I brought my nieces car here for an oil change today and I dealt with Rob, I have to say he was one of the kindest gentleman I have ever dealt with. Everyone I spoke to their was very friendly and they are very honest and up front. I will definitely go back and I highly recommend them. Thanks again for all you do!

Took my truck in for new tires. Staff was nice. Three hours of waiting later on my last wheel they couldnt get my hub cap off, claiming it was seized. I offered to remove it so the damage would be my responsibility. They declined and said that they would buy me a new one if they had my permission to damage it during removal, so I agreed on the condition they bought me a new one.Today (one week later) I called and asked if they had ordered a new hub cap. Turns out they are claiming they are not liable because I agreed to the damage, and will not be replacing the hub cap (which is damaged beyond usable). Its a 15 dollar part, so its not a big deal its just pretty scummy. Nevermind that during my wait a customer came in because his splash guards fell off on the freeway after getting an oil change. Real quality work...The assistant manager offered to pay out of pocket for the part, but I declined. The store manager should have more integrity than that over something that trivial.

I absolutely love every single person who works at this Mr. Tire, which is to say A LOT when it comes to auto shops! The managers, people at the desk, and all of the technicians are just an absolute pleasure and so talented. They also will answer any question, no matter how many questions you want to ask and how much of their time you need, and still have a happy-to-help-you attitude! Theyve really educated me! Ive gotten a lot of work done here and they make me feel like family now. Lol... Most importantly, the work they do is SUPERB! ... Shout out to Ronnie, Harlan, Daquan, and the brilliant girl who works the desk on Wednesdays!

Guys, this place was my saving grace! I was traveling from North Carolina to New Jersey when I blew a tire on 95. Highway Patrol thankfully was able to put my donut on and after going to two other places (that were closer off the highway) I went to Mr. Tire. And let me tell you they came through! No one wants to have a flat tire when theyre traveling, but I am glad it happened where it did and these guys were able to help me! Everyone was kind, personable, and beyond helpful in my time of need! If I lived closer, this would be my tire place forever! I wrote this while sitting in their waiting room and they had me fixed and back on the road within an hour! And thats with having to weld my rim!

Rob and Ron totally had my back with an insurance claim. It was a headache dealing with the insurance part of service but they remained calm and carried on. I wasnt surprised they were so awesome but super humbled that they gave me such awesome support. The guys doing the work are All so kind and helpful. I recently picked up a super clean low mileage 2003 pickup, which had some issues as a result of sitting. Rob and his excellent team treated this old truck like their own. Outstanding, trustworthy service by real ASA certified mechanics who really work well together. Mr. Tire is more than tires, Rob is the perfect one to work with, he knows his stuff. Very happy with their prompt service in diagnosing a few intermittent issues! Honest mechanics are hard to find, give Mr. Tires a try in Aberdeen, they are very skilled and value customer service!

Got 4 tires mounted and balanced super fast, and got to wait in AC with some good movies playing. Staff is super friendly and helpful, you get treated like family. I find myself back there today getting help with a much needed alignment. I know Im in good hands, even with my old car. A+ honest, great service. After taking my car for an oil change were I bought my used 2017 jetta they said I needed brakes. I said they werent making any noise, did I have a little while? He said yes but dont wait too long. Over 2 months later while I was on vacation I figured I should get it done. Mr Tire had a better price than the other guy and could do it right then.While I was waiting the technician came out and asked the manager why I thought i needed brakes?! I had already told him why I was there, he went and looked just to verify the technicians findings, I still had 80-90% on the front and about 60% on the rear brakes! when I had my previous car I used to take it to Mr Tire, after getting the Jetta I took it to where I bought it because of a free oil change. I will not be going back to the dishonest place and stick with Mr Tire. Im glad it happened because it makes me appreciate Mr. Tire even more! Thank you!

Don’t bring your car here that are very unprofessional, I went with my car to get it fixs and charged me 500 dollars when I got home they car broke again it was worst when I got back. When I went back they told me to go to another dealership and would not give me my money back

My family and I have really long drive ahead of us next Friday so we wanted to make sure our SUV was going to be ready to go for it! Both Ron and Rob made sure to get our car in and out, we gave them a budget of where we wanted to be price wise for tires, alignment and a oil change and they did everything they could to make sure we stayed within it while getting a fantastic tire. The techs did great work and we couldn’t be happier, thank you guys again!

I came to the store first thing in the morning with a nail in my tire. The manager, Joe got me in quickly and had the mechanic assess the tire. I needed a new tire because the nail was very close to the outer wall. Joe helped with the warranty information and got me the best price for the new tire. Took less than an hour. Very happy with the service.

Out of stater called in with a flat and they slotted me for an 11:00am appt. at 12 noon I was on the road with 2 new fronts and an Alignment. Friendly staff. Quick service. Thanks

After getting a nail stuck in my tire I called around to a few places for assistance without much luck, until I called Mr. Tire. My conversation with Kristina was super helpful as well as welcoming! After explaining my situation, and giving her my make, year and model she quickly found the best tire for me. Customer service is super important to me and hers was perfect! I would like to applaud Mr. Tire in Aberdeen. I had an oil change and maintenance done and Rob at the front desk provided excellent customer service to me and another patron. Normally I do not feel comfortable with service centers but Rob restored my faith.

Excellent service and friendly employees. We brought our car here for a flat tire repair and everything was handled efficiently. When we came back to pick it up, the shop was technically closed but they took the time to check us out and get our vehicle back to us regardless. Would absolutely recommend!

Decent Customer Service, Lackadaisical Results. Small nail in my tire so I didnt expect a 2 hour job. Came back and the vehicle was sitting in the parking lot spewing air already, asked if I could get it filled up again and they obliged. Woke up the next day, tire at 20psi and they said another pinhole next to the patch...another 2 hour job. Not overly impressed with the results for the price of a patch: $45. The entire shop was dirty and felt a bit unkept, random people without PPE hanging around in the garage bays. Just go to NTB down the street.

I definitely recommend this store, I blew out a tire on my way to work and pulled into the lot. Talk to the store manager Joe! Straight up good guy, got her done quick and out the door. Definitely be back in the future!

Ridiculous service. Priced out the tired online and when we get there to have them installed, they want to charge $150 to mount two tires. Online it showed a final price, they claim they no longer do on the rim and out the door pricing, yet it still all over their signs and truck in the parking lot.Definitely bait and switch, I know why I stopped using Mr Tire years ago, nothing has changed.

Great service, and quick service. I had a nail in my tire, called AAA- and my spare was also flat. they got enough air into it to make it to Mr. Tire in Aberdeen. Not repairable, but because I had purchased the road hazard warranty I was give a discounted amount on my new tire. Bought 2 and could not be more please with their customer service and their service department. GREAT Service and work, thanks Mr. TIre.

During an out of town emergency, Mr Tire saved the day (and weekend). We got to continue our journey with peace of mind, and the service was so fast, honest, well-done, and lovely. Would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs car service help.

Staff is courteous, helpful, and this location is extremely competitive on price. They also have a road force balancer; the only outfit in the area to invest in high quality tire balancing equipment needed to perform the most accurate balance possible. They also have the latest laser equipped alignment rack, and know how to use it. They asked me about my driving type (more city or highway) and tweaked the alignment slightly, as is needed to get a proper alignment on my Audi. The fact that they knew about the tire cupping endemic to misaligned Audi and BMWs with high speed use and actually asked was a great surprise. I went there for the first time this week and discovered the management and a few shop techs have changed, and they are on no way comparable to older reviews prior to the change. I am recommending to give them a try.

Rob has done a great job getting this place back on point. His team does a great service and does it very punctual!!! Actually came. Back again this week and had my AC recharged and in blowing ice cubes again . Thankful Rob and his staff help me beat the heat!!!

Theyll answer your questions to the best of their knowledge without any unnecessary haggling or BS. In fact..2) I came here for the first time to get a second estimate. Another shop nearby tried to BS me into purchasing repairs that I did not need.3) Timely service. Ive never had to wait longer then a few hours. Theyll actually ask YOU when you need your car by. Caring for their clients time goes a long way.4) Now Ive been going here for a few months with both of my vehicles. Since my car was under warranty, my dealership towed my car and replaced my tires for free. Mr. Tire could of lied and just plugged it, and they could of tried to take advantage of the situation and sell me their tires. They did neither. They provided sound advice, as always, and I will continue to see them for any of my vehicles needs.Thank you Mr. Tire for setting the standard for professionalism.

Took my car here the other day for an oil change and for two new tires. They were very friendly at the front counter. Dude seemed to be very knowledgable. The wait time wasnt that long at all either. I had my car back faster than some of the other auto places Ive been to before.

This place had great service. Got new tires, oil change while I was there and all in the same day I couldn’t get to work with a flat tire. It was time to change tires anyways and the manager threw in the discount that was in the ad even though I didn’t have it with me. Got my car towed here, tossed them the key and went on my way. Manager even gave me a Pepsi to put my day back on track.

My wife stopped by this store today for an oil change and to have her brakes checked. They made her feel extremely comfortable and it gave me peace of mind, that no one was trying to take advantage of her. It’s always good to find an honest repair shop. This one is clearly honest. Honestly, I haven’t had the best luck at Mr. tire franchise but this one in Aberdeen exceeded my expectations! Initially I came in for a new tire and alignment. However, I ended up needing new brake pads the staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in explaining what was going on with my car and also expressed great concern. Staff is very knowledgeable friendly and supportive and patient with questions! The most positive part of this experience is once I came in for my appointment, my car was taken straight back! Most places I’ve been to I’ve had to wait 30 minutes to an hour before I was even with an appointment! THANKYOU guys!

Honest, hard working mechanics who do a great job! Comfortable waiting area and very nice staff! As a woman, finding a mechanic to trust is difficult so I love that I have found this place because they work with you and explain whats going on every step of the way.

The folks here were incredibly helpful and patient with me while trying to find the right tires for my car. I had to change out my tires a few times because I accidentally asked for ones that didn’t fit my vehicle, but they were super nice and worked with me to return and find new ones that fit. I’ll be coming back here when I need to change out my next set of tires

Ms. Corrina is extremely knowledgeable and professional even at 7:30am. I walked in unannounced, and my vehicle was immediately fit in for an Oil Change. An hour later, i am walking out happy and knowing what still needs to be worked on.

I have been going to Mr. Tire for 14 years and it has been the best since Corina and Kristina are there. They always make room for me and give me the best service. Mr Tire is lucky to have them.

My experience at this Mr.Tire has always been great. From calling in to schedule any maintenance for my vehicles or coming in to get to schedule my oil change. Ive taken my vehicles here several times over the past couple of years. They are always extremely friendly and helpful, and very accommodating. When I had an unexpected day off from work, they were able to get me in for a last-minute oil change. Their work and their service have been top notch! The person at the desk (Jason, I believe) was very informative and thorough at my last visit.

Got my tire patched, service was quick enough and people were friendly.I did not like walking through the rear customer entrance (which is the most convenient when bringing your car in for service at this location) because the employees (multiple) smoke in the service bay/area that you pass through. Also dont like the idea that my car is opened up and in there while people are or have smoked in that closed area. Seems like that area/the whole building should be non smoking. Or at least seems like you wouldnt want to lead your customers through your cigarette smoke.Friendly enough, service quick enough but I probably wont go back here for the other reasons above.

I got a great price on my Goodyear tires for my truck. I was thinking about going with the BF Goodrich T/A KO 2’s, but instead I went with the Goodyear wrangler A/T adventure. They have a rebate on them. I opened up the Mr tire drive card and I was able to double up on my mail in rebate and get 6 months financing. So... I didn’t pay a penny for my tires or alignment today! I’m a happy person!

Went out to parking lot to get my car after paying. My rear strut spring had broke, and was sitting on top of my new tires. Nobody even noticed this! Charged me to take off the new tires.UPDATE: Well customer service asked me to call, in their response, to my review. I did so numerous times, have yet to speak to Teresa. I left messages, as has Teresa. I drive a school bus, so there are times I just cant answer my phone. I left a message as to the best times to reach me, and have called at various times. I do believe her post, of her concerns for my services received there at Mr Tire, are bogus. Was only posted to look good to others who read the reviews. If something changes, I will update.

Wait times can be a little long, even if you do make an appointment. But the staff is always very friendly, never too pushy with extra add ins and services which I really appreciate. I go to Mr. Tire for all of my car needs and never leave dissatisfied. Would recommend.

First lets start by saying loved the customer service very professional in that department but as far as the quality of the work I received horrible. I go for a simple oil change everything goes smooth great thanks here it is 3 months later did alot a driving time for another oil change and Im being told they cant do the oil change because the last shop put a temporary butterfly drain plug on my car without my knowledge and was never mention when being told what else needed to be done. so now I have to have the entire oil pan replaced in order to have my oil change done.

These guys are great for tires and general maintenance items, but completely failed me on my AC system. After replacing a 10 year old compressor, their repair lasted 2 weeks because they couldnt find a leak. They replaced hoses at cost, but the repair lasted one day.

Mr. Scottie was so pleasant despite me needing four brand new tires he brightened my day. He made sure I walked out with exactly what I needed with no extra costs and fees. I love Mr. Tire!!

I saw their good reviews and decide to get service from them however I had a disappointed experience today.They charged $30.00 for patch and took about hour to do it. They didn’t even explain what service they did until we asked. I felt they over charged .(compare to other repair center)and the front desk was very rude and unprofessional.I won’t come back here.

So easy to set up an online apppointment ! I was called to confirm my online oil change. When I arrived for my scheduled time, I was brought right in. When it came to my tires, I felt as if I wasn’t being swindled into something that wasn’t needed. I was shown exactly where my tires were wearing unevenly. And shown exactly which tires would work best for my SUV.
