Absolutely the best store around! Great customer service, low prices, and they were very knowledgeable. I was able to get a brand new phone for way cheaper than I had found it anywhere else. I did the financing through them and only had to put down $35 everywhere else wanted $300+. I’m going to tell everyone that’s looking for a new phone about this place.

My favorite phone store in winter haven! The girl who fixed my phone had me in and out super quick. 2 other stores down the road told me my phone couple fixed and that I was going to have to get another one. I felt like they were just trying to get me to buy a phone from them instead of fixing mine. I came in here and she took one look at it and diagnosed the problem. I was able to get it fixed for an extremely reasonable price.

People can say what they want about this store. I have been a customer here for years. The same 2 girls have been here as long as I can remember. They greet you as soon as you walk in. I can’t think of one time they have ever been rude or haven’t went out of their way to help me even with something as simple and putting my pictures on my as card. The store is always packed with customers. Other phone stores can’t even come close to mobile mart.

Fantastic job ladies! I was very impressed with this store. The staff is friendly and down to earth. Not like any store I have been in. They have a slightly different approach that caught us off guard. It felt more like being with old friends. If you need anything phone related I would highly recommend this store.

Can I give LESS THAN ONE STAR??? This place is a JOKE! Bought our daughter a phone from here for Christmas, battery was shot! Came in immediately when they reopened after the holiday and they promised a new battery with the warranty THEY offered when we bought the phone! It’s been TWO MONTHS and they still have her phone! We’ve come by numerous times to get the phone and fix it ourselves and they ignore us or tell us they will “be with us in a second” only to leave us waiting for hours! This time we had had enough of their BS and constant lies and came up to get the phone and it’s been two hours and they still haven’t brought it out! She began yelling at me in front of all of the customers telling me she has been more than generous helping me with the phone... THAT IN TWO MONTHS IS STILL BROKEN!!! Unfortunately we had to call the law to come help us even get the phone back! They gave it to the officer in PIECES with the SIM card missing.....DO NOT SHOP, BUY, SELL, or even waste a second of your life you can never get back walking in the building! The Better Business Bureau will be hearing about this! They don’t deserve to be in business in Winter Haven or ANYWHERE.....

Was going to buy a phone here but had been here a couple times and they are never open. Tried calling several times and no one answers. Decided to look online to see if maybe I was coming at the wrong times or calling when they are closed. Says they are suppose to be open. Upon checking that out i decided to read the reviews. That was definitely the deciding factor for me. Red flags everywhere. People complaining about being sold junk phones, police getting involved in customer affairs and the list goes on and on. Thank God for google. I might have to pay a little more with Verizon but at least I know I’m going to get taken care of.

I really want to take a minute to say thank you to the girls working at this store. I went in kind of last minute this weekend trying to get some last minute gift buying done. They took the time out to tell me about a few different phones my son would like. They pulled up a side by side comparison on the phones I was interested in. Even though they had a few people in, they still made time for each individual customer. I have to say that the customer service at this store was beyond amazing. I myself own a small business and I know firsthand how hard it is to find staff. As I listened to them talk to other customers I could not believe how knowledgeable they were about each item. I was finally able to choose the perfect gift for my son. As I watched him open his phone up this A.M., I could not help but smile. Christmas shopping, especially so close to Christmas Day, is normally like pulling teeth. I really cannot express my gratitude to Taylor and Ashley. They most definitely went above and beyond. Taylor and Ashley are the heart and soul of Mobile Mart. They know almost every customer on a first name basis. If you ever have an issue they will go to the ends of the earth to get it fixed. The store atmosphere is fun and upbeat. You could be having the worst day and they could put a smile on your face. I know if I go here for anything I will get nothing but honesty. I can’t think of even 1 time they have been pushy or try to make me get a certain phone just to make money off of me. I send every person I know here. Spectacular Service! These ladies go the extra mile. Not only worked for hours to fix my water damaged phone, that other places wouldnt even touch. But when it wasnt fixable, they gave me a replacement phone for free. And provided multiple candy canes for my nephew. They truly blessed us this holiday season!

The girls that work there are really great and helpful but I had nothing but problems there. Taylor and Ashley are the only reason that place is still open. They really try to do they best they can, the owner is kinda shady and wont call you.

This store definitely will have my business ALWAYS! I have never had a store help me the way the girls at Mobile Mart did. My mother is in a nursing home and has trouble using a phone unless the numbers are large. I went to Total wireless in Winter Haven and told the sales associate what I was looking for . He not once but 3 times tried to persuade me to get some over the top expensive phone. He did NOT listen to what I was telling him it seemed like. Just kept trying to push me into something. I left without a phone . I then drove about 2 minutes down the road to the Verizon store on Cypress. I went in there and asked them to show me the same. They did have a phone but for a regular flip phone it would have been $158 dollars. That’s just for the phone. Needless to say I left there also. I was very frustrated by this point. A friend of mine has told me about Mobile Mart. So I drove there hoping that would be my last stop. When I walked in I was greeted. I talked with Taylor . She actually listened to what I was looking for. She shows me a few different phones that were perfect. She even took the time to show me how to use it and explain everything perfectly. I honestly could not thank them enough. I was not overcharged and I really felt like they understand exactly what I was looking for. I was also so impressed how these 2 girls handled the customers. They had a lot of people in and they still made time for each person. I will be a return customer girls! Thank you thank you thank you!!!! Remarkable job guys!

I went into mobile mart today & both ladys in the store were so nice! They were extremely honest about the phone both me & my boyfriend were interested in. We got the best deals too! I just want to take a minute to say thanks to Mobile Mart. They always go above and beyond. I was on vacation last week and dropped my phone. It shattered. I took it into a repair shop where I was at, they of course said it could not be fixed and tried to sell me on a new phone. As soon as I got back I went to see Ashley and Taylor at Mobile Mart. Ordered phones that never show up. Cant get ahold of staff. Store closed when it is suppose to be open. Then i get a long message from lady that works at this place explaining how sad it was that i left a negative review on the store because they were trying do take a vacation. And some how its my fault. Ive gotten a phone here before and even on that one tine it wasnt that bad. No 5 star treatment.

Zero stars really. This place is a joke. They dont stand up to their warranties after they push them on you. May even send you somewhere to get your phone diagnosed (that costs more money) And still not stand up to a warranty that was forced on you. I will never make another purchase here and I will make sure my family and friends dont either.What youre saying is a lie. The man you sent me to said that it was a hardware issue and not a software issue. I didnt download anything like a virus. You all just dont meet up to your warranty. Excuse me for thinking my phone would last year. Like I said, yall are some and youre dang right that Im taking my business elsewhere.

Ashley and Taylor have great personalities. My wife and I bought 2 phones from them. The phones are like new and in perfect condition. All of their accessories are good quality. The ladies took their time to set our phones up, polish them, put on the tempered glass and put them in their cases. They explained every feature to the best of their knowledge and best of all they were completely honest. They asked how we use our phones and sold us phones that meet our needs. They didnt try to push the most expensive phone on us. Despite some shipping issues and a slight delay, Taylors constant updates and positive personality will keep us coming back and referring our friends.

This is the best store in Winter Haven. I used to go to Xtreme Wireless but coming to Mobile Mart 1 time was a game changer. The 2 girls that are always there will go out of their way to help you with anything you May need. They take the time to explain any questions you may have. I recently leased 2 phones for my son and I. They stayed hours after close to set the service up, make us iCloud accounts(we were coming from Samsung) and make sure all of our information was on the new phones. They made sure before we left we were comfortable with our new phones. No other store would have done this. I offered to tip them because we appreciated their kindness and courtesy, they would not accept a tip AT ALL!! I will continue to come here and will send anyone I know that needs a new phone. Thank you guys so much, we ❤️❤️❤️ our phones!

They are down to earth and very chill and will work with you and get you what you want.I have been there several times and I always referr other customers or people who need service to them .They have great deals on phones and accessories as well. Would be giving this place zero starts. I do not recommend buying from them .I purchased 2 iPhone XR and they ended up not being compatible to our phone company even after they told us they would.Returned the phones with the assurance thay they will get them from tmobile. A month has passed after a bunch of excuses I have no phones they dont pick up they have my money and after they texted saying sorry money will be refunded back 3 to 5 business days were 2 weeks in there dodging calls there business is always closed .This business is fraud will be reporting and taking legal action. Stay clear your better off just getting it directly from the phone store your not waiting 3 hours in the store for a simple connect. They are NEVER stocked .They want everything in cash or wired from your bank out to theres so that you cant report them and they can keep your money .Be aware

Been having problems with my phone since oct. I was told I had Simple Mobile service then come to find out I have page plus. I had to end up spending extra money somewhere else to get the phone unlocked because I was given a Verizon phone but they told me too many times the phones was already unlocked. I can never get in contact with them and both of my phones instantly had no call, txt or data service. I really need a corporate number or something bc I’ve wasted a lot of time and energy and I should not have had to pay someone else for Mobile Mart messed up business.

The employees are helpful. It is a small store and I feel the phones are a bit overpriced. For example I purchased a Blu Studio XL @ $169.00 tax included and I found it elsewhere for as low as $115. They do have a nice selection of used phones.

We came in tonight to fix a charging problem on our cell phone. Upon entering the store they took our phone and told us it would be 10 mins.. Following that 4 cops came in because a man was unsatisfied with the service he had been given, he was not yelling or causing a scene whatsoever, the woman next to me had brought her phone in at 1:30 pm to get a screen fixed and FINALLY left around 7:30, 6 hours to fix a screen??? the next man that came in had bought a phone earlier in the morning and came back because it was not working ...the girls said they would fix it. There was a costumer on the phone they put her on speaker phone with another phone carrier and proceed to let her give out all her private information SS# , name, etc...in front of EVERYONE in the store. As for my services ( they said they it would only be 10 mins.) I sat for an hour and a half with my 10 year old granddaughter listening to the girls argue, talk about non work related issues and EVERY cuss word under the sun. When I finally asked 1 1/2 hour later what was going on with my phone, they asked what phone?, then VERY rudely said Im just fixing it now, they said they put a new battery in it slammed it on counter and told us not to come back, my phone STILL does not work. I feel like they treat their customers VERY badly

Good people willing to help as much as they can. I have mentioned to Taylor how I bought a device from a person who was in need of money due to wife is pregnant and they were going through rough times. I work hard and play fair never have I took advantage of anyone ,but that person did me wrong. It’s hard to trust people now a days the device was intended for my son. I was surprised when Taylor told me they were already close that time but if I can bring it in the next day she will see what they can do and if they can fix it free of charge. Which I did, sad to say but it didn’t get fix. But the most important thing here is they tried to help out not expecting anything in return
