I didn’t get their names but I went about two days ago and my experience was wonderful. The employees were very helpful and really knew about their products and were really aware and informed about the deals that were going on and which products were best for certain things. I loved the smell of the store overall. I was informed about the many different deals that were available at the moment. I liked the overall atmosphere. Both employees at the time were very friendly and courteous. When I needed help, they assisted and gave their input on the products. I loved their input because everything I bought, works really well. I was sold on the wall fragrance and wall plug as well as the candles I purchased. I’m definitely coming back soon before the semi annual sale ends. When purchasing the items, mostly everything I got was wrapped up so nothing would break on my way home. Also, the register girl sprayed a really good smelling scent into the bags when packing the items in there. I would definitely recommend coming here :)

There was a good sale going on so most candles were 50% off & some smaller items were 70% off. Prices otherwise are pretty expensive at full price. Staff was friendly & helpful.

The store associate was very helpful and helping me to find what I wanted.

You did not have enough North Pole tumblers in the store and when I try to place an order online the price is much different than what you were offering in the store for $5. So I am not satisfied due to the fact I could not order them online. After buying some in the store

Giving 5 stars because this Holiday season they had some of the best deals and were super accommodating... of course we know the candles are great.. they are Yankee..so have to just rate the store and it was 5 stars worthy.

Good candles but way too expensive!

Pretty good products but the one young lady just looked really annoyed when I asked how long the wax vs gel cans lasted. Dont get me wrong, she found out for me. But she was clearly more interested in what was on her cellphone screen then being at her job. Probably a nice person but it just gave me such a bad impression that I decided to go to a different location for my purchase.

Beverly was awesome! She treated me well, helped me with my purchase, made her presence totally unintrusive, and she was super pleasant. The only bad part was she kept showing me stuff I loved and jacked my bill up from 35 to 100! I love this place! :-D

I went into this location around 6pm. I was greeted by a very nice girl. However the whole staff did nothing but follow me and my boyfriend around the entire time. I get we have jobs to do and retail is rough.The sales staff made us feel like criminals. I had my coupon in my hand at the door cash in my pocket. Everything I picked up can we take this to the counter can we carry this for you. She even stood at the door as if we were going to run down the hallway with an armful of candles.

Employees are so pleasant and helpful. The store is set up in an organized manner. Plus the candles smell awesome. Who wouldnt like it here?

Salespeople was really helpful! She went out of her way to help me with a gift selection. I am not a candle person but will definitely go back for gifts!!

What can i say about yankee candle, they have the best candles. There candles last very long and the smells are really good. There always ones you wont like but they have so many different smells. They have sweet, strong, earthy, ect. Its a wonderful atmosphere and not just the store it self. The employees are always helpful. They also have a great deal of ornaments for your candles, Big or small.They always have a sale going on. And theres coupons as well.

Expensive but the strongest scents around, large selection, candles smell amazing. It can get pretty crazy around the holidays. There are ALWAYS deals and/or coupons to use as well.

Out of all the different brand candles these smell the best, have a great selection, and burn the longest. I always get & give them as gifts & love it

I can find long lasting candles with a longer lasting scent here . I ended up buying smaller versions of the candles.

Just got great deals at the Yankee Candle Store in Deptford Mall check it out.

Everyone is friendly here. I have never had an issue finding what I wanted. Sometimes I leave with more than I actually intended on buying. Lol
