The service man was very pleasant professional and the process was quick. He gave me the information I needed and explained it to me as well.

I went into this store so many times in 2 days and each time the workers were so professional and polite. They answered all our questions because my daughter and I were trying to do some work ourself with her vehicle. Micheal H is a superb associate he gave us clear instructions to tackle two task ourself. I will never go to any other auto store because I feel so welcome and appreciated here. Also all our millions of questions were answered with not being condescending towards us they genuinely wanted to assist us. Thanks Micheal H and store manager I forgot his name. But all our task were completed successfully with y’all expertise assistance.

Very friendly and helpful sales staff. I was just padding through town and needed a battery for my car. Even though it was almost closing time, the sales manager came out, tested my battery, made some great recommendations, and swapped my battery for me to get me back on the road. Im very thankful these guys helped me out.

I went to the Auto Zone in Winston-Salem because my car was experience high RPM’s at a low MPH, and the staff there was beyond friendly. The store manager, Juan was so helpful and went out of his way to get my car fixed. He was so patient with me, because I had no idea what was wrong with my car and he knew what to do immediately. He stayed past the time he was scheduled for, and was extremely helpful. I will definitely be going back to this Auto Zone and I will recommend it to my friends and family. Great business and customer service!

If I could give it no stars, I would. I will NEVER shop here again. In fact because I experienced such bad customer service, I WILL NEVER shop any other AutoZone. The customer service was aweful and they obviously dont like black people. Im encouraging my children, friends and family members to NEVER shop and spend their hard earned money anymore. I have never been so humiliated and made to feel so small in my life compared to how they made me feel. And this was the worse I ever been treated in a long time.

Michael Hagans at store G484 is one of the best people ever. Without every meeting me, he gave me absolutely the best customer service. He went above and beyond his job to make sure my car was properly diagnosed and fixed properly. Most companies will just make the sell but Michael showed the true definition of a great person. I could never repay him. My family and I are now driving in a safe car. I am new to the area but I will refer people to this location. And just want to say thank u Michael for everything and will be back again and again.

Juan, the GM, is the reason I keep coming back to this store. He actually understands the importance of Customer Service for a brick and mortar store. It’s pretty easy to buy things off Amazon, and it’s usually cheaper too. But Juan’s care in making sure I get the right product makes all the difference to me.Honestly, the app and mobile website are horrible! They NEED to spend more money and/or time fixing it. There have been times when I’ve bought something off Amazon only because I didn’t think Autozone sold it based on their mobile website and app. And then I find out during my next visit that they had it, but I was searching wrong. So if you’re looking for something, save your time and just go to the store or call them.
