I’ll never come back to this location again. Got in line at 3:40 and was behind 15 cars so it was busy. Thats fine, I don’t mind waiting. I finally get up to order at 4:02 and get rudely told that they couldnt take my order because they closed at 4. What a disgrace. I’ll go to caribou from now on.

It’s super hard for me to know what to expect when coming here.. only about 60 percent of the time you have a decent experience. The other 40 percent is messed up drinks, completely wrong orders, drive thru taking 20 min for 5 cars, not having anything in stock (this was before the pandemic started, so just poor stocking) and more... my honest opinion is that the workers need to be trained better and given more time to train. I can see they’re trying their hardest and I do sympathize, I believe it’s management that needs to step up and this Starbucks could be amazing.

I accidentally ordered two refreshers in the app. They were very helpful in fixing my problem (even with their machines not working with them). Thank you very much guys!!

Dirty store, very crowded, lines backed up for 45 mins. Do not recommend.

They make your drink correctly about 60% of the time and are often out of food items even as early as 11 am. I have to ask for no foam in any hot beverage otherwise my cup is only 2/3 of the way full - without whip cream. Despite all these things, I do still go maybe every other week because they have a drive-thru. Theyre generally pretty quick with getting their customers through, but that may be why the drinks are crummy half the time.

In Canada I usually get dark roast black coffee as I like the taste of it and maybe a blue berry muffin as I love its crusty dough flavour.Well ... Here in Aberdeen I was totally disappointed. Coffee didnt taste good (comparable to the awful hotel one) and the muffin was soft and sticky worse than... Well I guess a dollar store one.I didnt expect that quality for both from a Starbucks

My order is always correct and that is awesome. The price is getting a little high though.

If you want to wait in line for 35 minutes to hopefully get the coffee you ordered (been wrong on multiple occasions) and then be disappointed by the quality of the coffee then this is a good place but if you want a good cup of coffee that costs less than half the price, go to your local C store.

The person who took my order was not patient. I went inside to order so I could ask some questions and was answered with very curt answers. Mocha frappe tasted blah. I was very disappointed. I will try the one at Target.

Everytime I go Starbucks, which I normally go there four times a week, I always experience something. It is a rare occasion that someone actually talks to me and says thank you or even have a nice day. A couple of months ago, I got four drinks and ended up having to come back all the way across town because they messed up two of my drinks and said there was nothing else they could do for me. When I went inside, they still had their seating closed due to covid. I went through the seating to get to the front counter so I could talk to the manager that I talked to on the phone. One girl started yelling at me for walking through there, which I didn’t have any other way because their was 3 people standing my the mobile order pickup. Once I talked to the manager, she was not friendly at all to me or didn’t even say sorry for the mess up. I will continue to support the business, but not as much as I used too.

Sometimes its very good and fast. Today I went and they messed up all four coffees we ordered! I was not impressed. We asked for no whip on all but one and only 1 didnt get messed up! They didnt put any Carmel drizzle on the two drinks that needed it the most!

Absolutely horrible, this starbucks was very dirty. The barista was very rude. She messed up my order, which is understandable, but she gave me attitude to fix it. To fix my drink all she did was add ice...really? Don’t come here unless you want leave angry!

This place is hit or miss. I love Starbucks and go at least four times a week, especially after work. The best time to come here is early afternoon because that’s when I get the best service. But the last few weeks, I haven’t gotten good service at all. They’re ALWAYS out of something every time I go. Just today, the guy working drive thru was rushing us and it wasn’t that busy, at all. Rushing me makes me want to stop going here and Starbucks is supposed to have a welcoming environment. Not so much anymore.

I have always liked Starbucks, but lately my drink tastes different every time, and then today, I pd mostly for foam, barely any of my flat white in the cup, I told the gal it felt awfully light, she said ,sorry. They need to be more consistent with making their drinks, and a vente, should be a vente, YOU SHOULD GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR

Always closed for no reason. Gets annoying that it says they are open online and they actually aren’t.

Drive up service...pricey beverages as expected...nothing over the top or subpar. Not an everyday stop but good for those special days.

Stopped here on our way up north. Service was excellent. The coffees we ordered were made to perfection. The girl at the drive through was very friendly. She got us puppy whip for our dogs.

Next time, Ill go to McDonalds. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a coffee in a store that had three already served customers. They put my order on the counter and watched me sit. When I had to walk back to the counter to ask where it was, the clerk said, I called for it then turned her back. I have very good hearing and she sure as hell did not call my name in any audible way. They also should have noticed I was still sitting waiting. The coffee was - Starbucks - the sandwich about back to room temperature. I wont be here again

Not enough selection but the sandwich I had was good. Ate outside because of such loud acoustics inside. No garbage cans outside to bus our own table. Not very clean. Dead flies on to of the credit card machine. Loud irritating order up call out by employees. Not very pleasant.

I’m only giving this Starbucks a 3 star because the kids behind the counter did their very best keeping up with the customers. We waited A LONG TIME for our drinks and while waiting with the long line of other customers- we watched them take money and change over flowing garbage without ever washing their hands. The counters were a mess and the bathrooms were gross. I put it on the manager of this Starbucks for leaving this location open with inadequate help. Shame on you for putting those young kids in that situation. I felt terrible for them.

Someone started to take our order at the drive thru and then told us to hold on a second. It was a good 5 minutes before we asked how long it was gonna take and then they finally took our order. Our chai tea was basically just milk and when we went in to ask for a different one they made it exactly the same. I normally really like this Starbucks

Long lines. But staff was quick and efficient. It went fast! He even put creamer in the coffee for me. I dont know about you, but I appreciated not having to reopen that lid on the cup

What lovely people! If I could give 6 stars I would. Have a good attitude towards them and they will have one towards you, maybe even make your drink faster. The 2 people in front of me were absolutely villainous to the barista at the register. He looked miserable. But all it takes is one nice person to make their day!

I love starbucks! It is my favorite coffee shop. They do have stuff for everyone but my favorite is the strawberry frappuccino!!

Typically great but today received Walmart level customer service which if never experienced at any Starbucks and was very disappointed. After ordering the same drink over 20 times including at this location less then 24 hours before I was told I couldn’t have it because the barista taking drive through orders “had never heard of being able to put cold brew in Frappuccinos” I explained I’d had it multiple times and how they did it but her response was the same. She never bothered to check with anyone else and I was too shocked by the response and her attitude to ask for a manager. I’ve been asked how it’s usually made before but never been told or hinted at that I couldn’t have it. Left with a drink that wasn’t even what I settled for. Disappointing visit at a usually great location.

Starbucks coffee is the same in Korea, China or anywhere else in the world. Its corporate coffee and this particular location seems to have the most inept employees of any Ive visited. They are particularly slow, so slow Im not sure which is worse Walmart or Starbucks. Is there interests and they think they can pull it over and you dont make up excuses for not wanting to sell you the bulk coffee until you remind them that you know they can do it because theyve done it for you multiple times and explain to the staff they actually have to weigh it out and put it into plastic drink cups Im sure Im the only person who insists on getting the freshest beans instead of the vacuum sealed but I grew up in Seattle when every Starbucks sold bulk beans. if they can get it solid crew and that knew what they were doing it might not be so slow and earn a higher rating

Service was very poor. I went into the shop to order a Green Tea, the girl made me a green tea latte, the cashier rang up over $4 I thought it was a bit high. I never said the word latte I told her this was not what I ordered. she looked back at me with a dumbfound and did nothing. I told her what I wanted. (tea bag with hot water) a girl behind her got the beverage and told me to keep the latte anyway (it was disgusting). I was never compensated for the error.

My husband and I stopped in here and the service was wonderful. Dillion one of the baristas helped my husband decide what to get cause he wanted to try something different. He got the Carmel cloud and it was so good. Shout out to Dillion for being an awesome barista!

Stopped at Starbucks during road trip from New York to South Dakota including rest area Starbucks. This location was notable. There were flys in the restaurant on multiple occasions, the bathrooms were dirty, the counters were dirty. The table tops and chairs were sticky. The floor was dirty. My sandwich was supposed to be pesto and chicken, but half of the very small sandwich was comprised of only a hint of pesto and no meat. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. If you have a choice, go someplace else for your coffee.

Seems they are always out of cold brew and today was no difference. Ordered ice coffee instead and it took them 10 minutes to brew that as it was also out.

I travel for a living and visit Starbucks everywhere I go.... 100’s of them. This one is by far the worst at making orders corectly. I’ve been here multiple times, due to my addiction of Starbucks, and every time they manage to make a “mistake” on my order...Venti Green tea latte, 5 extra matcha, light ice, shaken with coconut milk.

Coffee latte was cold.

We went to get a coffee from startbucks around 8-9AM and it was closing at the time because I can see one white girls inside. So the following morning, we went there to get a coffee. We were enjoying our latte and here comes An Aberdeen Police officer to do some investigation as to why we were there the night before. I ask him if we did anything wrong? He said Starbuck Employee called three times on us because we come to many times around the area. The only thing this was an issue was because of our SKIN Color. Disgrace Startbuks in Aberdeen South Dakota were your skin color is an issue.

Service okay, one warm coffee and one cold. Probably will look for another coffee shop in the Aberdeen area.
