Super Stroke makes the best putter grips in the world. Ive been using them for years. Tried others but I keep going back to S/S. Their customer service is second to none. Customer service rep. Bought a putter grip to try....after I tried it for a few rounds....knew I had to get a complete set of grips! Got them I yesterday and having clubs regripped Monday. Cant wait to hit the links!

OMG Jess was the highlight of my experience at SS. I had a minor issue with my grip (my own doing) and she was kind enough to offer a solution that I was more than pleased with. I wish more companies still had this level of customer service. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!! Also, I love that their home office is located right in my backyard.

Today I sent an email to their customer service department and I heard back within 20 mins. Blown away by the prompt response I then let the representative Jess R know about my situation/request. She went so far above my expectations I just had my week made no kidding. I love this company, I love their products and their service just matched the level of product they put out. I regripped my irons, and absolutely love them. I also ordered the Countercore Pistol GT 2.0, and my putting stroke feels so much more consistent. Couldnt be happier, and would definitely recommend SuperStroke to anyone!!

SuperStroke makes great grips, but dont order direct from their website. Nightmare experience. I ordered 2 putter grips from their website. I received a confirmation email that they received the order. 3 days later I receive another email from them stating the the order is complete. Thats it. Order complete. No shipping information or delivery expectations. I sent their customer service an email. I got a response from Jess (who was annoyed she had to answer an email) and said that all of their orders are sent via a third party and that I would receive an email from UPS, but that as far as they were concerned the order was complete.I finally received the email from UPS a few days later stating that the grips were shipped from some place called Carls Golfworld. I order a lot of golf items online so I was not sure this was the SuperStroke order. Nowhere on the tracking email did it say anything about SuperStroke. So I send Jess another email asking if Carls Golfworld is the sender. She says yes that she already told me that in the previous email. But in fact she did not. At no time in my correspondence with Jess did she apologize for the inconvenience or follow up and ask if I had received the grips.Long story longer. I have still not received the grips. Buy your SuperStroke grips from a pro shop and stay away from the website. Amateur hour there.

I’ve been using the SuperStroke products for over a decade now. I started with the original 5.0 which was quite heavy and required the player to use a series of set screws to secure the grip to the shaft( I believe this is why the model was discontinued). When the model wasn’t available in stores anymore, i had to experiment with several weighting options to recreate the same feel of the weight under my hands. With the introduction of their counter core technology in recent years, they’ve made its pretty easy to make a close match. So if you’re a player that likes to add more linear force-rather rotational- to your putts, this easy design allows for multiple weight options to create the feel that is best for you.The other day I was rummaging through some old shafts and came across the original 5.0 grip ( this is the one Kj Choi made popular around the mid 2000’s). I threw it on my current model putter and I was instantly thrilled with the results. The problem was that most of the rubber was slick and damaged. I reached out to Jess at SuperStroke and within minutes, she got back to me; letting me know that she knew the model, but she had to do some looking to see if there were any more available. Shortly after, she got back to me letting me know that there was only 1 left and that she was happy to ship it out to me that day!With so many options for us out there now from an equipment standpoint, the difference often comes down to product quality and customer service. In ten years of using the SuperStrone products, I’ve yet to experience or hear of any issues with the quality of the grips. Add to that my experience with Jess and I’ve made myself a customer for life. Thanks again SuperStroke and Jess for helping me to continue to create the stroke that feel right for me; rather than making me change my stroke to match the putter. I highly recommend this team to anyone!

I met Jess from superstroke at the PGA merchandise show a few years back and introduced Her to Fairways for warriors. Every year since then Jess and super stroke have gone above and beyond anyone else in the industry by providing both putter grips and club grips for over 700 Combat wounded veterans completely free of charge.Saying only that this company and it’s wonderful employees are patriotic would be a gross understatement. Superstroke Plays a vital role in our ability to serve our nations combat wounded men and women through the game of golf.In summary; These guys are absolutely fantastic! Jess from customer service is hands-down the best rep in the business. The product is the best on the market. And personally I will never play another grip beside super stroke.Thank you so so much!

Just bought a new expensive putter and wanted the standard grip the putter manufacturer offers. Of course they wouldnt sell me just the grip I was looking for. Called SuperStroke the manufacturer of the grip, spoke with Jess and within minutes she fixed my problem. Couldnt be happier.
