I bought some wireless headphones in 2020 and they never connected to my phone. I went through their return process of emailing them a copy of my receipt, a picture of the item in perfect condition, and a way for them to contact me by phone or by email. Til this day I still haven’t heard from them. No email, no call, and still can’t connect the headphones to my phone.

They have all kinds of travel related tech. All kinds of Headphones, chargers, travel.pillows also. They specialize in Apple certified accessories. Also.they have a small quantity of Mac laptops. They carry a good selection of iPads & iPods.The staff here is very knowledgeable about their products. Fixed me up with nice JBL Bluetooth headphones for my new Pixel 2.Sorry .... No iPhones or Mac desktops

I would give this place 5 stars if they had a working phone for people to call! Great products and great staff. I found this great pair of headphones and made the mistake of not buying them on the spot, found out that pretty much no other place sold them, and had to wait until the next time I was at Bradley to buy the headphones cause I wasnt able to get in touch with the store.
