A lot of people go right when they open. I got 4 new tires, great condition. At first we got the wrong size but they gave me the best one in the right size & added an 80,000 mile warranty on it with no additional cost. Setting up an appointment is fast. Theyll go through 10 people in a hour.

⚠️POSITIVE POST⚠️I came in due to a light on the dash sensing low tire pressure. Seth was amazing to work with! He checked all 4 tires and added air in those that needed it so they all had equal tire pressure. He visually checked out my passenger rear tire which, we suspected had a slow leak. He advised that I get it in for a flat repair in case there was something in the tire that he could not see without removing it.I called from the parking lot and Thomas was able to get me right in for the flat repair. He also ordered a rotation and balance free of charge. I had 4 little ones in our van. We didn’t even have to get out of the vehicle. Jeff and Seth did the rotation and flat repair and had us on our way.My husband and I purchase all of our vehicle’s tires at Discount Tire and we will continue to do so. They are always amazing to work with, extremely professional, knowledgeable, and affordable! We will be back!

Had a good experience. I had to get the customer service agents attention even while waiting for him to be done with the person ahead of me. Some small trash items in the parking lot. Otherwise a good visit. Professionals know what they are doing and did exactly what I needed for my car.

Great experience with Thomas. Had a flat on Monday night and came in on Tuesday. The tire was beyond repair due to the size of the hole, and one had to be ordered since they didnt have the tire I needed in stock. The tire came in the very next day, and was put on that same day as well. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable, I highly recommend this place.

Its not a bad place to do business. They currently have a good friendly staff. It seems a little chaotic for appointments. Based on observation while in lobby as a walk in. Thats how automotive repair is though. Appointment is for the advisor not the mechanics. Regardless the associates handled the situation well.

When that tire light come on I straight panic. These guys do great work. That light on or you need tires hit them up!

Arrived about 20 minutes before my scheduled appt time and was happy to see I could get right in, considering they are slammed with so many customers. The tire tech Ethan was knowledgeable and so nice. I always get great customer service when I’m here, try them you’ll be glad you did !

But service and the great training Discount Tire training, recruiting and management has developed at this store over these past 24 years living here.Friendly persons are hired here. Not a glum lot. Great positive experience 👍👏👌😀.We have low air, sensor alerts, driving picks up something changed in tires... no discussion. Go to Discount Tires. We get insurance now after getting it before and needed to use insurance... wow, saved $500+ for $60. Loyalty is earned. The other place in town had our first cars and truck tires biz. Then a bad experience, and manager was key.Thank you for being good guys.

It was great experience. They didnt have my tires so upgraded me to a better tire. Very friendly and competent. They had me in and out very quickly and my truck is riding like brand new now. I will definitely be back when i need tires again.

Had a screw in rear tire and they fixed it in a jiffy. All the employees were polite and helpful. To top it off they did it for free. I will be buying my next set of tires from Discount Tire.

Then checked my tires rotated balanced them. And checked front driver tire for too much air lost. The tire had road corrosion.

Great experience! Kevin was very helpful! He ordered the tires I wanted and also matched another price. The tires arrived the following day, and I could have had them installed by noon. I had them installed that evening. It was a very quick experience even though they were was quite busy. I will be back again.

Went to DT to get tires replaced. My husband called a week previously to ask if they could remove lugnuts that were troublesome. They said no problem, tires was what they did. Unfortunately after purchasing 4 brand new tires and being told they would be ready in an hour..they called to say it was too difficult. I had a hard time processing a tire place saying removing the lugnuts was too difficult and we had to take it elsewhere. So why give it 4 stars??? Because Tom, the man helping us gave excellent customer service. He was trying to help us get the best experience there. Recommended a place for us to take the vehicle to and said he would help get us a good rate. Tom and Tom alone would be the only reason we would ever go back.

Professional service and always busy. They arent slow, but it takes time because they just churn so many vehicles out. They have a good reputation and people keep on coming back. Im a repeat customer over the years. I like that they do free flat repairs and when you buy tires, it comes with free tire balancing and rotation... which is the reason for my visit today.

I purchased two tires on line, for my 2011Chevy 3500, that needed to be ordered. I noticed a day or two later that I ordered the wrong size. Panicked, I called the store, of course after they had closed, got the store closed message and hung up my phone. My phone rang back right away and Tom from the Woodhaven store called me back and took care of my problem, and was very kind. Thats another reason Ill keep buying all my tires there. Thanks Tom!

Had a great experience at Discount Tire Woodhaven last night. They fixed a flat tire at no charge. The Manager Kevin was very professional and helpful. Watched one of their employees assist a elderly women. He was very kind and went out of his way to help her. They have been my GO TO place for tires for years. Best prices and service in area. This location was outstanding! Dylin was professional, courteous and quick!!!! I was in a very bad predicament today. I had a family wedding rehearsal, decorating the church, and family coming in from out of town. My tire issue happened at the worst possible time. The service is pretty good, abit expensive but definitely cheaper than Belle Tire.

They couldve done better they should have the correct tools. They destroyed my lug nuts and they were brand new. They should have come to me first before they did that but they didnt consult me first they just did it without my consent. The guys up there are very nice thats the only reason i gave them 3 stars. The other discount tire in Taylor also did the exact same thing to my truck.

Service was quicker than anticipated but they definitely threw my wheel alignment off after switching tires from back to front to put new tires in the rear, should definitely come with a wheel alignment after purchasing tires, but thats only at belle tire apparently. Now I have to come out of pocket for a wheel alignment again for the second time in less than 12 months.

Discount Tire is always my go to tire store. They have Great service & a great crew. I called a few times to get some prices on wheels & tires and I talked to Josh. Josh did a great job helping me find the wheels & tires I wanted & getting everything I needed. My tires came in on Saturday & my wheels came in on Tuesday. Josh called me the same day and told me that he had them all mounted and balanced & ready to go on my vehicle once I was off work & able to get to the store. Had slow leak in rear 2 tires. Walked in about 3pm. Josh checked me in and was very friendly, well spoken, and professional. He told me there would be like an hour wait as they were a little busy. And a neat fact: This location is literally next door to a Wendy’s. So I walked next door, got a frosty, walked back to discount tire and sat outside on the bench in the sun with my frosty while I waited. It was actually kind of nice and peaceful. Anyway, after about a total wait of approximately 40 minutes, both tires were repaired and it was free of charge. I don’t have a lot of experience with tire places but I was not expecting them to repair both my rear tires for FREE. I don’t know if this is common for tire places but bottom line this was a way more pleasant and easier experience than I ever imagined. I will definitely be a returning customer.

May 4th, 2020This store took care of everything I needed to get my daughter and I back on the road. This was my first time getting work done at this store and it was probably the best experience Ive ever had at a tire shop. Very fast patch up job and friendly service. I was in and out in less than an hour thanks too Philip and a few more happy to help workers! The best part about getting my flat tire fixed is that it was free, because the unforgiving nail was in the treads! I will highly recommend this store for any tire related issue to anyone! After almost getting run over in the parking lot just trying to get to the door of the building, every employee there seems like they were so busy doing something else that they didnt want to sell tires. Like the one gentleman look me dead in the eye and walked into the back. The other guy actually said I will be with you in just a minute, after 10 minutes, but then he took a call I was quoting prices on the phone to a customer. Which I understand is part of the job, but I sure hope that person on the phone comes in to get their tires, because this one walked out and went somewhere else. Thats sad to watch a $500 sale walk right out your door for poor customer service.
