Me and a co worker went in for a coffee in the morning. We got a breakfast sandwiches and coffee. Unfortunately they did now have what we wanted so after we paid they said that they would give us another for the same price. I looked at my friends receipt and the original sandwich costed $1.30 cents more. On top of that they double charged the sandwich! When we asked for a refund they were extremely rude. After asking for a manager I had another unpleasant surprise! She was very unprofessional and rude! This simple misunderstanding turned from bad to worse! I highly recommend finding another coffee shop!

A friend and I went through the drive thru at about noon, so they were beginning to pick up business. The guy taking our order was great and super clear to understand. He repeated our order back to us (which I feel like most places dont do anymore) and acknowledged my thank you after my order. When the car in front of us pulls up to the pay/pickup window, they put their car in park, which didnt phase me much because I will do that at the window sometimes. The lady and the employee at the window are talking and talking, which again, doesnt phase me because when i worked at a drive thru I would try to talk with the customer as much as possible to be friendly. The ladh in front of me then receives her drink... and CONTINUES to chat for about another 3 minutes. As this is happening, the line is getting extremely backed up. We finally get to the window after the 2 gals are done gossiping and both of the drinks we gt had been sitting there for a while; our whipped cream was melted down. We called and explained the situation to the manager and all we got back was a response of we are training someone so it happens I have worked at a coffee shop, AND a donut/coffee shop. Training someone can slow the process but that doesnt count for the reason our drinks were melted and the gals just chatting away. Sounded more like an excuse to me. So because of the drivee thru gal and the poor management and respect, I will not be going to caribou anymore and will not be recommending anyone and hence why there is 2 stars.

This location has not disappointed in service with one exception. I have yet (5 attempts) to get a full cup of coffee. Getting tired of paying for half a cup. Pretty soon going will give up. #fillerup

Wow this is a great coffee shop. I got exactly what I ordered. Stop spending your hard earned dollars at Starbucks. The coffee isnt good.

Like the coffee but the service could be better. They need to listen when u place your order. When they ask if your perks member and you give them your number would be nice if the added your points. This has happened to me twice. Drive thur needs to be a little faster.

I would love to say this place is awesome, but its not!!! Employees dont make drinks correctly and you call because its not the right coffee but the manager doesnt want to hear it, she cuts you off and talks on top of you. What great customer service!!! Guess Ill find a new coffee spot.

Staff is exceptional! Super nice, patient, and knowledgeable. Helpful as I had many questions.I love the atmosphere. There are plenty of seating options... Tall table for standing, half booth for soft seat stidying/computer work, long massive tables for spread out studying, and deep seated arm chairs for relaxing soft deep conversations with friends. Huge windows with tables for natural light working. A 🔥 fireplace!!! Severalllll breakfast sandwich options. Detailed decor! I love the papyrus wall of cards to buy. Merch galore.They also have in house mugs so theres no need to use a one time use cup! They have coconut and almond milk yay!

If you hate your pancreas, order the iced chai latte. Solid customer service - quick and friendly as they assist your descent into diabetes.

Great coffee but i would not order food here. All frozen & not worth the price.

Drive through always extremely slow and crowded, but they wont allow any inside seating yet either. Kinda weird to still have inside seating closed. They also royally screwed up our drinks. Almost entirely milk, almost no flavor even though they were supposed to have chocolate and caramel in them. They were still warm (supposed to be iced) and almost entirely milk. Really gross, and for $13 for 2 drinks and the long wait, youd think they could have at least gotten the drinks right. Not worth it when there are 2 starbucks in town.

The place is too hot, flies everywhere, Service was good at first but something changed last month ... Not quite as the reviews say. disgusting! Really sorry but Ill look elsewhere to come with my clients ...

Horribly located! We had to wait in line out on the turn lane of the highway for about 10-15 minutes. Very dangerous! Employee pleasant, but the store is way understaffed.

Friend and I stop for tea or coffee. We like the atmosphere and friendly service. Wish there would be one coffee consistently served that doesnt have a French roast taste-I call it burnt coffee. However, this seems to be the trend. However, there are lots of delicious options!

I come here every so often to get my beverages. It’s usually the same thing, a medium strawberry banana smoothie. Half the time I come and try to get it they are out of it or the blenders are broken. When I do get my drink it is usually pretty good thus the 3 stars

So Dissappointed!We went to get coffee around 1 pm. Christmas Eve. The store was not busy. Just 5 customers there when we arrived and no line at the counter. Ordered our hot drinks and stood at a high top near then of the bar to get our drinks. Three different orders at the counter inside and multiple others from the drive-through taken and filled while we waited in obvious view of the barista who took our order.Finally, approached the counter after my daughter inquired about our drinks. The only explanation given was “they have been busy and behind all day.” Also “your drink order must have gotten dropped from the screen”. This was followed by a very ingenuine apology.I don’t live in Aberdeen, thus will not need to ever return to this franchise site, but perhaps management would be interested to know the customer service provided in this instance was terrible. Maybe some service skills or recovery needs to be readdressed with your staff.Drinks themselves were fine so that renders 2 stars.

Terrible customer service! They got my order wrong 3 times the past 3 visits I have been in there. Finally today I went in there to tell them and the gal was very rude. No apology and slammed my drink down when it was done and then didnt tell me it was mine. TERRIBLE! 😡
