edgewood, but not perfect. The cashier thought it was acceptable to talk to a customer about braiding short hair for roughly two minutes after their transaction was finished, leaving myself and the three or four customers behind me waiting, despite knowing we were there. I cours to wait in hopes the manager would notice, but no such luck—hopefully the store learns about discipline soon.On a more positive note, the food was made mostly correctly (it just wasnt toasted as Id requested). For some reason it tastes slightly reminiscent of half-burned tobacco, but this is far easier to forgive than the transgressions of the 7&24 RoFo. For one thing, instead of covering my sandwich with the sauces I ordered, the food preparer was decent enough to put moderate amounts of each, producing a sandwich with a reasonable amount of topping. This indicates to me that whoever trains the food crew at least has common sense (or whoever hires can spot who has it). Other than the cashier, the staff that I interacted with seemed to possess basic respect for other humans.I was overall pleased with my (single) visit to this Royal Farms—and unlike the one at the intersection of MD 7 and MD 24, I am not opposed to returning.Although the half and half was less half-cream-half-milk, more half-half-and-half-half-yogurt. I drank the coffee, which led me to predict that yogurt-creamed coffee will not become popular until peoples palates change.

Store was nice and clean but cashier was beyond rude. She addressed me as “boy” and was full of attitude after i asked did they do lottery at that register.

The place has a carwash and always has great cheap prices for gas. I love their service they provide.

I visit Royal Farms frequently and this store is the worst! The employees (except for a very few) are rude and disrespectful. I walked in to pay for gas and was waiting at the register. The employee decided that changing the coffee was more important than waiting on the customer. Waiting 6 minutes is inexcusable.

I love their wedge fries. My waist shows that I stop there too much.

I have been coming here a lot lately, mainly for a breakfast sandwich and coffee, both very tasty. The employees have been friendly and their service, fast. The place is clean. The breakfast food is cheaper yet the quality has been better than at the McDs next door or the Dunkin Donuts in the Walmart across the street.
