It is clean, clothes are reasonably priced, they just run low on popular sizes. I went for shorts and they didnt have any in my size. This made the trip pointless. However, if they get better stock on those in demand sizes, it would be a great store to go to.

Great sale on watches! Lots of clearance and 25% discount- a bought a nice one for only $15 ! Had to return the watch- did not keep correct time- hours slow 🤣

Love their clothing, but this day store was too warm to do much shopping.

This is one very messy store. Judging by what we saw in the mens department, and later in the womens department, no one is assigned, at the end of a day, to return items to clothing items assigned space, folded or hung neatly, ready for the next days customers. I acknowledge that it is difficult to get customers to return clothing to the right spot after trying on, but what I saw was more than that. Add in limited sales help, and limited checkout counters, and the total comes to an unpleasant experience. We had just shopped at a Dillards and it was like the differences between night and day. Yuma JCPenney store has lost me as a customer.

They have several payment options for high-ticket items like jewelry or home (if they still have that section), which is incredibly convenient. There are always specials for a majority of the products in the store, and there is online order/pickup available as well.

Good deals on St Johns Bay cotton shorts and short sleeve button-downs, although impossible to find white socks without polyester. Karen imposing a mask upon entry is annoying.

The staff was very helpful. I had a huge shopping list and they guided me to clearance racks as well as helping me to find some difficult clothing sizes on my list. I was even lucky enough that when I was handed a coupon, opened it to find a 40% off coupon. That coupon really helped me to help some that are struggling right now. Thanks JCPenney and staff for helping me to help put a smile on some people that really need it this Christmas.

Normally a very customer friendly place...however this location is not. Long lines usually mean they get more cashiers. When I asked if they could call for more help, I was told the lines have been longer. Not a good answer for quality customer service.

Was interested in a couple of sale items of fine jewelry I saw in their mailing. The sale with an added 40% off coupon in another mailing made these pieces affordable.

The store it self is a nice place in need of help for this time of the year management did not do there job. And for the mall it self very disappointed no holiday decorations what so ever, all the money being spent in all the stores should account for something

I found what I was looking for but it took me almost 2 hours. The racks were messy. There was no order or organization done... I could understand if they just had a big ad out. But, it was a sale that has been going on for over a week.i was trying to find size 12, tall 32 inseam dress slacks. I went through every rack in the better sports wear including clearance. Nothing was in order size 4 and 6 were mixed in with the sizes 16 and 10. When some size 12 were found the petites were mixed in and the pants were hung on the hangers in every different way possible making it impossible to just find what wanted. If I had not promised something to my daughter I would have left. As it is it may be the first and last time I shop at this Pennys Store. I can not blame the employees because the only one I saw was the cashier. Obviously they dont have enough help..Id week in the middle of the day.

Good selection of products and one of the only places in town where I can find clothing for small men.

Made a purchase online & when I got to the store, it took the very nice clerk about 15 minutes to try to locate my item. She couldnt find it & told me she would refund my money. Same thing happened to a woman at the next register. Im disappointed, but at least the clerk was kind & apologetic.

Reminded me of JCPenneys when I was a kid. Still the same well run, clean, pleasent store. Great value and good experience. Kudos!

This place is clean, as it usually is. I like their shoes and clearance specials. Love the Disney fine jewelry collection there. Im a regular.

Great sales today. Picked up two pairs of shoes and a Sport Coat for a little over $100.00. Retail would have been almost $280.00.

The store was clean but not a lot of staff and could use another cash station open.

Great employees. My handicap mother needed a cart to lean on, the cashier I asked went n got a luggage cart because Pennys doesnt have riding carts like Wal-Mart.

Lots of choices for all ages.

As always, had some great sales that made the merchandise accessible.

This JC Penney was nice, and even had a toy section, which I had never personally seen at one of these stores. The clothes and items, however were thrown about and many of the boxes of clearance items were ripped apart without anyone bothering to tape them.

Great discounts but the store looked like a hurricane went through it

Five stars to a great staff. Every year they allow the Optimist Club to take.kids shopping before the store open. We take kids that otherwise wouldnt get a Christmas . Its a great program for the community and they have sponsored it for many years. Thanks JC Penny you rock

No help and stock was very limited. Shelves in disarray. Especially in the mens big and tall area. Sephora check out girl was very disrespectful and rude. Just left what we were going to purchase and walked out. Go ahead and close this one, its past gone.

Store is very cluttered. Hard to find employees in certain areas especially the shoe department. Price scanners would be helpful rather than having employees check prices at check out.

We love it there

Service at checkout is slow. Managers walk by and seen the lines are long but do not call for backup cashiers. If there are no more cashiers then they should jump on a.register just to get the lines down. Its just common sense.

Im giving them a 5 star due to the salon, wonderful service and people. The store itself was rather unorganized, and quite a mess... Not to fun for shopping.
